< Ahibirania 13 >

1 Ikaragai mwendaine ta ariũ na aarĩ a Ithe witũ.
Let brotherly love continue.
2 Mũtikanariganĩrwo nĩgũtuga ageni, nĩ ũndũ andũ amwe tondũ wa gwĩka ũguo maananyiita araika ũgeni matekũmenya.
Do not forget hospitality to strangers, for in doing so some have entertained angels without knowing it.
3 Ririkanagai andũ arĩa mohetwo o ta muohetwo hamwe nao, o na mũririkanage arĩa marathĩĩnio taarĩ inyuĩ ene mũranyamario.
Remember the prisoners as if chained with them, those who are being mistreated as if you yourselves were physically there.
4 Ũhoro wa kũhikania nĩwagĩrĩirwo nĩgũtĩĩo nĩ andũ othe, naguo ũrĩrĩ wa arĩa mahikanĩtie ndũgathaahio; nĩgũkorwo Ngai nĩagaciirithia arĩa othe matharagia, na ahũũri-maraya othe.
Marriage is honorable among all and the marriage bed undefiled, but God will judge fornicators and adulterers.
5 Ikaragai mũtegũkorokera mbeeca, na mũiganagwo nĩ kĩrĩa mũrĩ nakĩo, tondũ Ngai oigĩte atĩrĩ, “Ndirĩ hĩndĩ ngaagũtiganĩria; na ndigagũtirika o narĩ.”
Your way of life should be free from the love of money, being content with what you have, because He Himself has said: “I absolutely will not desert you; I most certainly will not abandon you.”
6 Nĩ ũndũ ũcio no tuuge tũũmĩrĩirie atĩrĩ, “Mwathani nĩwe mũndeithia; ndingĩĩtigĩra. Mũndũ-rĩ, nĩ atĩa angĩhota kũnjĩka?”
So we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
Remember your leaders, those who spoke the Word of God to you, whose faith imitate, considering the outcome of their conduct.
8 Jesũ Kristũ atũũraga atekũgarũrũka, ira, na ũmũthĩ, o na nginya tene. (aiōn g165)
Jesus Christ is Himself, yesterday and today and into the ages.
Do not be carried away by various and strange teachings, because it is good that the heart be established by grace, not foods, by which those who were so occupied were not benefited.
10 Ithuĩ nĩ tũrĩ na kĩgongona kĩrĩa andũ arĩa matungataga kũu hema-inĩ ĩyo matarĩ na rũtha rwa kũrĩĩaga magongona marĩa marutagĩrwo ho.
We have an altar from which those who serve in the Tabernacle have no right to eat.
11 Mũthĩnjĩri-Ngai ũrĩa mũnene akuuaga thakame ya nyamũ akamĩtwara Handũ-harĩa-Hatheru-Mũno ĩtuĩke ya kũhoroheria mehia, no mĩĩrĩ ya nyamũ icio ĩcinagĩrwo nja ya itũũra.
Because the bodies of the animals—whose blood, concerning sin, is brought into the Holies by the high priest—are burned up outside the camp,
12 Ũguo no taguo Jesũ aanyariirĩirwo nja ya kĩhingo gĩa itũũra inene, nĩgeetha andũ matheragio nĩ thakame yake.
therefore Jesus also, so that He might sanctify the people by His own blood, suffered outside the city gate.
13 Nĩ ũndũ ũcio-rĩ, nĩtumagarei tũthiĩ kũrĩ we kũu nja ya itũũra, tũkuuanĩire nake gĩconoko kĩrĩa we aakuuire.
So then, let us go out to Him, outside the camp, bearing His disgrace;
14 Nĩgũkorwo gũkũ tũtirĩ na itũũra inene rĩtagaathira, no tũcaragia itũũra inene rĩrĩa rĩgooka thuutha-inĩ.
because here we do not have a permanent city, but we seek the coming one.
15 Nĩ ũndũ ũcio-rĩ, nĩtũthiĩ na mbere kũrutĩra Ngai igongona rĩa kũmũgooca nĩ ũndũ wa Jesũ tũtegũtigithĩria, na nĩrĩo itunda rĩa tũnua tũrĩa tuumbũraga rĩĩtwa rĩake.
Through Him therefore, at all times, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God—the fruit of lips that identify with His name.
16 Na mũtikanariganĩrwo nĩ gwĩkaga wega, o na kũgayanaga kĩrĩa mũndũ arĩ nakĩo na andũ arĩa angĩ, nĩgũkorwo magongona ta macio nĩmo makenagia Ngai.
(But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.)
17 Athĩkagĩrai atongoria anyu, na mwĩnyiihagĩrie wathani wao. Maikaraga meiguĩte nĩ ũndũ wa mĩoyo yanyu taarĩ o makoorio ũhoro wanyu. Maathĩkagĩrei nĩgeetha wĩra wao ũgatuĩka gĩkeno, no ti mũrigo, nĩgũkorwo ũndũ ũcio ndũngĩtuĩka wa kũmũguna.
Obey your leaders and submit, for they keep watch over your souls, as those who must give account, so that they may do it with joy and not sighing (which would be unprofitable for you).
18 Tũhooyagĩrei. Tũrĩ na ma atĩ thamiri ciitũ itirĩ na ũcuuke, na nĩtũkwenda gũtũũra na mĩikarĩre mĩega maũndũ-inĩ mothe.
Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a good conscience, desiring to live commendably in all things;
19 Nĩngũmũthaitha mũno mũhooyage nĩgeetha hotithio gũcooka kũrĩ inyuĩ o narua.
I especially urge you to do this so that I may be restored to you more quickly.
Now may the God of peace—who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep— (aiōnios g166)
21 aromũhe kĩndũ o gĩothe kĩega gĩa kũmũhotithia gwĩka ũrĩa endaga, na aroeka thĩinĩ witũ maũndũ marĩa mamũkenagia thĩinĩ wa Jesũ Kristũ, nake arogoocagwo tene na tene. Ameni. (aiōn g165)
equip you for every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Ndamũthaitha ariũ na aarĩ a Ithe witũ, mũkirĩrĩrie ciugo ciakwa cia kũmũtaara nĩgũkorwo ndamwandĩkĩra o marũa makuhĩ.
Now I appeal to you, brothers, bear with this word of exhortation, for I have written to you in few words.
23 Nĩngwenda mũmenye atĩ mũrũ wa Ithe witũ Timotheo nĩarekereirio. Nake angĩũka narua, nĩtũrĩũka nake kũmuona.
Know that brother Timothy has been released, with whom I will see you, if he comes quickly.
24 Geithiai atongoria anyu othe na andũ othe, a Ngai. Andũ a kuuma Italia nĩmamũgeithia.
Greet all your leaders and all the saints. Those from Italy greet you.
25 Wega wa Ngai ũrogĩa na inyuĩ inyuothe.
The Grace be with you all. Amen.
