1 Inyuĩ aathani-rĩ, ĩkagai ngombo cianyu maũndũ marĩa magĩrĩire na marĩa marĩ kĩhooto, tondũ nĩmũũĩ o na inyuĩ mũrĩ na Mwathi wanyu kũrĩa igũrũ.
You masters, supply your servants with what is just and equitable, knowing that you, too, have a Master in heaven.
2 Mwĩheanagei na kĩyo ũhoro-inĩ wa kũhooya, mwĩiguĩte na mũgĩcookagĩria Ngai ngaatho.
Pursue prayer. Be watchful in prayer with acts of thanksgiving.
3 Na mũtũhooyagĩre o na ithuĩ, nĩgeetha Ngai ahingũrĩre ndũmĩrĩri iitũ mũrango, nĩgeetha tũhunjagie ũhoro wa hitho ya Kristũ, ũhoro ũrĩa niĩ njohetwo nĩ ũndũ waguo.
Pray together, for us also, so that God may open a door of speech to us, so as to speak the mystery of Christ, (because of which, even now, I am in chains)
4 Hooyagai nĩgeetha ndĩũhunjagie na andũ magataũkĩrwo wega, o ta ũrĩa njagĩrĩirwo nĩ gwĩka.
so that I may manifest it in the manner that I ought to speak.
5 Tuĩkagai oogĩ harĩ maũndũ marĩa mũrĩĩkaga andũ arĩa matarĩ a thiritũ yanyu; mũtegũte mweke ũrĩa mũrĩ naguo wa gwĩka wega.
Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming this age.
6 Na mũkĩaria, aragiai hĩndĩ ciothe mũiyũrĩtwo nĩ wega wa Ngai, nayo mĩario yanyu ĩtuĩke ta ĩkĩrĩtwo cumbĩ, nĩgeetha mũmenyage ũrĩa mũrĩcookagĩria o mũndũ.
Let your speech be ever graceful, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to respond to each person.
7 Tukiko nĩakamũhe ũhoro wakwa wothe. Ũcio nĩ mũrũ wa Ithe witũ twendete mũno, nĩ ndungata ya kwĩhokeka na tũtungataga nake thĩinĩ wa Mwathani.
As for the things that concern me, Tychicus, a most beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord, will make everything known to you.
8 Ndamũtũma kũrĩ inyuĩ nĩ ũndũ wa ũhoro ũyũ kĩũmbe, atĩ mũmenyithio wega ũrĩa ithuĩ tũhaana, na ningĩ atĩ amũũmĩrĩrie ngoro.
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, so that he may know the things that concern you, and may console your hearts,
9 Megũũka na Onesimo, mũrũ wa Ithe witũ mwĩhokeku na ũrĩa twendete mũno, nake nĩ ũmwe wanyu. Acio nĩmekũmũhe ũhoro wa ũrĩa maũndũ mothe marekĩka gũkũ.
with Onesimus, a most beloved and faithful brother, who is from among you. They shall make known to you everything that is happening here.
10 Nĩmwageithio nĩ Arisitariko ũrĩa tuohetwo nake, o na Mariko nĩamũgeithia, ũrĩa mũihwa wa Baranaba. (Nĩmwĩrĩtwo ũhoro wake; angĩũka kũrĩ inyuĩ-rĩ, mwamũkĩrei.)

11 Jesũ ũrĩa wĩtagwo Jusito o nake nĩamũgeithia. Acio no-o Ayahudi thĩinĩ wa arĩa tũrutithanagia wĩra wa ũthamaki wa Ngai nao, na nĩmatuĩkĩte a kũnyũmĩrĩria.

12 Epafara, ũrĩa arĩ ũmwe wanyu na ndungata ya Kristũ Jesũ, nĩamũgeithia. We nĩamũhooyagĩra mũno hĩndĩ ciothe, nĩguo mũhote kwĩhaanda wega ũhoro-inĩ wothe wa kũhingia wendi wa Ngai, mũrĩ agima na mũrĩ na kĩĩrĩgĩrĩro gĩkinyanĩru.
Epaphras greets you, who is from among you, a servant of Christ Jesus, ever solicitous for you in prayer, so that you may stand, perfect and complete, in the entire will of God.
13 Niĩ ndĩ na ũira wake atĩ nĩarutaga wĩra na hinya, akenogia nĩ ũndũ wanyu, na nĩ ũndũ wa arĩa marĩ Laodikia na Hierapoli.
For I offer testimony to him, that he has labored greatly for you, and for those who are at Laodicea, and for those at Hierapolis.
14 Nĩmwageithio nĩ Luka ũrĩa ndagĩtarĩ, mũrata witũ twendete mũno, o na Dema.
Luke, a most beloved physician, greets you, as does Demas.
15 Geithiai ariũ na aarĩ a Ithe witũ kũu Laodikia, na mũgeithie Numifa na andũ a kanitha ũrĩa ũrĩ gwake mũciĩ.
Greet the brothers who are at Laodicea, and Nymphas, and those who are at his house, a church.
16 Na rĩrĩ, mwarĩkia gũthomerwo marũa maya, matũmei magathomerwo andũ a kanitha wa Laodikia, na inyuĩ no nginya muone atĩ nĩmwathoma marũa ma kuuma kanitha wa Laodikia.
And when this epistle has been read among you, cause it to be read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and you should read that which is from the Laodiceans.
17 Na mwĩre Arikipo atĩrĩ: “No nginya wone atĩ nĩwarĩĩkia wĩra ũrĩa wamũkĩrire thĩinĩ wa Mwathani.”
And tell Archippus: “See to the ministry that you have received in the Lord, in order to fulfill it.”
18 Niĩ Paũlũ nĩ niĩ ndaandĩka ngeithi ici na guoko gwakwa. Ririkanai atĩ ndĩ muohe na mĩnyororo. Wega wa Ngai ũrogĩa na inyuĩ.
