1 Nake Jehova akĩĩra Musa na Harũni atĩrĩ,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés y a Aarón y les dijo:
2 “Ĩrai andũ a Isiraeli ũũ, ‘Gatagatĩ-inĩ ka nyamũ ciothe iria irĩ bũrũri-inĩ-rĩ, ici nĩcio mũngĩrĩa:
“Hablad a los hijos de Israel y decidles: Estos son los animales que podréis comer, de entre todos los animales que hay sobre la tierra,
3 No mũrĩe nyamũ o yothe ĩrĩ mahũngũ marekanĩtie gatagatĩ biũ na ĩcookagia ithagumia.
Todo animal biungulado de pezuña hendida que rumia, ese podréis comer.
4 “‘Nĩ kũrĩ nyamũ imwe icookagia o ithagumia tu, na ingĩ irĩ o mahũngũ marekanĩtie; icio mũtikanacirĩe. Ngamĩĩra o na aakorwo nĩĩcookagia ithagumia-rĩ, mahũngũ mayo matirekanĩtie; ĩyo ĩrĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
Pero no comeréis, a pesar de que rumian y tienen pezuña hendida: el camello, pues aunque rumia, no tiene partida la pezuña; será impuro para vosotros;
5 Gĩkami o na aakorwo nĩgĩcookagia ithagumia-rĩ, mahũngũ makĩo matirekanĩtie; kĩu kĩrĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
ni el conejo, porque rumia, pero no tiene la pezuña partida; será impuro para vosotros;
6 Mbũkũ o na aakorwo nĩĩcookagia ithagumia-rĩ, mahũngũ mayo matirekanĩtie; ĩyo ĩrĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
ni liebre, porque rumia, pero no tiene la pezuña partida; será impura para vosotros;
7 Nayo ngũrwe o na akorwo mahũngũ mayo nĩmarekanĩtie biũ-rĩ, ndĩcookagia ithagumia; ĩyo ĩrĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
ni cerdo, pues aunque tiene la pezuña hendida y biungulada, no rumia; será inmundo para vosotros.
8 Mũtikanarĩe nyama ciacio kana mũhutie ciimba ciacio; icio irĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
De la carne de estos no comeréis ni tocaréis sus cadáveres; serán impuros para vosotros.
9 “‘Harĩ ciũmbe ciothe iria itũũraga maaĩ-inĩ ma iria na ma tũrũũĩ-rĩ, no mũrĩe ciothe iria irĩ mathagu manyiitaine na nĩ irĩ ngaracũ mwĩrĩ.
De entre todos los animales que viven en las aguas, podréis comer a cuantos teniendo aletas y escamas se encuentran en los mares y en los ríos; a estos podréis comer.
10 No ciũmbe ciothe iria irĩ iria-inĩ kana tũrũũĩ-inĩ, na itirĩ mathagu manyiitaine o hamwe na ngaracũ mwĩrĩ, irĩ imwe cia iria ithiiaga irĩ hamwe, kana irĩ ciothe cia iria irĩ muoyo kũu maaĩ-inĩ; no nginya mũcithũũre biũ.
Pero serán cosa abominable para vosotros todos los que carecen de aletas y escamas, de entre todos los que pululan en las aguas, sea en los mares o en los ríos, y de entre todos los demás animales que viven en el agua.
11 Na tondũ no nginya mũcithũũre-rĩ, mũtikanarĩe nyama ciacio, na no nginya mũthũũre ciimba ciacio biũ.
Serán detestables para vosotros: no comeréis de su carne y tened sus cadáveres por abominación.
12 Kĩndũ o gĩothe gĩtũũraga maaĩ-inĩ na gĩtirĩ mathagu manyiitaine kana ngaracũ mwĩrĩ, nĩciagũthũũrwo nĩ inyuĩ biũ.
Todo cuanto en las aguas no tiene aletas y escamas os sea abominable.
13 “‘Ici nĩcio nyoni iria mwagĩrĩirwo nĩgũthũũra na mũtangĩrĩa tondũ nĩ thũũre; nacio nĩ nderi, na ndiyũ, na ndiyũ iria njirũ,
De entre las aves os sean abominables las siguientes, que no se comerán y os serán detestables: el águila, el quebrantahuesos, el águila marina,
14 na hũngũ ĩrĩa ndune, na mũthemba o wothe wa hũngũ iria njirũ,
el buitre, el halcón en todas sus especies,
15 na mahuru mothe,
toda clase de cuervos,
16 na ndundu ĩrĩa ĩrĩ rũhĩa, na ndundu ĩrĩa ĩgambaga, na nyoni ya iria-inĩ ĩrĩa ĩrĩ mathagu maraaya, na mũthemba o wothe wa rwĩgĩ,
el avestruz, la lechuza, la gaviota, el gavilán en todas sus especies,
17 na gatundu karĩa kanini, na nyoni ya iria-inĩ ĩrĩa ĩrĩ ngingo ndaaya, na ndundu ĩrĩa nene,
el búho, el somormujo, el ibis,
18 na ndundu ĩrĩa njerũ, na ndundu ya werũ-inĩ, na hũngũ ya iria-inĩ,
el cisne, el pelícano, el calamón,
19 na karoga-ngunũ, na mĩthemba yothe ya cũcũ-wa-njoka, na hudihuda, o na rũhuhu.
la cigüeña, la garza en sus especies todas, la abubilla y el murciélago.
20 “‘Tũnyamũ tuothe tũrĩa tũmbũkaga na tũthiiagĩra thĩ na magũrũ mana nĩ mwagĩrĩirwo nĩ gũtũthũũra mũno.
Todo insecto alado que anda sobre cuatro patas os será abominable.
21 No nĩ kũrĩ tũnyamũ tũmwe tũrĩ mathagu na tũthiiaga na magũrũ mana tũrĩa mũngĩrĩa; natuo nĩ tũrĩa tũrĩ na magũrũ marĩ nyunĩro ma gũtũteithia kũrũga.
Pero de todos los insectos alados que andan sobre cuatro pies, podréis comer aquellos que por encima de sus pies tienen dos patas para brincar con ellas sobre la tierra.
22 Thĩinĩ wa tuo no mũrĩe mĩthemba yothe ya ngigĩ, na ndararĩki, na ngiria, o na kana ndaahi.
De ellos podréis comer estos: la langosta en sus diversas especies y toda clase de solam, de hargol y de hagab.
23 No tũnyamũ tũu tũngĩ tuothe tũrĩ mathagu na tũrĩ na magũrũ mana no nginya mũtũthũũre mũno.
Todo otro insecto alado de cuatro patas os será abominable.
24 “‘Nĩmũgethaahia na maũndũ maya; ũrĩa wothe ũngĩhutia ciimba ciatuo agaatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
Estos animales os hacen inmundos. Quien tocare su cadáver quedará impuro hasta la tarde.
25 Mũndũ o wothe ũkooya kĩimba gĩatuo no nginya athambie nguo ciake, na nĩagatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
Quien alzare alguno de sus cadáveres, lavará sus vestidos y quedará impuro hasta la tarde.
26 “‘Nyamũ o yothe ĩrekanĩtie mahũngũ no matirekanĩtie biũ, kana ĩrĩa ĩtacookagia ithagumia, ĩyo ĩrĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ; mũndũ o wothe ũkaahutia kĩimba kĩa ĩmwe yacio nĩakanyiitwo nĩ thaahu.
Asimismo todos los animales que tienen pezuña pero no partida en dos uñas y que no rumian, serán inmundos para vosotros. Todo aquel que los tocare quedará impuro.
27 Harĩ nyamũ ciothe iria ithiiaga na magũrũ mana-rĩ, iria ikinyaga na ithu irĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ; mũndũ ũrĩa wothe ũkaahutia ciimba ciacio agaatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
De entre los cuadrúpedos os serán abominables todos los que andan sobre sus plantas. Quien tocare sus cadáveres quedará impuro hasta la tarde.
28 Mũndũ o wothe ũngĩoya ciimba ciacio no nginya athambie nguo ciake, na atiinde arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ. Icio irĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
El que sacare el cadáver de uno de ellos lavará sus vestidos, y quedará impuro hasta la tarde; son inmundos para vosotros.
29 “‘Harĩ nyamũ ciothe iria ithiiagĩra thĩ, ici nĩcio irĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ: mũrũngũru na mbĩa, na njagathi iria nene cia mĩthemba yothe,
De entre los animales pequeños que andan arrastrándose sobre la tierra, os serán inmundos: la comadreja, el ratón, el lagarto en sus diversas especies,
30 na gĩthenyũka, na kĩgurumũki, na njagathi, na gĩcagathi kĩrĩa kĩa mahiga-inĩ, na kĩĩmbu.
el erizo, el cocodrilo, el camaleón, la salamandra y el topo.
31 Harĩ iria ciothe ithiiagĩra thĩ, ici irĩ thaahu harĩ inyuĩ. Mũndũ o wothe ũngĩcihutia ikuĩte-rĩ, agaatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
De entre todos los reptiles estos serán inmundos para vosotros. Cualquiera que tocare su cadáver quedará impuro hasta la tarde.
32 Rĩrĩa ĩmwe yacio ĩngĩkua na ĩgũĩre kĩndũ, kĩndũ kĩu o na kĩngĩkorwo kĩrĩ kĩa wĩra ũrĩkũ, nĩgĩkanyiitwo nĩ thaahu, o na aakorwo gĩthondeketwo na mbaũ, kana gĩtambaya, kana rũũa kana ikũnia. Nĩkĩrindwo maaĩ-inĩ; gĩgaakorwo kĩrĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ, na nĩgĩgacooka gĩthirwo nĩ thaahu.
Y todo objeto sobre el cual cayere uno de estos cadáveres, quedará inmundo, ya sea un instrumento de madera, o un vestido, una piel, un saco, en fin, cualquier objeto que se usa para algo. Será metido en agua y quedará inmundo hasta la tarde; después será puro.
33 Nyamũ ĩmwe ya icio ĩngĩgũa thĩinĩ wa nyũngũ ya rĩũmba-rĩ, kĩndũ kĩrĩa gĩothe kĩrĩ thĩinĩ wayo nĩgĩkanyiitwo nĩ thaahu, na no nginya mũũrage nyũngũ ĩyo.
Si cayera algo de esto en una vasija de barro, todo lo que hubiere dentro de ella quedará inmundo y tendréis que romperla.
34 Irio o ciothe ingĩrĩĩo no ikorwo irĩ na maaĩ moimĩte nyũngũ-inĩ ta ĩyo irĩ na thaahu, na kĩndũ o gĩothe gĩa kũnyuuo kiumĩte thĩinĩ wayo kĩrĩ na thaahu.
Toda cosa comestible, si fuere preparada con tal agua, quedará inmunda, y toda bebida que se beba en una de esas vasijas quedará inmunda.
35 Kĩndũ o gĩothe kĩngĩkaagwĩrwo nĩ kĩimba kĩmwe gĩacio, nĩgĩkanyiitwo nĩ thaahu; riiko kana nyũngũ ya kũruga no nginya ciũragwo. Indo icio irĩ na thaahu, nacio indo icio nĩigatuĩka thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
Y todo objeto sobre el cual caiga algo de esos cuerpos muertos, quedará inmundo; el horno y el fogón serán derribados; son impuros para vosotros y los tendréis por inmundos.
36 No rĩrĩ, gĩthima kana irima rĩa maaĩ, icio itingĩnyiitwo nĩ thaahu, no mũndũ o wothe ũkaahutia kĩimba kĩmwe kĩa indo icio irĩ thaahu nĩakanyiitwo nĩ thaahu.
Solamente las fuentes y cisternas, donde se recogen las aguas, permanecerán limpias, mas el que tocare sus cadáveres quedará inmundo.
37 Kĩimba kĩngĩkaagwĩra mbeũ o na irĩkũ cia kũhaandwo, itikanyiitwo nĩ thaahu.
De igual manera cuando cayere algo de esos cadáveres sobre una semilla que ha de sembrarse, quedará pura.
38 No mbeũ icio ingĩkorwo irindĩtwo maaĩ-inĩ, nakĩo kĩimba gĩcigũĩre, mbeũ icio irĩ na thaahu harĩ inyuĩ.
Mas si cayere algo de esos cuerpos muertos sobre semilla mojada, la tendréis por inmunda.
39 “‘Nyamũ ĩrĩa mwĩtĩkĩrĩtio kũrĩa ĩngĩkua, mũndũ o wothe ũkaahutia kĩimba kĩayo agaatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
Si muere uno de aquellos animales que os es lícito comer, quien tocare su cadáver quedará inmundo hasta la tarde.
40 Mũndũ o wothe ũngĩrĩa nyama cia kĩimba kĩu no nginya athambie nguo ciake, nake agaatinda arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ. Mũndũ o wothe ũngĩoya kĩimba kĩu no nginya athambie nguo ciake, nake atiinde arĩ na thaahu o nginya hwaĩ-inĩ.
Y quien transportare ese cuerpo muerto lavará sus vestidos y quedará inmundo hasta la tarde.
41 “‘Kĩũmbe gĩothe kĩrĩa gĩtambaga thĩ nĩgĩthũũre; ti gĩa kũrĩĩo.
Todo reptil que anda arrastrándose sobre la tierra, es cosa abominable; no servirá de comida.
42 Mũtikanarĩe kĩũmbe gĩothe kĩrĩa gĩtambaga thĩ, kana gĩthiiaga na nda, kana na magũrũ mothe mana, kana magũrũ maingĩ; icio mũcithũũre mũno.
De entre todos los reptiles que se arrastran sobre la tierra, no comeréis ninguno de los que andan sobre su vientre o sobre cuatro patas o sobre muchos pies, porque son detestables.
43 Mũtikanethaahie na kĩũmbe o na kĩmwe gĩacio. Mũtikaneĩkĩre thaahu nĩ ũndũ wacio kana mũreke imũgwatie thaahu.
No os hagáis abominables con ninguna clase de reptil que anda arrastrándose, ni os hagáis inmundos con ellos, para que no os contaminéis por medio de ellos.
44 Niĩ nĩ niĩ Jehova Ngai wanyu; mwĩamũrei na mwĩtherie, tondũ niĩ ndĩ mũtheru. Mũtikanethaahie na kĩũmbe o gĩothe kĩrĩa gĩtambaga thĩ.
Porque Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios; por eso habéis de santificaros y ser santos, porque Yo soy santo; y no os contaminaréis con ninguno de esos reptiles que se arrastran sobre la tierra.
45 Niĩ nĩ niĩ Jehova ũrĩa wamũrutire kuuma bũrũri wa Misiri nduĩke Ngai wanyu; nĩ ũndũ ũcio mwĩtheriei, tondũ niĩ ndĩ mũtheru.
Pues Yo soy Yahvé que os ha sacado de la tierra de Egipto, a fin de ser vuestro Dios. Sed, pues, santos, porque Yo soy santo.”
46 “‘Macio nĩmo mawatho marĩa makoniĩ nyamũ, na nyoni, na kĩndũ gĩothe kĩrĩ muoyo kĩrĩa gĩthiiagĩra maaĩ-inĩ, na kĩũmbe o ro gĩothe kĩrĩa gĩtambaga thĩ.
Esta es la ley acerca de las bestias, y de las aves, y de todos los seres vivientes que se mueven en el agua, y de todos los que andan arrastrándose sobre la tierra;
47 No nginya mũkũũranage nyamũ iria irĩ thaahu na iria itarĩ thaahu, na mũkũũranage ciũmbe iria irĩ muoyo ingĩrĩĩo na iria itangĩrĩĩo.’”
para que hagáis distinción entre lo impuro y lo puro, entre el animal que puede comerse y el que no puede ser comido.
