Jeremia 33
1 Und zum zweitenmal geschah Jehovahs Wort an Jirmejahu, und er war noch im Vorhof der Wacht eingesperrt, sprechend:
The word of Jehovah came also to Jeremiah the second time, while he was shut up in the court of the prison, and said: —
2 So spricht Jehovah, Der es tut, Jehovah, Der es bildet, um es zu festigen, Jehovah ist Sein Name.
Thus saith Jehovah, who doeth it, Jehovah who disposeth it, to establish it; Jehovah is his name.
3 Rufe Mich an und Ich antworte dir und sage dir große und sichere Dinge an, die du nicht weißt.
Call to me, and I will answer thee, And I will show thee great things, And hidden things which thou knowest not.
4 Denn also spricht Jehovah, der Gott Israels, über die Häuser dieser Stadt und über die Häuser der Könige Jehudahs, die abgebrochen werden wider die Wälle und wider das Schwert:
For thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, Concerning the houses of this city, And concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, Which are thrown down toward the mounds and the sword,
5 Sie sind gekommen, um zu streiten mit den Chaldäern, um sie zu füllen mit den Leichen des Menschen, die Ich in Meinem Zorn und in Meinem Grimm geschlagen; und ob all ihrer Bosheit habe Ich Mein Angesicht verborgen von dieser Stadt.
To fight with the Chaldaeans, And to fill them with the dead bodies of men, Whom I have smitten in mine anger and in my wrath, And for all whose wickedness I have hid my face from this city:
6 Siehe, Ich bringe ihr herauf Genesung und Heilung, und heile sie und offenbare ihnen einen Überfluß des Friedens und der Wahrheit.
Behold, I will bind up her wounds, and heal them, And I will reveal to them abundance of peace and stability.
7 Und bringe wieder die Gefangenschaft Jehudahs und die Gefangenschaft Israels, und baue sie wie zuerst.
And I will bring back the captives of Judah, And the captives of Israel, And I will build them, as at the first.
8 Und mache sie rein von aller ihrer Missetat, womit sie wider Mich gesündigt, und vergebe alle ihre Missetaten, womit sie wider Mich gesündigt und womit sie von Mir abgefallen sind.
And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, Whereby they have sinned against me; And I will forgive all their iniquities, Whereby they have sinned, And have rebelled against me.
9 Und sie wird Mir zum Namen der Freude, zum Lob und zum Schmuck bei allen Völkerschaften der Erde werden, wenn sie von all dem Guten hören, das Ich ihnen tue, und werden schauen und zittern ob all dem Guten und ob all dem Frieden, den Ich ihr bereite.
And it [[the city]] shall be to me a name of joy, A praise and a glory among all the nations of the earth, Who shall hear of all the good which I do to them. And they shall fear and tremble because of all the good, And because of all the prosperity, which I bestow upon it.
10 So spricht Jehovah: Man wird noch hören an diesem Ort, - von dem ihr sprechet: Er ist verödet, so daß kein Mensch und kein Vieh da ist; in den Städten Jehudahs und in den Gassen Jerusalems, die verwüstet ist, so daß kein Mensch und kein Bewohner und kein Vieh da ist, -
Thus saith Jehovah: Yet again shall be heard in this place, Of which ye say, “It is desolate, without man and without beast,” In the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, Which are desolate, without man, Even without an inhabitant and without beast,
11 Die Stimme der Freude und die Stimme der Fröhlichkeit, die Stimme des Bräutigams und die Stimme der Braut, die Stimme derer, die da sagen: Bekennet Jehovah der Heerscharen, denn gut ist Jehovah, denn ewig ist Seine Barmherzigkeit; derer, die da Dankopfer hereinbringen in das Haus Jehovahs; denn Ich wende zurück die Gefangenschaft des Landes, wie zuerst, spricht Jehovah.
The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, The voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, The voice of them that say, “Praise ye Jehovah of hosts, For Jehovah is good, For his mercy endureth forever!” And of them that bring an offering of praise to the house of Jehovah. For I will restore the captives of the land, As at the first, saith Jehovah.
12 So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen: Wieder werden an diesem Orte, dem verödeten, da weder Mensch noch Vieh war, und in allen seinen Städten Wohnorte für Hirten sein, die das Kleinvieh lagern lassen.
Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet again shall there be in this place, Which is desolate, without man and without beast, And in all the cities thereof, A habitation of shepherds, who shall cause their flocks to rest;
13 Im des Gebirges Städten, in den Städten der Niederung und in den Städten des Mittagslandes und dem Lande Benjamin und in Jerusalems Umgebungen und in den Städten Jehudahs wird vorüberziehen das Kleinvieh unter des Zählers Händen, spricht Jehovah.
In the cities of the hill-country, and in the cities of the plain, And in the cities of the south, and in the land of Benjamin, And in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, Shall the flocks pass yet again Under the hands of him that numbereth them, saith Jehovah.
14 Siehe, Tage kommen, spricht Jehovah, da Ich bestätige das gute Wort, das Ich geredet habe zum Hause Israel und über das Haus Jehudahs.
Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, That I will perform that good thing Which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel, And concerning the house of Judah.
15 In jenen Tagen und zu jener Zeit will Ich sprossen lassen für David einen gerechten Sproß, und Er soll Recht und Gerechtigkeit tun auf Erden.
In those days and at that time Will I cause to grow up from David a righteous branch, Who shall maintain justice and equity in the land.
16 In jenen Tagen wird Jehudah gerettet werden und Jerusalem in Sicherheit wohnen, und so wird man Ihn nennen: Jehovah, unsere Gerechtigkeit.
In those days shall Judah be saved, And Jerusalem shall dwell securely; And this is the name which shall be given her, Jehovah-is-our-salvation.
17 Denn also spricht Jehovah: Dem David soll nicht ausgerottet werden ein Mann, der da sitze auf dem Thron des Hauses Israel.
For thus saith Jehovah: There shall never fail from David A man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;
18 Und den Priestern, den Leviten, soll nicht ausgerottet werden ein Mann vor Meinem Angesicht, der Brandopfer aufopfere und Speiseopfer anzünde und Schlachtopfer bereite alle Tage.
Neither from the priests and the Levites Shall a man fail before me, To offer burnt-offerings, and to kindle meat-offerings, And to perform sacrifice continually.
19 Und es geschah das Wort Jehovahs an Jirmejahu, sprechend:
And the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah and said,
20 So spricht Jehovah: Wenn ihr zunichte macht Meinen Bund des Tages und Meinen Bund der Nacht, daß Tag und Nacht nicht sei zu seiner Zeit,
Thus saith Jehovah: If ye can break my covenant concerning the day, And my covenant concerning the night, So that there shall no more be day and night in their season,
21 Soll auch Mein Bund mit David, Meinem Knecht, zunichte sein, daß er nicht einen Sohn habe, der König sei auf seinem Thron, und mit den Leviten, den Priestern, die Mir Dienst tun.
Then also may my covenant with David my servant be broken, So that he shall not have a son to reign upon his throne, And with the Levites, the priests, my servants.
22 Wie man der Himmel Heer nicht zählen und den Sand des Meeres nicht messen kann, so will Ich mehren den Samen Davids, Meines Knechtes, und die Leviten, die Mir Dienst tun.
As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, Nor the sand of the sea measured, So will I multiply the posterity of David my servant, And the Levites who minister to me.
23 Und es geschah das Wort Jehovahs an Jirmejahu, sprechend:
The word of Jehovah came also to Jeremiah, saying:
24 Sahst du nicht, was dieses Volk geredet und gesagt hat? Die zwei Familien, die Jehovah auserwählt hatte, hat Er verschmäht. Und sie lästern Mein Volk, als sollte es eine Völkerschaft nicht fürder vor ihnen sein.
Seest thou not what this people speaketh, saying, “The two families, which Jehovah chose, he hath cast off”? Therefore they despise my people, So that they are no more a people in their eyes.
25 So spricht Jehovah: Wenn Ich Meinen Bund des Tages und der Nacht, die Satzungen der Himmel und der Erde nicht gesetzt:
Thus saith Jehovah: If my covenant concerning the day and the night be not maintained, And if I have not established the ordinances of the heaven and the earth,
26 Dann werde Ich auch den Samen Jakobs und Davids, Meines Knechtes, verschmähen, daß Ich nicht nehme von seinem Samen Herrscher über den Samen Abrahams, Isaaks und Jakobs, wenn Ich ihre Gefangenschaft zurückbringe und ihrer Mich erbarme.
Then will I cast away the posterity of Jacob, and of David, my servant, So as not to take of his posterity to be rulers Over the posterity of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; For I will bring them back from their captivity, And have mercy upon them.
