3 Mose 1

1 Und Jehovah rief Mose und redete mit ihm aus dem Versammlungszelt und sprach:

And the Lord called unto Moses, and spoke unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,

2 Rede zu den Söhnen Israels und sprich zu ihnen: Der Mensch unter euch, der Jehovah eine Opfergabe darbringen will vom Vieh: vom Rind und vom Kleinvieh sollet ihr eure Opfergabe darbringen.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any one of you wish to bring an offering unto the Lord: of the cattle, either of the herds, or of the flocks, shall ye bring your offering.

3 Wenn seine Opfergabe ein Brandopfer ist vom Rind, soll er ein männliches ohne Fehl darbringen. Er bringe es dar am Eingang zum Versammlungszelt, auf daß er vor Jehovah wohlgefällig sei;

If his offering be a burnt-sacrifice of the herds, then shall he offer a male without blemish: unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation shall he bring it, that it may be favorably received for him before the Lord.

4 Und lege seine Hand auf den Kopf des Brandopfers, auf daß es wohlgefällig sei für ihn, und ihm zur Versöhnung sei.

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the burnt-offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

5 Und er schlachte das junge Rind vor Jehovah, und die Söhne Aharons und die Priester sollen das Blut darbringen, und das Blut ringsum auf den Altar sprengen, der am Eingang des Versammlungszeltes ist.

And he shall kill the young steer before the Lord: and the sons of Aaron the priests shall bring near the blood, and they shall sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

6 Und er enthäute das Brandopfer und zerstücke es in seine Stücke.

And he shall flay the burnt-offering, and cut it into its pieces.

7 Und die Söhne Aharons, des Priesters, sollen Feuer auf den Altar tun und Hölzer auf das Feuer zurechtlegen.

And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire;

8 Und Aharons Söhne, die Priester, sollen die Stücke, den Kopf und das Fett zurechtlegen auf den Hölzern, die auf dem Feuer auf dem Altare sind.

And the sons of Aaron the priests shall lay in order the parts, the head, and the fat, upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar;

9 Und seine Eingeweide und seine Schenkel wasche er im Wasser, und dann zünde der Priester das Ganze auf dem Altare an, zum Brandopfer, zum Feueropfer des Geruchs der Ruhe für Jehovah.

But its inwards and its legs shall he wash in water; and the priest shall burn the whole on the altar, as a burnt-sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the Lord.

10 Und ist seine Opfergabe vom Kleinvieh, von den Schafen oder von den Ziegen als Brandopfer, so bringe er ein männliches ohne Fehl dar;

And if his offering be of the flocks, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt-sacrifice: then shall he offer a male without blemish as the same.

11 Und schlachte es vor Jehovah zur Seite des Altars gegen Mitternacht; und Aharons Söhne, die Priester, sollen sein Blut ringsum sprengen auf den Altar.

And he shall kill it on the side of the altar, northward, before the Lord; and the sons of Aaron the priests shall sprinkle its blood upon the altar round about.

12 Und er zerstücke es in seine Stücke, samt seinem Kopf und seinem Fett, und der Priester lege sie auf den Hölzern auf dem Feuer, das auf dem Altare ist, zurecht.

And he shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat; and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar;

13 Und das Eingeweide und die Schenkel wasche er im Wasser, und der Priester bringe das Ganze dar und zünde es auf dem Altar an. Ein Brandopfer ist es, ein Feueropfer des Geruchs der Ruhe für Jehovah.

But the inwards and the legs shall he wash with water; and the priest shall bring near the whole, and burn it upon the altar; it is a burnt-sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the Lord.

14 Und ist seine Opfergabe für Jehovah ein Brandopfer vom Gevögel, so bringe er von Turteltauben oder jungen Tauben seine Opfergabe dar.

And if of fowls be the burnt-sacrifice for his offering to the Lord: then shall he bring his offering of turtle-doves, or of young pigeons.

15 Und der Priester bringe sie dar an dem Altar, und knicke ihr ihren Kopf ab und zünde sie auf dem Altar an, und drücke ihr Blut aus an der Wand des Altars.

And the priest shall bring it near unto the altar, and pinch off its head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out on the wall of the altar.

16 Ihren Kropf aber mit ihrem Unrat nehme er weg und werfe ihn neben den Altar gegen Osten auf den Ort der Asche;

And he shall remove its crop with its feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, at the place of the ashes.

17 Und spalte sie mit ihren Flügeln, trenne sie aber nicht ab, und der Priester zünde sie auf dem Altar an auf den Hölzern, die auf dem Feuer sind; ein Brandopfer sei es, ein Feueropfer des Geruchs der Ruhe für Jehovah.

And he shall cleave it by its wings, but shall not divide it asunder; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is on the fire: it is a burnt-sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the Lord.
