5 Mose 34
1 Und Mose stieg von dem Flachland Moabs hinauf auf den Berg Nebo, die Spitze des Pisgah, vor Jericho, und Jehovah ließ ihn sehen das ganze Land Gilead bis Dan,
Therfor Moyses stiede fro the feeldi places of Moab on the hil of Nebo, in to the cop of Fasga, ayens Gerico. And the Lord schewide to hym al the lond of Galaad `til to Dan,
2 Und ganz Naphthali und das Land Ephraim und Menascheh und das ganze Land Judah bis zum hintern Meer;
and al Neptalym, and the lond of Effraym and of Manasses, and al the lond of Juda, `til to the laste see; and the south part,
3 Und das Mittagsland und den Umkreis, das Tal von Jericho, der Palmenstadt, bis Zoar.
and the breede of the feeld of Jerico, of the citee of Palmes `til to Segor.
4 Und Jehovah sprach zu ihm: Dies ist das Land, das Ich dem Abraham, dem Isaak und dem Jakob zugeschworen habe und gesagt: Deinem Samen will Ich es geben. Mit deinen Augen habe Ich dich es sehen lassen; du sollst aber nicht hinüberkommen.
And the Lord seide to hym, This is the lond for which Y swoor to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and Y seide, Y schal yyue it to thi seed; thou hast seyn it with thin iyen, and thou schalt not passe `to it.
5 Und Mose, der Knecht Jehovahs, starb allda im Lande Moab nach dem Ausspruch Jehovahs.
And Moyses, the seruaunt of the Lord, was deed there, in the lond of Moab, `for the Lord comaundide.
6 Und Er begrub ihn im Tal im Lande Moab, gegenüber Beth Peor, und kein Mann weiß sein Grab bis auf diesen Tag.
And the Lord biriede hym in a valey of the lond of Moab, ayens Fegor, and no man knewe his sepulcre `til in to present day.
7 Und Mose war hundertzwanzig Jahre alt, da er starb; sein Auge war nicht trüb geworden, noch seine Frische entflohen.
Moises was of an hundrid and twenti yeer whanne he diede; his iye dasewide not, nethir hise teeth weren stirid.
8 Und die Söhne Israels beweinten Mose im Flachlande Moabs dreißig Tage; und die Tage des Weinens der Trauer um Mose waren aus;
And the sones of Israel biwepten hym thretti daies in the feeldi places of Moab; and the daies of weilyng of men `bymorenynge Moises weren fillid.
9 Und Joschua, der Sohn Nuns, ward erfüllt mit dem Geiste der Weisheit; denn Mose hatte seine Hände auf ihn gelegt, und die Söhne Israels hörten auf ihn und taten, wie Jehovah Mose geboten hatte.
Forsothe Josue, the sone of Nun, was fillid with `the spyrit of wisdom, for Moises settide hise hondis on hym; and the sones of Israel obeieden to Josue, and diden as the Lord comaundide to Moises.
10 Und es stand in Israel kein Prophet mehr auf wie Mose, den Jehovah gekannt hätte von Angesicht zu Angesicht,
And `a profete roos no more in Israel `as Moises, whom the Lord knewe face to face,
11 Mit allen den Zeichen und Wundern, dazu ihn Jehovah sandte, daß er sie täte im Lande Ägypten an Pharao und an allen seinen Knechten und an all seinem Lande,
in alle myraclis, and grete wondris, whiche the Lord sente bi hym, that he schulde do in the lond of Egipt to Farao, and alle hise seruauntis, and to al the lond `of hym,
12 Und mit all der starken Hand und all der großen Furcht, so Mose tat vor den Augen von ganz Israel.
and al strong hond, and the `grete merueylis, whiche Moyses dide bifor al Israel.
