Sacharja 4
1 Und der Engel, der mit mir geredet, kehrte zurück und weckte mich auf wie einen Mann, der aus seinem Schlafe aufgeweckt wird.
And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.
2 Und er sagte zu mir: Was siehst du? Und ich sagte: Ich sehe, und siehe, ein Leuchter, ganz von Gold, und sein Ölbehälter oben auf, und seine sieben Lampen darauf; sieben und sieben Gießröhren für die Lampen, die oben waren.
And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have seen, and behold, a candlestick all of gold, with its bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon; there are seven pipes to each of the lamps, which are upon the top thereof:
3 Und zwei Ölbäume dabei, einer zur Rechten des Ölbehälters und einer zu seiner Linken.
and two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
4 Und ich hob an und sprach zu dem Engel, der mit mir redete, und sprach: Was sind diese, mein Herr?
And I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
5 Und der Engel, der mit mir redete, antwortete und sprach zu mir: Weißt du nicht, was diese sind? Und ich sagte: Nein, mein Herr.
Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
6 Und er antwortete und sprach zu mir, sprechend: Dies Wort Jehovahs ist an Serubbabel, sprechend: Nicht durch Vermögen und nicht durch Kraft, sondern durch Meinen Geist, spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen.
Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
7 Wer bist du, großer Berg? Vor Serubbabel wirst du eine Ebene, daß er herausbringe den Hauptstein mit dem Getöse: Gnade, Gnade ihm.
Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou shalt become] a plain: and he shall bring forth the head stone with shoutings of Grace, grace, unto it.
8 Und es geschah Jehovahs Wort an mich, sprechend:
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
9 Die Hände Serubbabels gründeten dies Haus und seine Hände führen es aus. Und du sollst erkennen, daß Jehovah der Heerscharen mich zu euch gesendet hat.
The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
10 Denn wer will den Tag der kleinen Dinge verachten? Und sie sind fröhlich und sehen das Senkblei in Serubbabels Hand. Sieben sind diese, die Augen Jehovahs, sie durchstreifen die ganze Erde.
For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel, even these seven, [which are] the eyes of the LORD; they run to and fro through the whole earth.
11 Und ich antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Was sollen diese zwei Ölbäume zur Rechten des Leuchters und zu seiner Linken?
Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
12 Und ich hob zum zweitenmal an und sprach zu ihm: Was sind die zwei Beeren der Ölbäume, die zur Seite der zwei goldenen Röhren sind und aus sich das Gold leeren?
And I answered the second time, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches, which are beside the two golden spouts, that empty the golden [oil] out of themselves?
13 Und Er sprach zu mir, sprechend: Weißt du nicht, was diese sind? Und ich sprach: Nein, mein Herr.
And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
14 Und Er sprach: Dies sind die zwei Söhne des Ölbaums, die bei dem Herrn der ganzen Erde stehen.
Then said he, These are the two sons of oil, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
