Sacharja 6
1 Und ich erhob wiederum meine Augen und schaute und siehe, vier Wagen kamen zwischen zwei Bergen hervor, und die Berge waren ehern.
And I turn back, and lift up mine eyes, and look, and lo, four chariots are coming forth from between two of the mountains, and the mountains [are] mountains of brass.
2 Am ersten Wagen waren rote Rosse, am zweiten Wagen schwarze Rosse,
In the first chariot [are] red horses, and in the second chariot brown horses,
3 am dritten aber weiße und am vierten gefleckte, starke Rosse.
and in the third chariot white horses, and in the fourth chariot strong grisled horses.
4 Und ich antwortete und sprach zu dem Engel, der mit mir redete: Mein Herr, was bedeuten diese?
And I answer and say unto the messenger who is speaking with me, 'What [are] these, my lord?'
5 Der Engel antwortete und sprach zu mir: Das sind die vier Winde des Himmels, welche ausgehen, nachdem sie sich gestellt haben vor den Herrscher der ganzen Erde.
And the messenger answereth and saith unto me, 'These [are] four spirits of the heavens coming forth from presenting themselves before the Lord of the whole earth.
6 Der Wagen mit den schwarzen Rossen zieht aus ins Land des Nordens, und die weißen folgen ihm; die gefleckten aber sind ausgezogen in das Land des Südens.
The brown horses that [are] therein, are coming forth unto the land of the north; and the white have come forth unto their hinder part; and the grisled have come forth unto the land of the south;
7 Auch die roten sind ausgezogen, und sie trachten darnach, umherzuziehen auf der Erde. Und er sprach: Gehet und durchziehet die Erde! Und sie durchzogen die Erde.
and the strong ones have come forth, and they seek to go to walk up and down in the earth;' and he saith, 'Go, walk up and down in the earth;' and they walk up and down in the earth.
8 Und er rief mich und sprach zu mir: Siehe, die nach Norden ziehen, verschaffen, daß mein Geist sich niederläßt im Lande des Nordens.
And he calleth me, and speaketh unto me, saying, 'See, those coming forth unto the land of the north have caused My Spirit to rest in the land of the north.'
9 Und das Wort des HERRN erging an mich und sprach:
And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,
10 Nimm von denen, die in der Gefangenschaft gewesen sind, von Cheldai, von Tobia und Jedaja, und komme du am selbigen Tag und gehe in das Haus Josias, des Sohnes Zephanjas, [mit denen, ] die von Babel gekommen sind;
to take of the captivity (who came from Babylon) from Heldai, from Tobijah, and from Jedaiah, 'and thou hast come in — thou, in that day, yea, thou hast come into the house of Josiah son of Zephaniah,
11 und nimm Silber und Gold und mache Kronen daraus und setze sie Josua, dem Sohne Jozadaks, dem Hohenpriester, aufs Haupt.
and thou hast taken silver and gold, and hast made a crown, and hast placed on the head of Joshua son of Josedech, the high priest,
12 Und du sollst also zu ihm sagen: So spricht der HERR der Heerscharen: Siehe, es ist ein Mann, dessen Name «Sproß» ist, denn er wird aus seinem Orte hervorsprossen und den Tempel des HERRN bauen.
and hast spoken unto him, saying: Thus spake Jehovah of Hosts, saying: Lo, a man! A Shoot — [is] his name, And from his place he doth shoot up, And he hath built the temple of Jehovah.
13 Ja, er wird den Tempel des HERRN bauen und königlichen Schmuck tragen und wird auf seinem Thron sitzen und herrschen und wird Priester sein auf seinem Thron, ein Friedensbund wird zwischen ihnen beiden bestehen.
Yea, he doth build the temple of Jehovah, And he doth bear away honour, And he hath sat and ruled on His throne, And hath been a priest on His throne, And a counsel of peace is between both.
14 Die Kronen aber sollen für Chelem, Tobia, Jedaja und Chen, den Sohn Zephanjas, ein Gedächtnis sein im Tempel des HERRN.
And the crown is to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of Jehovah.
15 Und man wird aus der Ferne kommen und bauen am Tempel des HERRN. Also werdet ihr erfahren, daß mich der HERR der Heerscharen zu euch gesandt hat; und das wird geschehen, wenn ihr der Stimme des HERRN, eures Gottes, gehorchen werdet.
And the far-off come in, and they have built in the temple of Jehovah, and ye have known that Jehovah of Hosts hath sent me unto you, yea, it hath come to pass, if ye do certainly hearken to the voice of Jehovah your God.'
