3 Mose 19
1 Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
2 Rede zu der ganzen Gemeinde der Söhne Israels und sprich zu ihnen: Ihr sollt heilig sein; denn Ich, Jehovah, euer Gott, bin heilig.
Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them: Ye shall be holy; for I the LORD your God am holy.
3 Der Mann fürchte seine Mutter und seinen Vater. Und ihr sollt Meine Sabbathe halten: Ich bin Jehovah, euer Gott.
Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and ye shall keep My sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.
4 Wendet euch nicht zu Götzen, und machet euch nicht gegossene Götter. Ich, Jehovah, bin euer Gott.
Turn ye not unto the idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.
5 Und so ihr Jehovah ein Dankopfer opfert, sollt ihr es opfern, daß ihr wohlgefallet.
And when ye offer a sacrifice of peace-offerings unto the LORD, ye shall offer it that ye may be accepted.
6 Am Tage, da ihr opfert, soll davon gegessen werden, und am morgenden, was aber bis zum dritten Tage übrig ist, soll im Feuer verbrannt werden.
It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow; and if aught remain until the third day, it shall be burnt with fire.
7 Und so man es am dritten Tage ißt, ist es ein Abscheu und nicht wohlgefällig.
And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is a vile thing; it shall not be accepted.
8 Und der es ißt, trägt seine Missetat, weil er das Heilige Jehovahs entweiht hat, und solche Seele soll aus ihrem Volke ausgerottet werden.
But every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the holy thing of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from his people.
9 Und wenn ihr die Ernte von eurem Lande einerntet, sollst du nicht die Ecken deines Feldes ganz einernten, auch nicht die Nachlese von deiner Ernte auflesen.
And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corner of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleaning of thy harvest.
10 Und auf deinem Weinberg sollst du nicht nachlesen und das Zerstreute auf deinem Weinberg nicht auflesen; dem Elenden und dem Fremdling lasse es: Ich, Jehovah, bin dein Gott.
And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather the fallen fruit of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and for the stranger: I am the LORD your God.
11 Ihr sollt nicht stehlen und nicht trügen und lügen der Mann gegen seinen Nächsten.
Ye shall not steal; neither shall ye deal falsely, nor lie one to another.
12 Und ihr sollet nicht zur Lüge schwören bei Meinem Namen, so daß du den Namen deines Gottes entweihst. Ich bin Jehovah.
And ye shall not swear by My name falsely, so that thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
13 Du sollst deinen Genossen nicht bedrükken, noch ihm etwas entreißen; und der Arbeitslohn des Lohnarbeiters soll nicht bei dir über Nacht bleiben bis zum Morgen.
Thou shalt not oppress thy neighbour, nor rob him; the wages of a hired servant shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.
14 Dem Tauben sollst du nicht fluchen, und vor den Blinden keinen Anstoß legen, und dich vor deinem Gotte fürchten: Ich bin Jehovah.
Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling-block before the blind, but thou shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
15 Ihr sollt nichts Verkehrtes tun beim Richten, nicht das Angesicht des Armen erheben, noch das Angesicht des Großen ehren: gerecht sollst du deinen Nächsten richten.
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor favour the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
16 Gehe nicht umher als Zwischenträger unter deinem Volke, und stehe nicht nach dem Blute deines Genossen. Ich bin Jehovah.
Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people; neither shalt thou stand idly by the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD.
17 Du sollst deinen Bruder nicht hassen in deinem Herzen, sondern sollst deinen Nächsten rügen, daß du darob keine Sünde tragest.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart; thou shalt surely rebuke thy neighbour, and not bear sin because of him.
18 Du sollst dich nicht rächen und den Söhnen deines Volkes nichts nachtragen, und sollst deinen Genossen lieben, wie dich selbst. Ich bin Jehovah.
Thou shalt not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
19 Meine Satzungen sollet ihr halten: Laß nicht zweierlei Vieh sich begatten; säe nicht zweierlei auf dein Feld, und ein Kleid, aus zweierlei Stoffen gewebt, komme nicht auf dich.
Ye shall keep My statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind; thou shalt not sow thy field with two kinds of seed; neither shall there come upon thee a garment of two kinds of stuff mingled together.
20 Und wenn ein Mann bei einem Weibe liegt mit Samenerguß, und es ist eine Dienstmagd, einem Manne hingegeben, aber noch nicht eingelöst, noch ihr Freiheit gegeben, so soll das gezüchtigt werden; sie sollen aber nicht getötet werden; denn sie war nicht frei.
And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, designated for a man, and not at all redeemed, nor was freedom given her; there shall be inquisition; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
21 Und er bringe für seine Schuld dem Jehovah am Eingang des Versammlungszeltes einen Widder zum Schuldopfer.
And he shall bring his forfeit unto the LORD, unto the door of the tent of meeting, even a ram for a guilt-offering.
22 Und der Priester sühne über ihm mit dem Widder des Schuldopfers vor Jehovah ob der Sünde, die er gesündigt; auf daß die Sünde, die er gesündigt, ihm verziehen werde.
And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt-offering before the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned; and he shall be forgiven for his sin which he hath sinned.
23 Und so ihr in das Land kommet und allerlei Fruchtbäume pflanzet, so beschneidet die Vorhaut ihrer Frucht. Drei Jahre sollen sie euch unbeschnitten sein und soll nicht von ihnen gegessen werden.
And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as forbidden; three years shall it be as forbidden unto you; it shall not be eaten.
24 Und im vierten Jahre sei all seine Frucht Heiligkeit zum Lobe Jehovahs.
And in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy, for giving praise unto the LORD.
25 Und im fünften Jahre sollt ihr seine Frucht essen, daß ihr seinen Ertrag für euch einsammelt. Ich, Jehovah, bin euer Gott.
But in the fifth year may ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you more richly the increase thereof: I am the LORD your God.
26 Ihr sollet nichts mit Blut essen; sollt nicht Beschwörungen noch Wolkendeuterei treiben.
Ye shall not eat with the blood; neither shall ye practise divination nor soothsaying.
27 Ihr sollt den Rand eures Haupthaares nicht rund abschneiden, noch die Ecke eures Bartes verderben.
Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.
28 Und ihr sollt um einer Seele willen euch keine Einschnitte in euer Fleisch machen, noch euch Einätzung geben einer Schrift. Ich bin Jehovah.
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor imprint any marks upon you: I am the LORD.
29 Entweihe nicht deine Tochter, sie buhlen zu lassen, auf daß nicht das Land buhle und das Land voller Schandtat werde.
Profane not thy daughter, to make her a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry, and the land become full of lewdness.
30 Meine Sabbathe sollt ihr halten, und Mein Heiligtum fürchten. Ich bin Jehovah.
Ye shall keep My sabbaths, and reverence My sanctuary: I am the LORD.
31 Wendet euch nicht zu den Geisterbannern und Zeichendeutern. Befraget sie nicht, auf daß ihr nicht durch sie verunreinigt werdet. Ich, Jehovah, bin euer Gott.
Turn ye not unto the ghosts, nor unto familiar spirits; seek them not out, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.
32 Vor einem Greisen sollst du aufstehen, und des Alten Angesicht ehren, und dich vor deinem Gotte fürchten. Ich bin Jehovah.
Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and thou shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
33 Und wenn ein Fremdling bei dir in deinem Lande sich aufhält, so sollt ihr ihn nicht bedrücken.
And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not do him wrong.
34 Wie der Eingeborene unter euch sei euch der Fremdling, der bei euch sich aufhält. Und du sollst ihn lieben, wie dich selbst; denn Fremdlinge seid ihr in Ägyptenland gewesen. Ich, Jehovah, bin euer Gott.
The stranger that sojourneth with you shall be unto you as the home-born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
35 Tut nicht Verkehrtes im Gericht, im Längenmaß, im Gewicht und im Hohlmaß.
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.
36 Waagen der Gerechtigkeit, Gewichtsteine der Gerechtigkeit, ein Epha der Gerechtigkeit, ein Hin der Gerechtigkeit sollt ihr haben: Ich bin Jehovah, euer Gott, Der euch aus Ägyptenland herausbrachte.
Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.
37 Und haltet alle Meine Satzungen und alle Meine Rechte und tut sie. Ich bin Jehovah.
And ye shall observe all My statutes, and all Mine ordinances, and do them: I am the LORD.
