Psalm 98

1 Ein Psalm. Singet Jehovah ein neues Lied; denn Wunder hat Er getan; gerettet hat Ihn Seine Rechte und der Arm Seiner Heiligkeit.

Singe ye a newe song to the Lord; for he hath do merueils. His riyt hond and his hooli arm; hath maad heelthe to hym.

2 Jehovah hat kundgetan Sein Heil; vor der Völkerschaften Augen hat Seine Gerechtigkeit Er geoffenbart.

The Lord hath maad knowun his heelthe; in the siyt of hethene men he hath schewid his riytfulnesse.

3 Er gedachte Seiner Barmherzigkeit und Seiner Wahrheit dem Hause Israels, alle Enden der Erde haben das Heil unseres Gottes gesehen.

He bithouyte on his merci; and on his treuthe, to the hous of Israel. Alle the endis of erthe; sien the heelthe of oure God.

4 Jubelt Jehovah, alle die Erde, brechet aus und lobpreiset und singet Psalmen!

Al erthe, make ye hertli ioye to God; synge ye, and make ye ful out ioye, and seie ye salm.

5 Singt Psalmen dem Jehovah zur Harfe, auf der Harfe und des Psalmen Stimme.

Singe ye to the Lord in an harpe, in harpe and vois of salm;

6 Mit Trompeten und Schall der Posaune jauchzet auf vor dem König Jehovah!

in trumpis betun out with hamer, and in vois of a trumpe of horn. Hertli synge ye in the siyt of the Lord, the king; the see and the fulnesse therof be moued;

7 Es brause Ihm das Meer und seine Fülle; die Welt und die darin wohnen.

the world, and thei that dwellen therynne.

8 Die Flüsse sollen in die Hände klatschen, die Berge aufjubeln allzumal.

Flodis schulen make ioie with hond, togidere hillis schulen make ful out ioye, for siyt of the Lord;

9 Vor Jehovah; denn Er kommt zu richten die Erde; Er richtet die Welt in Gerechtigkeit und die Völker in Geradheit.
