1 Gooca Jehova, wee ngoro yakwa. Wee Jehova Ngai wakwa, Wee ũrĩ mũnene mũno; wĩhumbĩte riiri na ũkaru.
Let every part of me praise the Lord! Lord my God, you are so great, clothed with majesty and splendor!
2 Ehumbĩte ũtheri taarĩ nguo; we atambũrũkagia igũrũ taarĩ hema,
You wear light as your clothing; you stretch out the fabric of the heavens.

You place the roof-beams of your house in the rainclouds. You make the clouds your chariots. You ride on the wings of the wind.

You make your angels winds, and your servants flames of fire.
5 We aahaandire thĩ igũrũ rĩa mĩthingi yayo; ndĩrĩ hĩndĩ ĩngĩenyenyeka.
You set the earth on its foundations; it will never be shaken.
6 Wamĩhumbĩrire na iria rĩrĩa inene taarĩ nguo; maaĩ maikarire makunĩkĩire irĩma.
It was clothed with ocean depths—the waters even covered the mountains—
7 No rĩrĩ, wakũũmire maaĩ makĩũra, nacio ngwa ciaku ciagamba magĩĩthara;
but at your command the waters fled; at the sound of your thunder they rushed away.

The mountains rose up and the valleys sank down to where you had determined.
9 Wee nĩwe wekĩrire mũhaka ũrĩa matangĩkĩra; gũtirĩ hĩndĩ magaacooka kũhumbĩra thĩ.
You set a boundary for the oceans so they would not come back and cover the earth.
10 We atũmaga ithima ciitĩrĩre maaĩ mĩkuru-inĩ; mathereraga gatagatĩ-inĩ ka irĩma.
You make springs flow into the streams, running down between the hills.
11 Nĩcio iheaga nyamũ ciothe cia gĩthaka maaĩ ma kũnyua; nĩkuo njagĩ cia werũ-inĩ inyootoragĩrwo.
They provide water for all the wild animals, and wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12 Nyoni cia rĩera-inĩ ciakaga itara hakuhĩ na maaĩ macio; ciinaga irĩ honge-inĩ cia mĩtĩ.
Birds build their nests in trees along the streams, singing from among the leaves.
13 We aitagĩrĩria irĩma maaĩ moimĩte nyũmba-inĩ ciake iria irĩ igũrũ; thĩ nĩĩiganagwo nĩ maciaro ma wĩra wake.
You send down rain on the mountains from your home high above; you fill the earth with good things.
14 We atũmaga nyeki ĩkũre nĩ ũndũ wa kũrĩĩo nĩ mahiũ, na agakũria mĩmera ĩrĩa andũ mahaandaga, tĩĩri-inĩ gũgakiumaga irio:
You make the grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to eat—crops produced by the earth for food,
15 ndibei ĩrĩa ĩkenagia ngoro ya mũndũ na maguta ma gũtũma ũthiũ wake ũkenge, o na irio iria ciĩkagĩra ngoro yake hinya.
and wine to make them happy, olive oil to make their faces shine, and bread to make them strong.
16 Mĩtĩ ya Jehova nĩyuragĩrio mbura wega, mĩtarakwa ĩyo ya Lebanoni o ĩrĩa aahaandire.
The Lord's trees are well-watered, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted.
17 Kũu nĩkuo nyoni ciakaga itara ciacio; nayo njũũ, nyũmba yayo ĩrĩ kũu mĩkarakaba-inĩ.
Sparrows make their nests there; herons make their homes in the tall trees.
18 Irĩma-inĩ iria ndaaya nĩkuo mbũri cia gĩthaka ciikaraga; mĩatũka-inĩ ya mahiga nĩkuo ikami ciĩhithaga.
Wild goats live high in the mountains; hyraxes hide among the rocks.
19 Mweri nĩguo ũmenyithanagia hĩndĩ ya imera, narĩo riũa nĩrĩmenyaga hĩndĩ yarĩo ya gũthũa.
You made the moon to mark the months, and the sun knows when to set.
20 Wee nĩwe ũtũmaga kũgĩe nduma, gũgatuĩka ũtukũ, nacio nyamũ ciothe cia gĩthaka ikoimĩra icemeete.
You make darkness fall and the night comes, the time when the forest animals come out to hunt.
21 Mĩrũũthi ĩrĩa mĩĩthĩ ĩraramaga ĩkĩhĩta, na ĩgacaria irio ciayo kuuma harĩ Mũrungu.
The young lions roar as they seek their prey, looking for the food that God provides for them.
22 Riũa rĩrathaga, nayo ĩgeethiĩra; ĩthiiaga ĩgakoma imamo-inĩ ciayo.
When the sun rises they return to their dens to rest.
23 Hĩndĩ ĩyo mũndũ agathiĩ kũruta wĩra wake, agakĩruta wĩra o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
Then people leave for work, working until the evening.
24 Wee Jehova, kaĩ mawĩra maku nĩ maingĩ-ĩ! Mothe ũmarutĩte na ũũgĩ; nayo thĩ ĩiyũrĩte ciũmbe ciaku.
Lord, how many different things you have made—all of them wisely created! The earth is full of your creatures.
25 Rĩĩrĩa nĩrĩo iria rĩrĩa inene na rĩariĩ, rĩiyũrĩte ciũmbe irĩ muoyo itangĩtarĩka, iria nene na iria nini.
Consider the sea, deep and wide, full of all kinds of living things, large and small.
26 Marikabu nĩkuo igeragĩra igĩthiĩ na igĩcooka, o na nyamũ ĩrĩa ĩĩtagwo Leviathani, ĩrĩa wombire nĩguo ĩtũũhagĩre kuo.
Ships sail there, and Leviathan, that you made to play in it.
27 Icio ciothe nĩwe icũthagĩrĩria nĩguo ũcihe irio ciacio hĩndĩ ĩrĩa yagĩrĩire.
All creatures look to you to give them food at the right time.
28 Na rĩrĩa wacihe irio, cioyaga ikarĩa; rĩrĩa watambũrũkia guoko gwaku, ũcihũũnagia na indo njega.
When you provide it, they gather it up. You hand out food to them, and they are well-fed.
29 Rĩrĩa wahitha ũthiũ waku, inyiitagwo nĩ guoya; rĩrĩa weheria mĩhũmũ yacio, ikuuaga igaacooka rũkũngũ-inĩ.
When you turn away from them, they're terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to dust.
30 Rĩrĩa watũma Roho waku, ikagĩa kuo, nawe ũkerũhia maũndũ mothe gũkũ thĩ.
When you send your breath, they are created, and life covers the earth again.
31 Riiri wa Jehova ũrotũũra nginya tene; Jehova arokenagĩra mawĩra make:
May the Lord's glory last forever! The Lord is happy with all he has made.
32 o we ũcio ũroraga thĩ, nayo ĩkainaina, o we ũhutagia irĩma, nacio ikoima ndogo.
He only has to look at the earth and it trembles; mountains pour out smoke at his touch.
33 Ngũtũũra nyinagĩra Jehova matukũ mothe ma muoyo wakwa; ndĩrĩinaga ngĩgoocaga Ngai wakwa hĩndĩ ĩrĩa yothe ngũtũũra muoyo.
I will sing to the Lord for as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God my whole life.
34 Jehova arokenio nĩ mecũũrania makwa, rĩrĩa ndĩrĩkenaga nĩ ũndũ wake.
May he be pleased with my thoughts because I am happy in the Lord.
35 No rĩrĩ, ehia maroniinwo kuuma thĩ, na andũ arĩa aaganu mathire biũ. Wee ngoro yakwa, gooca Jehova. Goocai Jehova.
Let sinners be destroyed from the earth; let the wicked cease to exist. Let every part of me praise the Lord!
