Joshua 12

1 Na rĩrĩ, aya nĩo athamaki a bũrũri arĩa maahootirwo nĩ andũ a Isiraeli na makĩĩnyiitĩra bũrũri wao wa mwena wa irathĩro mũrĩmo ũcio ũngĩ wa Jorodani, kuuma mũkuru wa Rũũĩ rwa Arinoni nginya kĩrĩma kĩa Herimoni, o hamwe na mwena wothe wa irathĩro wa Araba:

And these [are] kings of the land whom the sons of Israel have smitten, and possess their land, beyond the Jordan, at the sun-rising, from the brook Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain eastward.

2 Athamaki acio nĩ Sihoni wa Aamori, ũrĩa wathamakaga Heshiboni. Aathanaga kuuma itũũra rĩa Aroeri rĩrĩa rĩrĩ rũteere-inĩ rwa mũkuru wa Arinoni, o na kuuma itũũra rĩrĩa rĩarĩ gatagatĩ ka mũkuru ũcio o na nuthu ya Gileadi nginya Rũũĩ rwa Jaboku, rũrĩa rũrĩ mũhaka-inĩ wa Aamoni.

Sihon, king of the Amorite, who is dwelling in Heshbon, ruling from Aroer which [is] on the border of the brook Arnon, and the middle of the brook, and half of Gilead, and unto Jabok the brook, the border of the Bene-Ammon;

3 O na nĩathanaga mwena wa irathĩro wa Araba, kuuma Iria rĩa Kinerethu nginya iria rĩa Araba (nĩrĩo Iria rĩa Cumbĩ), nginya Bethi-Jeshimothu, na ningĩ gũthiĩ na mwena wa gũthini agakinya mũhuro wa kĩanda kĩa iharũrũka cia Pisiga.

And the plain unto the sea of Chinneroth eastward, and unto the sea of the plain (the salt sea) eastward, the way to Beth-Jeshimoth, and from the south under the springs of Pisgah.

4 Ningĩ andũ a Isiraeli magĩtunyana bũrũri wa Ogu mũthamaki wa Bashani, ũmwe wa matigari ma andũ a Refaimu arĩa maatũũraga kũu Ashitarothu na Edirei.

And the border of Og king of Bashan (of the remnant of the Rephaim), who is dwelling in Ashtaroth and in Edrei,

5 Aathanaga Kĩrĩma kĩa Herimoni, na Saleka, na Bashani guothe, o nginya mũhaka-inĩ wa andũ a Geshuru, na wa Maaka, na nuthu ya Gileadi o nginya mũhaka-inĩ wao na Sihoni mũthamaki wa Heshiboni.

and ruling in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurite, and the Maachathite, and the half of Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 Musa ndungata ya Jehova hamwe na andũ a Isiraeli nĩmamatooririe. Nake Musa ndungata ya Jehova akĩheana bũrũri wao kũrĩ andũ a Rubeni, na a Gadi, na nuthu ya mũhĩrĩga wa Manase, gũtuĩke igai rĩao.

Moses, servant of Jehovah, and the sons of Israel have smitten them, and Moses, servant of Jehovah, giveth it — a possession to the Reubenite, and to the Gadite, and to the half of the tribe of Manasseh.

7 Acio nĩo athamaki a bũrũri ũrĩa Joshua na andũ a Isiraeli maatooririe kũu mwena wa ithũĩro wa Rũũĩ rwa Jorodani, kuuma Baali-Gadi, Gĩtuamba-inĩ kĩa Lebanoni, nginya Kĩrĩma kĩa Halaku, kĩrĩa kĩrorete na mwena wa Seiru (mabũrũri mao nĩmaheanĩtwo nĩ Joshua kũrĩ mĩhĩrĩga ya Isiraeli matuĩke magai mao kũringana na ũrĩa mĩhĩrĩga yao yagayanĩtio,

And these [are] kings of the land whom Joshua and the sons of Israel have smitten beyond the Jordan westward, from Baal-Gad, in the valley of Lebanon, and unto the mount of Halak, which is going up to Seir; and Joshua giveth it to the tribes of Israel — a possession according to their divisions;

in the hill-country, and in the low country, and in the plain, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9 mũthamaki wa Jeriko, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Ai (hakuhĩ na Betheli), ũmwe,

The king of Jericho, one; The king of Ai, which [is] beside Bethel, one;

10 na mũthamaki wa Jerusalemu, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Hebironi, ũmwe,

The king of Jerusalem, one; The king of Hebron, one;

11 na mũthamaki wa Jaramuthu, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Lakishi, ũmwe,

The king of Jarmuth, one; The king of Lachish, one;

12 na mũthamaki wa Egiloni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Gezeri, ũmwe,

The king of Eglon, one; The king of Gezer, one;

13 na mũthamaki wa Debiri, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Gederi, ũmwe,

The king of Debir, one; The king of Geder, one;

14 na mũthamaki wa Horoma, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Aradi, ũmwe,

The king of Hormah, one; The king of Arad, one;

15 na mũthamaki wa Libina, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Adulamu, ũmwe,

The king of Libnah, one; The king of Adullam, one;

16 na mũthamaki wa Makeda, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Betheli, ũmwe,

The king of Mekkedah, one; The king of Beth-El, one;

17 na mũthamaki wa Tapua, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Heferi, ũmwe,

The king of Tappuah, one; The king of Hepher, one;

18 na mũthamaki wa Afeku, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Lasharoni, ũmwe,

The king of Aphek, one; The king of Lasharon, one;

19 na mũthamaki wa Madoni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Hazoru, ũmwe,

The king of Madon, one; The king of Hazor, one;

20 na mũthamaki wa Shimuroni Meroni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Akishafu, ũmwe,

The king of Shimron-Meron, one; The king of Achshaph, one;

21 na mũthamaki wa Taanaka, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Megido, ũmwe,

The king of Taanach, one; The king of Megiddo, one;

22 na mũthamaki wa Kedeshi, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Jokineamu itũũra rĩ kũu Karimeli, ũmwe,

The king of Kedesh, one; The king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;

23 na mũthamaki wa Dori (kũu Nafothu-Dori), ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Goimu kũu Giligali, ũmwe,

The king of Dor, at the elevation of Dor, one; The king of the Goyim of Gilgal, one;

24 na mũthamaki wa Tiriza, ũmwe; athamaki acio othe maarĩ mĩrongo ĩtatũ na ũmwe.

The king of Tirzah, one; all the kings [are] thirty and one.
