2 U Tienu yua n tie Baa leni o Diedo Jesu Kilisiti n pa yi li ŋanbili leni mi yanduanma.

Grace to you, and peace from God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3 N kpiiba li pundi tin ya tuondi U Tienu kelima yipo yogunu kuli. Li dagidi tin ya tiendi yeni, kelima yi dandanli yabidi ki pugidi boncianla, yi buama yi yaba po mo yabidi ki pugidi.

I ought always to thank God for you, brothers, as is fitting because of the abundant growth of your faith and of the overflowing love with which every one of you is filled toward one another.

4 Ti kpiagidi ti yula U Tienu n yini yaaba nitaana nni kelima yi juunli leni yi dandanli po ba yin laadi ya fala leni ya yebiadima kuli.

So that I myself am boasting about you among the churches of God, boasting of the stedfastness and faith which you are displaying in all the troubles and afflictions which you are enduring.

They are an evidence of the righteous judgment of God, who will count you worthy of his kingdom, in behalf of which you are even now suffering.

For truly God’s justice must render back trouble to those who are troubling you,

7 ki taani ki pa tinba leni yinba yaaba laadi fala mi fuodima o Diedo Jesu ya ñani tanpoli po leni o malekinba yaaba n pia upaaciamu, ki doagidi o yuli yaa daali.

and give to you, who are now troubled, rest, along with me at the unveiling "apocalypse" of the Lord Jesus from heaven, with his mighty angels,

8 O baa doagi u mupienu nni ki tu yaaba n kaa bani U Tienu leni leni yaaba n kaa tuo ki ŋoadi ti Diedo Jesu ya laabaaliŋamo, bi biadima panpaani.

in flaming fire. Then shall he take vengeance on those who know not God, even on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.

9 Bi buudi baa tie yaa bolinma n kaa pia gbenma. Bi ba paadi cain leni o Diedo nunga leni o kpiagidi paalu, (aiōnios g166)

They shall suffer punishment, even an eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the brightness of his glorious majesty, (aiōnios g166)

10 wan cua ya daali ki baa ba ti kpiagidi o nigagidi kaaba siiga, ke yaaba n daani o kuli mo n ñuadi o ŋamu. Yi moko baa ye bi siiga kelima yi den daani ti seedi.

when he comes to be glorified in his saints, and to be wondered at in all believers, on that Day; (for you also believed our testimony).

11 Li tie lani yaapo ke ti miadi U Tienu yi po yogunu kuli ke wan teni yin dagidi wan yini yi yaala yaapo. Ti go miadi o ke wan teni yin ya tiendi wan jagi yin tieni ya ŋanma kuli leni li dandanli tuonli kelima o paalu yaapo.

To this end I am making my constant prayer for you, beseeching God to make you worthy of your calling, and to fulfil mightily every desire of goodness and effort of faith;

12 Yeni ti Diedo Jesu yeli baa ba ti kpiagidi yi siiga, ke yi mo n ba ti kpiagidi kelima o yaa po. Nani ti Tienu leni Jesu kilisiti ŋanbili n tie maama.

so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in him, according to the grace of our God and of our Lord Jesus Christ.
