1 Ningĩ nĩatoonyire thunagogi rĩngĩ, na thĩinĩ nĩ kwarĩ na mũndũ wonjete guoko.
And Jeshu again entered the congregation: and a certain man was there whose hand was withered;
2 Andũ amwe ao nĩmacaragia ũndũ mangĩthitangĩra Jesũ, nĩ ũndũ ũcio makĩmũrora mũno mone kana nĩekũhonia mũndũ ũcio mũthenya wa Thabatũ.
and they watched him whether he would cure him on the shabath, that they might accuse him.
3 Nake Jesũ akĩĩra mũndũ ũcio warĩ mwonju guoko atĩrĩ, “Rũgama haha mbere ya andũ othe.”
And he said to him, the man with the withered hand, Stand up in the midst.
4 Ningĩ Jesũ akĩmooria atĩrĩ, “Nĩ ũndũ ũrĩkũ mwĩtĩkĩrie nĩ watho mũthenya wa Thabatũ; nĩ gwĩka wega kana nĩ gwĩka ũũru, nĩ kũhonokia muoyo kana nĩ kũũraga?” No-o magĩkira ki.
He said also to them, Is it lawful on the shabath to do good, or (that) which (is) evil? to save life, or to destroy it? But they were silent.
5 Akĩmarora arakaire, na aiguĩte ũũru nĩ ũndũ wa ũremi wa ngoro ciao, akĩĩra mũndũ ũcio atĩrĩ, “Tambũrũkia guoko gwaku.” Nake agĩgũtambũrũkia, nakuo guoko gũkĩhona biũ.
And he beheld them with indignation, while it grieved him on account of the hardness of their hearts. And he said to the man, Stretch out thy hand. And he stretched (it); and his hand straightened.
6 Hĩndĩ ĩyo Afarisai makiumagara na makĩambĩrĩria gũthugunda me hamwe na Aherodia ũrĩa mangĩũraga Jesũ.
And the Pharishee went out immediately, and took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.
7 Nake Jesũ na arutwo ake makiuma kũu magĩthiĩ iria-inĩ, nakĩo gĩkundi kĩnene kĩa andũ kuuma Galili gĩkĩmũrũmĩrĩra.
And Jeshu with his disciples went towards the sea: and many people joined him from Galila, and from Jehud,
8 Na rĩrĩa maiguire ũrĩa wothe eekaga, andũ aingĩ magĩũka kũrĩ we moimĩte Judea, na Jerusalemu na Idumea o na mũrĩmo ũrĩa ũngĩ wa Jorodani, o na kuuma kũrĩa gwakuhĩrĩirie Turo na Sidoni.
and from Urishlem, and from Edum, and from beyond Jurdan, and from Tsur, and from Tsaidon; great multitudes, who, having heard all that he had done, came to him.
9 Na tondũ wa gĩkundi kĩu, akĩĩra arutwo ake mamũhaarĩrĩrie gatarũ nĩguo gĩkundi kĩu gĩtige kũmũhatĩka.
And he spoke to his disciples to bring a vessel for him, that the crowds might not oppress him;
10 Nĩgũkorwo nĩahonetie andũ aingĩ, nĩ ũndũ ũcio arĩa maarĩ na mĩrimũ nĩmatindĩkanaga nĩguo mamũhutie.
for he had healed multitudes, until they were falling upon him to touch him.
11 Na rĩrĩa rĩothe ngoma thũku ciamuonaga, ciegũithagia thĩ mbere yake, igakaya ikiugaga atĩrĩ, “Wee nĩwe Mũrũ wa Ngai.”
And they who were troubled with impure spirits, when they saw him, fell down, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of Aloha.
12 Nowe agĩcikaania na hinya mũno itikoige we nĩwe ũ.
And he strongly prohibited them to make him known.
13 Jesũ agĩcooka akĩambata kĩrĩma-inĩ na agĩĩta arĩa eyendeire, nao magĩũka harĩ we.
AND he ascended a mountain, and called those whom he willed; and they came to him.
14 Akĩamũra ikũmi na eerĩ, akĩmatua atũmwo, nĩgeetha makoragwo nake, na nĩguo amatũmage makahunjie,
And he chose twelve to be with him, and to send them to preach,
15 na magĩe na ũhoti wa kũingata ndaimono.
and to have authority to heal diseases and to cast out devils.
16 Andũ acio ikũmi na eerĩ aathuurire nĩ Simoni (ũrĩa aatuire Petero);
And he named to Shemun the name of Kipha;
17 na Jakubu wa Zebedi na mũrũ wa nyina Johana (nao acio akĩmatua Boanerigesi, ũguo nĩ kuuga Ariũ a Marurumĩ);
and upon Jacub bar Zabdai, and Juchanon the brother of Jacub, he set the name of B'nai-regesh, which is, (B'nai-râmo, ) Sons of thunder.
18 na Anderea, na Filipu na Baritholomayo, na Mathayo, na Toma, na Jakubu wa Alufayo na Thadayo, na Simoni ũrĩa Mũzelote
And Andreas, and Philipos, and Bar-Thulmai, and Mathai, and Thoma, and Jacub bar Chalphai, and Thadai, and Shemun the Zealous,
19 na Judasi Mũisikariota, ũrĩa wamũkunyanĩire.
and Jihuda S'carjuta, -he who betrayed him.
20 Ningĩ Jesũ agĩtoonya nyũmba, na o rĩngĩ kĩrĩndĩ gĩkĩũngana o nginya we na arutwo ake makĩremwo nĩ kũrĩa irio.
And they came to the house: and the assemblies gathered again, so that they could not eat bread.
21 Rĩrĩa andũ ao maiguire ũhoro ũcio, magĩthiĩ kũmũnyiita, nĩgũkorwo moigire atĩrĩ, “Nĩagũrũkĩte.”
And his relatives heard, and came forth to take him; for they said, He hath gone out of himself.
22 Nao arutani a watho arĩa maikũrũkĩte kuuma Jerusalemu makiuga atĩrĩ, “Aiyũrĩtwo nĩ Beelizebuli! Araingata ndaimono na hinya wa mũnene wa ndaimono.”
And the Sophree, they who had come down from Urishlem, said, Belzebub is in him, and by the prince of devils he casteth out devils.
23 Nĩ ũndũ ũcio Jesũ akĩmeeta, na akĩmarĩria na ngerekano, akĩmeera atĩrĩ: “Shaitani angĩhota atĩa kũingata Shaitani?
And Jeshu called them, and by similitudes said to them, How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Ũthamaki ũngĩamũkana guo mwene, ũthamaki ũcio ndũngĩtũũra.
For if a kingdom against itself be divided, that kingdom cannot stand;
25 Nyũmba ĩngĩamũkana na andũ ayo mokanĩrĩre, nyũmba ĩyo ndĩngĩtũũra.
and if a house against itself be divided, that house cannot stand;
26 Nake Shaitani angĩĩyũkĩrĩra we mwene na aamũkane-rĩ, ndangĩtũũra; nĩ gũthira egũthira.
and if Satan rise against Satan, and be divided, he cannot stand, but his end is.
27 Na gũtirĩ mũndũ ũngĩhota gũtoonya nyũmba ya mũndũ njamba na amũtunye indo ciake, tiga ambire kuoha mũndũ ũcio njamba. Hĩndĩ ĩyo no rĩo angĩhota kũmũtunya indo cia nyũmba yake.
No one can enter into the house of the strong, and spoil his goods, unless first the strong one he bind; and then his house he may destroy.
28 Ndamwĩra atĩrĩ na ma, andũ nĩmakarekerwo mehia mao mothe o na irumi ciao ciothe iria magaakorwo marumĩte Ngai nacio.
Amen I say to you, That all sin and blasphemy which the sons of men blaspheme may be remitted them;
29 No ũrĩa wothe ũkaaruma Roho Mũtheru ndarĩ hĩndĩ akarekerwo, nĩehĩtie rĩĩhia rĩa gũtũũra tene na tene.” (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Spirit of Holiness hath no remission for ever, but is condemned to the judgment that is eternal. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
30 Oigire ũguo tondũ moigaga atĩrĩ, “Arĩ na ngoma thũku.”
Because they had said that an unclean spirit was in him.
31 Hĩndĩ ĩyo, nyina wa Jesũ na ariũ a nyina na Jesũ magĩũka. Makĩrũgama nja, magĩtũma mũndũ atoonye akamwĩte.
AND there came his mother and his brethren, standing without; and they sent to call him to them.
32 Nakĩo gĩkundi kĩa andũ nĩgĩaikarĩte thĩ hau kĩmũrigiicĩirie, nao makĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Maitũguo na ariũ a maitũguo marĩ nja magĩgũcaria.”
But the congregation sat about him. And they say to him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without inquire for thee.
33 Nake akĩmooria atĩrĩ, “Maitũ na ariũ a maitũ nĩ a?”
And he answered, and said to them, Who is my mother, and who are my brethren?
34 Agĩcooka akĩrora arĩa maikarĩte mamũrigiicĩirie, akĩmeera atĩrĩ, “Maitũ na ariũ a maitũ nĩ aya!
And looking upon those who sat with him, he said, Behold my mother, and behold my brethren:
35 Ũrĩa wothe wĩkaga maũndũ marĩa Ngai endaga, ũcio nĩwe mũrũ wa maitũ, na mwarĩ wa maitũ, o na maitũ.”
for whosoever shall do the will of Aloha, he is my brother, and my sister, and my mother.
