Kĩambĩrĩria 5
1 Ũyũ nĩguo ũhoro ũrĩa wandĩkĩtwo wĩgiĩ njiarwa cia Adamu. Hĩndĩ ĩrĩa Ngai oombire mũndũ-rĩ, amũũmbire na mũhianĩre wa Ngai.
Thys is the boke of the generacion of man In the daye when God created man and made hym after the symilytude of god
2 Ngai aamoombire mũndũ mũrũme na mũndũ-wa-nja na akĩmarathima. Na aarĩkia kũmomba, akĩmeeta “mũndũ.”
Male and female made he the and called their names man in the daye when they were created.
3 Adamu aakinyia mĩaka igana na mĩrongo ĩtatũ-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wamũtũkĩtie na wa mũhianĩre wake; nake akĩmũtua Sethi.
And when Adam was an hundred and thyrty yere old he begat a sonne after hys lycknesse and symilytude: and called hys name Seth.
4 Na thuutha wa Sethi gũciarwo-rĩ, Adamu agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And the dayes of Adam after he begat Seth were eyght hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
5 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Adamu aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na mĩrongo ĩtatũ, agĩcooka agĩkua.
and all the dayes of Adam which he lyved were. ix. hundred and. xxx. yere and then he dyed.
6 Sethi aakinyia mĩaka igana na ĩtano-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Enoshu.
And Seth lyved an hundred and. v. yeres and begat Enos.
7 Na thuutha wa Enoshu gũciarwo-rĩ, Sethi agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana na mũgwanja na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And after he had begot Enos he lyved. viij. hundred and. vij. yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
8 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Sethi aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na ikũmi na ĩĩrĩ, agĩcooka agĩkua.
And all the dayes of Seth were. ix. hundred and. xij. yere and dyed.
9 Enoshu aakinyia mĩaka mĩrongo kenda-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Kenani.
And Enos lyved. lxxxx. yere and begat kenan.
10 Na thuutha wa Kenani gũciarwo-rĩ, Enoshu agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana na ikũmi na ĩtano, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And Enos after he begat kenan lyved viij. hundred and. xv. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
11 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Enoshu aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na ĩtano, agĩcooka agĩkua.
and all the dayes of Enos were. ix hundred and. v. yere and than he dyed.
12 Kenani aakinyia mĩaka mĩrongo mũgwanja-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Mahalaleli.
And kenan lyued. lxx. yere and begat Mahalaliel.
13 Na thuutha wa Mahalaleli gũciarwo-rĩ, Kenani agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana na mĩrongo ĩna, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And kenan after he had begot Mahalaliel lyved. viij. hundred and. xl. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
14 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Kenani aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na ikũmi, agĩcooka agĩkua.
and al the dayes of kenan were. ix. hundred and. x. yere and than he dyed.
15 Mahalaleli aakinyia mĩaka mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na ĩtano-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Jaredi.
And Mahalaliel lyued. lxv. yere and begat Iared.
16 Na thuutha wa Jaredi gũciarwo-rĩ, Mahalaleli agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana na mĩrongo ĩtatũ, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And Mahalaliel after he had begot Iared lyved. viij. hundred and. xxx. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
17 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Mahalaleli aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana manana na mĩrongo kenda na ĩtano, agĩcooka agĩkua.
and all the dayes of Mahalalyell were. viij. hundred nynetye and. v. yeare and than he dyed
18 Jaredi aakinyia mĩaka igana na mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na ĩĩrĩ-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Enoku.
And Iared lyved an hundred and. lxij. yere and begat Henoch:
19 Na thuutha wa Enoku gũciarwo-rĩ, Jaredi agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana manana, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
and Iared lyved after he begat Henoch. viij. hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
20 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Jaredi aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na ĩĩrĩ, agĩcooka agĩkua.
And all the dayes of Iared were. ix. hundred and. lxij. yere and than he dyed.
21 Enoku aakinyia mĩaka mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na ĩtano-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Methusela.
And Henoch lyved. lxv. yere ad begat Mathusala.
22 Na thuutha wa Methusela gũciarwo-rĩ, Enoku agĩtũũra atwaranaga na Ngai mĩaka magana matatũ, akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And Henoch walked wyth god after he had begot Mathusala. iij. hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
23 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Enoku aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana matatũ na mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na ĩtano.
And all the dayes of Henoch were. iij. hundred and. lxv. yere.
24 Enoku agĩtwarana na Ngai nginya akĩagwo tondũ Ngai nĩamuoire.
and than Henoch lyved a godly lyfe and was nomore sene for God toke hym away.
25 Methusela aakinyia mĩaka igana na mĩrongo ĩnana na mũgwanja-rĩ, akĩgĩa na mũriũ wetagwo Lameku.
And Mathusala lyved an hundred and lxxxvij. yere and begat Lamech:
26 Na thuutha wa Lameku gũciarwo-rĩ, Methusela agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana mũgwanja na mĩrongo ĩnana na ĩĩrĩ, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
and Mathusala after he had begot Lamech lyved. vij. hundred and. lxxxij. yere ad begat sonnes and doughters.
27 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Methusela aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana kenda na mĩrongo ĩtandatũ na kenda, agĩcooka agĩkua.
And all the dayes of Methusala were. ix. hundred. lxix yere and than he dyed.
28 Lameku aakinyia mĩaka igana na mĩrongo ĩnana na ĩĩrĩ-rĩ, akĩgĩa mwana wa kahĩĩ.
And Lamech lyved an hundred. lxxxij. yere and begat a sonne
29 Nake agĩgatua Nuhu, akiuga atĩrĩ, “Nĩarĩtũhooragĩria ruo rwa wĩra na mĩnoga ya moko maitũ rĩrĩa tũkũrĩma, tondũ Jehova nĩarumire thĩ.”
and called hym Noe sayng. This same shall comforte vs: as concernynge oure worke and sorowe of oure handes which we haue aboute the erthe that the LORde hath cursed.
30 Thuutha wa Nuhu gũciarwo-rĩ, Lameku agĩtũũra muoyo mĩaka ĩngĩ magana matano na mĩrongo kenda na ĩtano, na akĩgĩa na ciana ingĩ cia aanake na cia airĩtu.
And Lamech lyved after he had begot Noe v. hundred nynetie and. v. yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
31 Mĩaka yothe ĩrĩa Lameku aatũũrire muoyo yarĩ mĩaka magana mũgwanja na mĩrongo mũgwanja na mũgwanja, agĩcooka agĩkua.
And all the dayes of Lamech were. vij. hundred. lxxvij. yere and than he dyed.
32 Nuhu aakinyia ũkũrũ wa mĩaka magana matano-rĩ, akĩgĩa na ariũ ake na nĩo Shemu, na Hamu na Jafethu.
And when Noe was. v. hundred yere olde he begat Sem Ham and Iaphet.
