< Galati 5 >
Lani yaapo sedi mani bonhanla ki da go kuani yi yula ti yonbidi nni.
stand firm then, and do not be again entangled in a yoke of bondage.
2 Cengi mani, mini Polo n yedi yi, ke yi yaa tuo ke bi kuani yi ku koanciagu Kilisiti naa go pia yipo mayuli.
Listen to me! I, Paul, declare to you that if you are to continue to follow the rite of circumcision, Christ will be no profit to you.
3 N go kadi ki waani yi yua n tuo ke bi kuani o ku koanciagu kuli, li baa tie opo tiladi wan ya tiendi li balimaama n bili yaala kuli.
I solemnly testify to every man who submits to circumcision that he obligates himself to keep the whole Law.
4 Yinba yaaba n lingi li moamoansaali li balimaama nni, yi paadi leni Kilisiti, ki luo U Tienu hanbili.
If you are being justified by law, you are cut off from Christ; you are fallen away from grace.
5 Ama tinba, li tie li dandanli yaapo leni U tienu Fuoma paaciamu po ke ti gu ki sugini ke ti baa li moamoansaali.
But we are not, for we through the Spirit are eagerly waiting by faith for a hope of righteousness (a hope well founded);
because in Christ neither circumcision has any value, nor uncircumcision, but faith which works through love.
Hme n den yie yipo ke yii go tuo ki hua i moamoani?
You were running your race nobly. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?
8 Laa bonla naa ñani U Tienu yua n yini yi yaa kani.
The influence brought to bear does not come from him who is calling you.
9 L i daliali waamu bebe n baa ten ti yonbudi kuli n pili.
A little leaven is leavening the whole lump.
As for me, I am fully trusting you in the Lord that you will be no otherwise minded; but he who is trying to unsettle you will have to bear his punishment, whoever he may be.
11 N kpiiba, li yaa bi tie ke n baa wangi ke ku koanciagu tie tiladi, be yaapo ke bi wangi nni fala? Li yaa bi tie yeni, li dapoanpoanli n cuani ya tingbali gbeni.
But I, brothers, if I "still preach circumcision," why am I still persecuted? Then surely the stumbling-block of the Cross has ceased to be an obstacle!
12 N bi bua ke yaaba n yagini yi yama leni ku koanciagu maamaa yeni n ñani laa bonla bi yantiana nni.
Would to God that those who are trying to unsettle you would even have themselves mutilated.
For you, brothers, were called for freedom; only do not make your freedom an excuse for self-indulgence, but in love enslave yourselves to one another.
14 Kelima li balimaama kuli taani mayenma nni, yaama n tie na: Han bua a nisaalilielo nani han bua a yuli maama yeni.
For the whole Law has been fulfilled in this one precept, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
15 Ama yi yaa ñili yiyaba ki go hmani yiyaba, yin yaa fangi mani yi yula ke yi baa bolini yiyaba.
But if you are always biting and devouring one another, take heed lest you be utterly consumed one by another.
16 Min yedi yi yaala tie line: Cedi mani U Tienu Fuoma n yaa gobidi yi, lani yi kan yaa tiendi yi gbannandi bonbuakaala.
This is my meaning. Let your steps be guided by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
17 Kelima o nisaalo gbannandi n bua yaala nia leni U Tienu Fuoma n bua yaala, U Tienu Fuoma n bua yaala mo nia leni o nisaalo gbannandi n bua yaala. Li bonliedila yeni koani leni biyaba, ki teni ke yii fidi ki tiendi yin bua ki tieni yaala.
For the desire of the flesh is against that of the Spirit, and the desire of the Spirit is against that of the flesh, for they two are antagonistic, so that you may not do those things that you wish.
18 U Tienu Fuoma yaa gobidi yi, li balimaama kaa go die yi.
But if you are habitually led by the Spirit you are not under law.
19 To, o nisaalo gbannandi tuona doagidi, lani n tie mi conconma buoli kuli, ti joagindi leni ti cagindi.
Now the works of the flesh are manifest; such, for instance, as fornication, impurity, indecency,
20 I buli hoadima leni u ñoagibiadu lingima, ti yibalindi leni li koanli leni li nunponli, li pabienli leni mi niama yantiali, leni mi paadima.
idol-worship, sorcery, quarrels, party-spirit, jealousy, passionate anger, intrigues, factions, sectarianism,
21 Leni li nunponbiadili, leni li dañogaadili leni mi tugipiama leni yaala n naani leni la kuli. N go tuodi ki waani yi nani min den kpa waani yi maama, ke yaaba n tiendi laa bonjoagindi buolu kan kua U Tienu diema nni.
envy, drunkenness, revelings, and things like these. I tell you beforehand, as I have already told you, that those who practise such sins shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 Ama U Tienu Fuoma n baa luoni yaa bonluonkaala tie: Mi buama, li pamanli, mi yanduanma, li juunli, mi hanma, ti bulicindi, ti dugidi, mi dingima leni li yukubili.
But the harvest-fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long- suffering, kindness, goodness, fidelity, gentleness, and self-control;
23 Li balimaama naa koani leni laa bonla.
against such there is no law.
24 Yaaba n tie Kilisiti yaaba joani ti gbannandi leni ti yantiana leni ti bonbuakaala kuli li dapoanpoanli po.
And those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and appetites.
25 U Tienu Fuoma ya teni ke ti fo, tin go yaa cuoni kelima o yaapo.
If we are living by the Spirit, let us also keep step in the Spirit.
Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
