3 Mose 24
1 Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
2 Gebeut den Söhnen Israels, daß sie vor dich lauteres Öl von zerstoßenen Oliven bringen zur Beleuchtung, um beständig die Lampen aufzustecken.
'Command the sons of Israel, and they bring unto thee pure olive oil, beaten, for the lamp, to cause a light to go up continually;
3 Außerhalb des Vorhangs des Zeugnisses im Versammlungszelt soll Aharon es anordnen vom Abend bis zum Morgen vor Jehovah beständig. Es sei eine ewige Satzung für eure Geschlechter.
at the outside of the vail of the testimony in the tent of meeting doth Aaron arrange it from evening till morning before Jehovah continually — a statute age-during to your generations;
4 Auf dem reinen Leuchter ordne er die Lampen an vor Jehovah beständig.
by the pure candlestick he doth arrange the lights before Jehovah continually.
5 Und nimm Semmelmehl und backe es zu zwölf Kuchen, zwei Zehntel, sei jeder Kuchen.
'And thou hast taken flour, and hast baked twelve cakes with it, two tenth deals are in the one cake,
6 Und lege sie in zwei Reihen sechs in eine Reihe auf den reinen Tisch vor Jehovah.
and thou hast set them two ranks (six in the rank) on the pure table before Jehovah,
7 Und gib auf die Reihe lauteren Weihrauch, und es sei zum Brote, zum Gedenken, ein Feueropfer für Jehovah.
and thou hast put on the rank pure frankincense, and it hath been to the bread for a memorial, a fire-offering to Jehovah.
8 Am Sabbathtage, am Sabbathtage soll er es anordnen vor Jehovah beständig, es ist von den Söhnen Israels, zum ewigen Bunde!
'On each sabbath-day he arrangeth it before Jehovah continually, from the sons of Israel — a covenant age-during;
9 Und es sei für Aharon und für seine Söhne, und sie sollen es essen an heiligem Orte; denn hochheilig ist es ihm von den Feueropfern Jehovahs, eine ewige Satzung.
and it hath been to Aaron, and to his sons, and they have eaten it in the holy place, for it [is] most holy to him, from the fire-offerings of Jehovah — a statute age-during.'
10 Und es ging hinaus der Sohn eines israelitischen Weibes, und er war Sohn eines Ägypters, mitten unter die Söhne Israels, und es zankten sich in dem Lager der Sohn der Israelitin und ein israelitischer Mann.
And a son of an Israelitish woman goeth out (and he [is] son of an Egyptian man), in the midst of the sons of Israel, and strive in the camp do the son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel,
11 Und der Sohn des israelitischen Weibes verwünschte den Namen und fluchte und sie brachten ihn zu Mose. Und der Name seiner Mutter war Schelomith, Dibris Tochter, vom Stamme Dan.
and the son of the Israelitish woman execrateth the Name, and revileth; and they bring him in unto Moses; and his mother's name [is] Shelomith daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan;
12 Und sie legten ihn in Gewahrsam nieder, um sie nach dem Munde Jehovahs zu bescheiden.
and he causeth him to rest in charge — to explain to them by the mouth of Jehovah.
13 Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
14 Bringe den, der da fluchte, hinaus, außerhalb des Lagers, und alle, die es hörten, sollen ihre Hände auf sein Haupt legen, und die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn steinigen.
'Bring out the reviler unto the outside of the camp; and all those hearing have laid their hands on his head, and all the company have stoned him.
15 Und zu den Söhnen Israels sollst du reden und sprechen: Jeglicher Mann, der seinem Gotte flucht, der trage denn seine Sünde.
'And unto the sons of Israel thou dost speak, saying, When any man revileth his God — then he hath borne his sin;
16 Und wer den Namen Jehovahs verwünscht, der soll des Todes sterben; ihn steinige die ganze Gemeinde, wie der Fremdling so der Eingeborene; wenn er den Namen verwünscht, soll er sterben.
and he who is execrating the name of Jehovah is certainly put to death; all the company do certainly cast stones at him; as a sojourner so a native, in his execrating the Name, is put to death.
17 Und der Mann, der die Seele irgendeines Menschen schlägt, der soll des Todes sterben.
'And when a man smiteth any soul of man, he is certainly put to death.
18 Und wer die Seele des Viehs schlägt, der soll erstatten Stück für Stück, Seele für Seele.
'And he who smiteth a beast repayeth it, body for body.
19 Und der Mann, der seinen Nächsten verletzt, dem soll man tun, wie er getan hat.
'And when a man putteth a blemish in his fellow, as he hath done so it is done to him;
20 Bruch um Bruch, Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn, der gleiche Makel, den er einem Menschen angetan, werde auch ihm angetan.
breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he putteth a blemish in a man so it is done in him.
21 Und wer ein Vieh erschlägt, der soll es erstatten, und wer einen Menschen erschlägt, soll sterben.
'And he who smiteth a beast repayeth it, and he who smiteth [the life of] man is put to death;
22 Ein Recht sei bei euch, wie für den Eingeborenen, so für den Fremdling sei es; denn Ich bin Jehovah, euer Gott.
one judgment is to you; as a sojourner so is a native; for I [am] Jehovah your God.'
23 Und Mose redete zu den Söhnen Israels, und sie brachten den Flucher aus dem Lager hinaus und steinigten ihn mit Steinen; und die Söhne Israels taten, wie Jehovah dem Mose geboten hatte.
And Moses speaketh unto the sons of Israel, and they bring out the reviler unto the outside of the camp, and stone him with stones; and the sons of Israel have done as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.
