Amos 8
1 Also ließ der Herr Jehovah mich sehen, und siehe, ein Korb mit Sommerfrüchten.
Thus he showed me [the] Lord Yahweh and there! a basket of summer fruit.
2 Und Er sprach: Was siehst du, Amos? Und ich sprach: Einen Korb mit Sommerfrüchten. Und Jehovah sprach zu mir: Gekommen ist das Ende über Mein Volk Israel; Ich werde ihn nimmer übergehen.
And he said what? [are] you seeing O Amos and I said a basket of summer fruit and he said Yahweh to me it has come the end to people my Israel not I will repeat again to pass by it.
3 Und heulen werden sie am selben Tage des Tempels Lieder! spricht der Herr Jehovah. Viel der Leichen wirft man still an jeden Ort.
And they will wail songs of [the] temple on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh many the corpse[s] in every place someone will throw hush!
4 Hört dies, die ihr schnappt nach dem Dürftigen, und wegschafft die Elenden im Lande.
Hear this O those [who] trample on [the] needy and to put an end to ([the] afflicted [people] of *Q(K)*) [the] land.
5 Indem ihr sprecht: Wann ist doch der Neumond vorüber, daß wir Getreide verkaufen, und der Sabbath, daß wir das Kornhaus öffnen? auf daß wir das Ephah ringern, und groß den Schekel und verkehrt des Truges Waage machen;
Saying when? will it pass the new moon so we may sell grain grain and the sabbath so we may open grain to make small an ephah and to make great a shekel and to falsify balances of deceit.
6 Daß wir um Silber die Armen kaufen und den Dürftigen um ein Paar Schuhe, und den Abfall des Getreides verkaufen?
To buy for silver poor [people] and [the] needy for sake of a pair of sandals and refuse of grain we will sell grain.
7 Geschworen hat es Jehovah bei der Erhabenheit Jakobs: Nimmermehr werde Ich vergessen all ihr Tun.
He has sworn Yahweh by [the] pride of Jacob if I will forget to perpetuity all deeds their.
8 Sollte darob nicht die Erde erzittern und trauern jeder, der darin wohnt? Daß das Ganze heraufsteige wie ein Strom und fortgetrieben und versenkt werde wie vom Strome Ägyptens!
¿ On this not will it tremble the land and he will mourn every [one who] dwells in it and it will rise like the light all of it and it will be tossed (and it will sink *Q(K)*) like [the] River of Egypt.
9 An selbem Tage soll geschehen, spricht der Herr Jehovah, daß Ich die Sonne am hellen Mittage lasse untergehen, und die Erde finster werden am Tage des Lichts.
And it will be - on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will cause to go the sun at noon and I will make dark the earth in a day of light.
10 Und eure Feste verwandle in Trauer Ich, und alle eure Lieder in Klagelieder, und will über alle Lenden den Sack heraufziehen, und auf jedes Haupt Kahlheit, und will sie setzen wie in Trauer um den Einzigen, und ihr Letztes wie einen bitteren Tag.
And I will turn feasts your into mourning and all songs your into lamentation and I will bring up on all loins sackcloth and on every head baldness and I will make it like [the] mourning of an only [son] and end its [will be] like a day bitter.
11 Siehe, die Tage kommen, spricht der Herr Jehovah, da einen Hunger Ich in das Land sende, nicht einen Hunger nach Brot und keinen Durst nach Wasser, sondern zu hören die Worte Jehovahs.
Here! - days [are] coming [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will send a famine in the land not a famine for bread and not a thirst for water that except for hearing [the] words of Yahweh.
12 Und sie streifen umher von Meer zu Meer, und von Mitternacht bis gen Aufgang; und sie ziehen umher, zu suchen Jehovahs Wort, und werden es nicht finden.
And people will stagger from sea to sea and from [the] north and to [the] east they will rove about to seek [the] word of Yahweh and not they will find [it].
13 An selbem Tage schmachten dahin die schönen Jungfrauen und die Jünglinge vor Durst;
In the day that they will become faint the virgins beautiful and the young men by thirst.
14 Die schwören bei der Schuld Schomrons und sprechen: Beim Leben deines Gottes, Dan! und: Es lebe der Weg nach Beerscheba! Sie sollen fallen und nicht mehr aufstehen.
Those [who] swear by [the] guilt of Samaria and they will say [by] [the] life of gods your O Dan and [by] [the] life of [the] way of Beer Sheba and they will fall and not they will rise again.
