Jeremia 28

1 Und es geschah im selbigen Jahr im Anfang der Regierung Zidkijahs, König von Jehudah, im vierten Jahr im fünften Monat, daß Chananjah, der Sohn Assurs, der Prophet, aus Gibeon zu mir sprach im Haus Jehovahs vor den Augen der Priester und vor allem Volke sprechend:

And it came to pass the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, and in the fifth month, that Hananiah the son of Azur the prophet, which was of Gibeon, spake unto me in the house of YHWH, in the presence of the priests and of all the people, saying,

2 So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels, sprechend: Zerbrochen habe Ich das Joch von Babels König.

Thus speaketh YHWH of hosts, the Elohim of Israel, saying, I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.

3 Noch zwei Jahre der Tage, so bringe Ich zurück an diesen Ort alle Gefäße von Jehovahs Haus, die Nebuchadnezzar, Babels König, von diesem Orte genommen und nach Babel gebracht hat.

Within two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of YHWH 's house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:

4 Und den Jechonjah, den Sohn Jehojakims, König von Jehudah und alle die Weggeführten Jehudahs, die nach Babel gekommen, bringe Ich zurück an diesen Ort, spricht Jehovah; denn Ich zerbreche das Joch des Königs von Babel.

And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, saith YHWH: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.

5 Und Jirmejahu, der Prophet, sprach zu Chananjah, dem Propheten, vor den Augen der Priester und vor den Augen des ganzen Volkes, so im Haus Jehovahs standen;

Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of YHWH,

6 Und Jirmejahu, der Prophet, sprach: Amen! So tue Jehovah! Jehovah bestätige deine Worte, die du geweissagt hast, daß Er die Gefäße des Hauses Jehovahs und alle die Weggeführten aus Babel nach diesem Ort zurückbringe.

Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amein: YHWH do so: YHWH perform thy words which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of YHWH 's house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place.

7 Nur höre doch dies Wort, das ich in deine Ohren und in die Ohren des ganzen Volkes rede:

Nevertheless hear thou now this word that I speak in thine ears, and in the ears of all the people;

8 Die Propheten, die vor mir und vor dir waren, von der Urzeit her und haben über viele Länder und über große Königreiche geweissagt von Streit und von Bösem und von Pestilenz,

The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.

9 Der Prophet, der zum Frieden weissagt, wenn das Wort des Propheten kommt, wird der Prophet bezeugt, daß ihn Jehovah gesandt hat in Wahrheit.

The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that YHWH hath truly sent him.

10 Und Chananjah, der Prophet, nahm vom Nacken Jirmejahus, des Propheten, das Jochstück ab und zerbrach es.

Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and brake it.

11 Und Chananjah sprach vor den Augen des ganzen Volkes und sagte: So spricht Jehovah: Also zerbreche Ich das Joch Nebuchadnezzars, des Königs von Babel, in noch zwei Jahren der Tage von dem Halse aller Völkerschaften. Und der Prophet Jirmejahu ging seines Weges.

And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith YHWH; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.

12 Und es geschah das Wort Jehovahs an Jirmejahu, nachdem Chananjah, der Prophet, das Jochstück vom Nacken Jirmejahus, des Propheten, zerbrochen und sprach:

Then the word of YHWH came unto Jeremiah the prophet, after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

13 Gehe und sprich zu Chananjah und sage: So spricht Jehovah: Die Jochstücke von Holz hast du zerbrochen; so mache nun an ihrer Statt Jochstücke von Eisen.

Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith YHWH; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.

14 Denn also spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Ein Joch von Eisen gebe Ich auf den Hals all dieser Völkerschaften, Nebuchadnezzar, dem Könige von Babel, zu dienen, und sie müssen dienen ihm, und auch das wilde Tier des Feldes habe Ich ihm gegeben.

For thus saith YHWH of hosts, the Elohim of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

15 Und Jirmejahu, der Prophet, sprach zu Chananjah, dem Propheten: Höre doch, Chananjah, Jehovah hat dich nicht gesandt, und du hast dieses Volk auf Lügen vertrauen lassen.

Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; YHWH hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie.

16 Darum spricht Jehovah also: Siehe, Ich sende dich fort von den Angesichten des Bodens; in diesem Jahre stirbst du; denn Abfall von Jehovah hast du geredet.

Therefore thus saith YHWH; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against YHWH.

17 Und Chananjah, der Prophet, starb desselbigen Jahres im siebten Monat.

So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.
