And he sent David to Tamar the house towards saying go please [the] house of Amnon brother your and make for him the food.

And I where? will I bring reproach my and you you will be like one of the fools in Israel and now speak please to the king for not he will withhold me from you.
14 Nowe akĩrega kũmũigua, na tondũ aarĩ na hinya kũmũkĩra, akĩmũnyiita na agĩkoma nake na hinya.
And not he was willing to listen to voice her and he was strong more than her and he humbled her and he lay with with her.
15 Ningĩ Amunoni akĩmũthũũra na rũthũũro rũnene makĩria. Ti-itherũ, aamũthũũrire gũkĩra ũrĩa aamwendete. Amunoni akĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Ũkĩra, wehere haha!”
And he hated her Amnon hatred great very that [was] great the hatred which he hated her more than [the] love which he had loved her and he said to her Amnon get up go.
16 Tamaru akĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Aca! Kũnyingata thiĩ nĩ ihĩtia inene makĩria gũkĩra ũguo wanjĩka.” Nowe akĩrega kũmũigua.
And she said to him may not [the] causes of the evil great this [be] more than [the] other which you have done with me to send away me and not he was willing to listen to her.
17 Nake Amunoni agĩĩta ndungata yake, akĩmĩĩra atĩrĩ, “Eheria mũndũ-wa-nja ũyũ haha, na oima ũhinge mũrango.”
And he summoned young man his [who] served him and he said send away please this [woman] from with me the outside towards and lock the door after her.
And [was] on her a long garment of palms and soles for thus they wore [the] daughters of the king the virgins robes and he made go out her servant his the outside and he locked the door after her.
And she took Tamar ash[es] on head her and [the] long garment of the palms and soles which [was] on her she tore and she put hand her on head her and she went continuously and she cried out.
And he said to her Absalom brother her ¿ Amnon brother your has he been with you and now O sister my keep silent [is] brother your he may not you set heart your to the matter this and she dwelt Tamar a desolate [woman] [the] house of Absalom brother her.
21 Hĩndĩ ĩrĩa Mũthamaki Daudi aiguire maũndũ macio mothe-rĩ, akĩrakara mũno.
And the king David he heard all the things these and it burned to him exceedingly.
And not he spoke Absalom with Amnon from bad and unto good for he hated Absalom Amnon on [the] thing that he had humbled Tamar sister his.
23 Mĩaka ĩĩrĩ yathira, hĩndĩ ĩrĩa amuri a ngʼondu guoya a Abisalomu maarĩ kũu Baali-Hazoru hakuhĩ na mũhaka wa Efiraimu-rĩ, agĩĩta ariũ a mũthamaki othe mathiĩ kuo.
And it was to two years days and they belonged shearers to Absalom at Baal Hazor which [is] near Ephraim and he invited Absalom all [the] sons of the king.
24 Abisalomu agĩthiĩ kũrĩ mũthamaki, akĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Ndungata yaku nĩĩtĩte amuri ngʼondu guoya. Hihi mũthamaki na anene ake no moke tũkorwo hamwe.”
And he went Absalom to the king and he said here! please shearers [belong] to servant your let him go please the king and servants his with servant your.
25 Mũthamaki agĩcookia atĩrĩ, “Aca, mũrũ wakwa. Tũtiagĩrĩirwo nĩ gũthiĩ ithuothe; twahota gũtuĩka mũrigo harĩwe.” O na gũtuĩka Abisalomu nĩamũthaithire-rĩ, nĩaregire biũ gũthiĩ, no akĩmũhe kĩrathimo gĩake.
And he said the king to Absalom may [we] not O son my may not please we go all of us and not we will be heavy on you and he urged him and not he was willing to go and he blessed him.
26 Ningĩ Abisalomu akĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Angĩkorwo ti ũguo-rĩ, ndagũthaitha ũreke mũrũ wa baba Amunoni athiĩ na ithuĩ.” Nake mũthamaki akĩmũũria atĩrĩ, “Nĩ kĩĩ gĩgũtũma athiĩ na inyuĩ?”
And he said Absalom and not let him go please with us Amnon brother my and he said to him the king why? will he go with you.
27 Nowe Abisalomu akĩmũringĩrĩria, na nĩ ũndũ ũcio mũthamaki akĩreka Amunoni mathiĩ nake, hamwe na ariũ acio angĩ a mũthamaki.
And he urged him Absalom and he sent with him Amnon and all [the] sons of the king.
28 Abisalomu agĩatha andũ ake, akĩmeera atĩrĩ, “Ta thikĩrĩriai! Rĩrĩa Amunoni arĩkorwo akenete nĩ kũnyua ndibei akarĩĩo, na inyuĩ ndĩmwĩre atĩrĩ, ‘Ringai agwe thĩ,’ hĩndĩ ĩyo mũũragei. Mũtigetigĩre. Githĩ ti niĩ ndĩmũheete watho ũcio? Ũmĩrĩriai mũtuĩke njamba.”
And he commanded Absalom servants his saying look please when is good [the] heart of Amnon with the wine and I will say to you strike down Amnon and you will kill him may not you be afraid ¿ In-deed I I have commanded you be strong and become sons of strength.
29 Nĩ ũndũ ũcio andũ a Abisalomu magĩĩka Amunoni o ta ũrĩa Abisalomu aamaathĩte. Hĩndĩ ĩyo ariũ othe a mũthamaki magĩũkĩra, makĩhaica nyũmbũ ciao, makĩũra.
And they did [the] servants of Absalom to Amnon just as he had commanded Absalom and they arose - all [the] sons of the king and they mounted each on mule his and they fled.
30 Marĩ njĩra-inĩ makĩũra-rĩ, ũhoro ũcio ũgĩkinyĩra Daudi, akĩĩrwo atĩrĩ, “Abisalomu nĩoragĩte ariũ othe a mũthamaki; gũtirĩ o na ũmwe ũtigarĩte.”
And it was they [were] on the way and the report it came to David saying he has struck down Absalom all [the] sons of the king and not he is left of them one.
31 Nake mũthamaki agĩũkĩra, agĩtembũranga nguo ciake, agĩkoma thĩ; o nacio ndungata ciake ikĩrũgama hakuhĩ nake, na igĩtembũranga nguo ciacio.
And he arose the king and he tore garments his and he lay down [the] ground towards and all servants his [were] standing torn of garments.
32 No Jonadabu mũrũ wa Shimea, mũrũ wa nyina na Daudi, akiuga atĩrĩ, “Mwathi wakwa, tiga gwĩciiria atĩ moragĩte ariũ othe a mũthamaki; no Amunoni wiki ũkuĩte. Ũndũ ũcio ũtũire ũrĩ muoroto wa Abisalomu kuuma mũthenya ũrĩa Amunoni aanyiitire mwarĩ wa nyina Tamaru na hinya.
And he answered Jonadab - [the] son of Shimeah [the] brother of David and he said may not he say lord my all the young men [the] sons of the king they have killed for Amnon to only him he has died for on [the] mouth of Absalom it was determined from [the] day humbled he Tamar sister his.
33 Mũthamaki mwathi wakwa ndagĩrĩirwo nĩkũrũmbũiya ũhoro ũcio wa atĩ ariũ othe a mũthamaki nĩmakuĩte. Amunoni nowe wiki ũkuĩte.”
And therefore may not he set lord my the king to heart his a word saying all [the] sons of the king they have died that (except *Q(K)*) Amnon to only him he has died.
And he fled Absalom and he lifted up the servant who kept watch (eyes his *Q(K)*) and he saw and there! a people numerous [was] coming from [the] road behind him (at the descent and he went the watchman and he told to the king and he said men I saw [were] going down from direction of Horonaim *X*) from [the] side of the mountain.
35 Jonadabu akĩĩra mũthamaki atĩrĩ, “Ta kĩone, ariũ a mũthamaki marĩ haha; o ta ũrĩa ndungata yaku ĩkwĩrire, ũguo noguo gũtariĩ.”
And he said Jonadab to the king there! [the] sons of the king they have come according to [the] word of servant your so it has happened.
36 Na aarĩkia kwaria o ro ũguo-rĩ, ariũ a mũthamaki magĩũka makĩrĩraga na mũgambo mũnene. O nake mũthamaki na ndungata ciake ciothe makĩrĩra marĩ na ruo rũnene.
And it was - when finished he to speak and there! [the] sons of the king they came and they lifted up voice their and they wept and also the king and all servants his they wept a weeping a great very.
37 Nake Abisalomu akĩũra agĩthiĩ gwa Talimai mũrũ wa Amihudi, mũthamaki wa Geshuru. Nowe Mũthamaki Daudi agĩcakaĩra mũriũ mũthenya o mũthenya.
And Absalom he fled and he went to Talmai [the] son of (Ammihud *Q(K)*) [the] king of Geshur and he mourned on son his all the days.
38 Thuutha wa Abisalomu kũũrĩra Geshuru, aikarire kuo mĩaka ĩtatũ.
And Absalom he fled and he went Geshur and he was there three years.
39 Nayo ngoro ya mũthamaki nĩyeriragĩria gũthiĩ kũrĩ Abisalomu, tondũ nĩahooreretio ũhoro-inĩ ũkoniĩ gĩkuũ kĩa Amunoni.
And it [fem] completed David the king to go out against Absalom for he was comforted on Amnon that he had died.
