1 N kiiba, min den cua yikani ya yogunu ki wangi yi U Tienu moamoani yi duagi, mii den cua leni mi mabanma, bi leni mi yanfocianma ka.

And I, my Brethren, when I came to you, did not preach to you the mystery of God in magnificent speech, nor in wisdom.

2 Kelima n den jagi ki sua ke laa tie tiladi min bandi bontoala kuli yi siiga, kali Jesu Kilisiti, ban den kpaa wani yua li dapoanpoanli po yeni.

And I did not govern myself among you, as if I knew any thing, except only Jesus Messiah; and him also as crucified.

3 N den ye yi siiga leni ku tadingu ki digibi kelima ti jawaandi po.

And in much fear and much trembling, was I with you.

4 N mawangima leni n bangima naa hua bi nisaaliba mabanma ka. Ama li den tie leni U Tienu Fuoma leni o paaciamu doagidima yaapo,

And my speech and my preaching were not with the persuasiveness of the discourses of wisdom; but with the demonstration of the Spirit, and with power:

5 ke yi dandanli n da se kelima bi nisaaliba yanfuoma po, ama U Tienu ya paaciamu po.

that your faith might not arise from the wisdom of men, but from the power of God.

6 Baa yeni, ti wangi ya maama n tie yanfomaama yaaba kpeligi ki dagidi li dandanli po ya siiga. Laa yanfuoma naa tie o naa jamaano yaama ka, laa tie handuna bali danba yaaba n ye mi bodima sanu nni yanfuoma mo ka. (aiōn g165)

Yet we do speak wisdom, among the perfect; the wisdom not of this world, nor of the potentates of this world, who will come to naught. (aiōn g165)

7 Ti wangi U Tienu ya yanfuoma maame, yaama n doagidi ki wuo bi nisaaliba po, U Tienu n den tuodi ki bili yaama ke man ya tie tipo ti kpiagidi. (aiōn g165)

But we speak the wisdom of God, in a mystery; the wisdom which was hidden, and which God predetermined before the world was, for our glory: (aiōn g165)

8 Handuna bali danba siiga oba kuli naa den bani laa yanfuoma. Bi ya den bandi ma, bi kan den kpaa ti kpiagidiciandi Diedo li dapoanpoanli po. (aiōn g165)

which no one of the potentates of this world knew; for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)

9 Nani lan diani ke yedi maama: “Nunbu n daa laa yaala, Tubili n daa gbadi yaala, O nisaalo n daa kpaagi yaala mo, U Tienu tuodi ki hanbi lankuli Yaaba n bua o yaapo.”

But, as it is written: The eye hath not seen, nor hath the ear heard, nor hath it entered into the heart of man, that which God hath prepared for those who love him.

10 U Tienu teni ke o Fuoma doagidi la tinba yaapo. Kelima o Fuoma bigidi li bonla kuli, baa U Tienu yanjaga ya n wuo ki ñua.

But God hath revealed it to us, by his Spirit; for the Spirit exploreth all things, even the profound things of God.

11 Bi nisaaliba siiga hme bani o nisaalilo pali tugu nni bonla, li yaa tie o nisaalo yantiaceli yaali n ye o niinni? Likuli yenma leni U Tienu. Oba kuli ki bani U Tienu pali tugi nni bonla, kali U Tienu Fuoma.

For what man is there, who knoweth that which is in a man, except it be the spirit of the man, which is in him? So also, that which is in God, no one knoweth, except the Spirit of God.

12 Tinba, tii baa handuna yantiali, ama ti baa ya Fuoma n ñani U Tienu kani, ke tin fidi ki bandi U Tienu n puni ti yaala kelima o hanbili po.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God; that we might know the free gifts, which are given to us by God.

13 Tii maadi laa bonla nani mi nisaali-yanfuoma n bangi yaala ka, ama nani o U Tienu Fuoma n bangi ti yaame ki doagidi li moamoani yaaba n pia U Tienu Fuoma po.

Which things we also speak; not in the teaching of the words of man's wisdom, but in the teaching of the spirit; and we compare spirituals with spirituals.

14 Ama li nisaali-yantiali n die yua, kan fidi ki ga ya bonla n ñani U Tienu Fuoma kani, kelima li tie opo yanluobonla. O kan bandi la kelima li bigidi leni U Tienu Fuoma yua ya yantiale.

For a man in his natural self, receiveth not spirituals; for they are foolishness to him. Neither can he know them; for they are discerned by the Spirit.

15 U Tienu Fuoma yua yantiali n diedi yua bigidi li bonla kuli. Ama oba kuli kan fidi ki biigi ki bandi wani.

But he that is spiritual, judgeth of all things: and he is judged of by no one.

16 Li diani: “Hme bani o Diedo yantiali? hme baa fidi ki bangi o?” Ama, tinba ti pia Kilisiti ya yantiali.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him? But we have the mind of Messiah.
