Offenbarung 14
1 Und ich sah und siehe, das Lamm stand auf dem Berge Zion und mit ihm hundertvierundvierzigtausend, die seinen Namen und den Namen seines Vaters auf ihren Stirnen geschrieben trugen.
And I saw, and lo! the Lamb stood on Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand, having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.
2 Und ich hörte eine Stimme aus dem Himmel wie das Rauschen vieler Wasser und wie die Stimme eines starken Donners; und die Stimme, die ich hörte, war wie von Harfenspielern, die auf ihren Harfen spielen.
And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of loud thunder; and the voice which I heard was as that of harpers, harping with their harps.
3 Und sie sangen wie ein neues Lied vor dem Throne und vor den vier lebendigen Wesen und den Ältesten, und niemand konnte das Lied lernen als nur die Hundertvierundvierzigtausend, die erkauft sind von der Erde.
And they sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to learn the song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth.
4 Diese sind es, die sich mit Weibern nicht befleckt haben; denn sie sind Jungfrauen. Diese sind es, die dem Lamme nachfolgen, wohin es auch geht. Diese sind aus den Menschen erkauft worden als Erstlinge für Gott und das Lamm,
These are they who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, a first-fruits to God and to the Lamb.
5 und in ihrem Munde ist kein Betrug gefunden worden; sie sind unsträflich.
And in their mouth was found no falsehood; for they are without fault.
6 Und ich sah einen andern Engel durch die Mitte des Himmels fliegen, der hatte ein ewiges Evangelium den Bewohnern der Erde zu verkündigen, allen Nationen und Stämmen und Zungen und Völkern. (aiōnios g166)
And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having an everlasting message of good tidings to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and tribe, and tongue, and people; (aiōnios g166)
7 Der sprach mit lauter Stimme: Fürchtet Gott und gebet ihm die Ehre, denn die Stunde seines Gerichts ist gekommen; und betet den an, der den Himmel und die Erde und das Meer und die Wasserquellen gemacht hat!
saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him, for the hour of his judgment is come; and worship him that made the heaven, and the earth, and sea, and fountains of waters.
8 Und ein anderer, zweiter Engel folgte ihm, der sprach: Gefallen, gefallen ist Babylon, die Große, die mit dem Glutwein ihrer Unzucht alle Völker getränkt hat!
And another, a second angel, followed, saying: Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, which hath made all the nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9 Und ein dritter Engel folgte ihnen, der sprach mit lauter Stimme: Wenn jemand das Tier und sein Bild anbetet und das Malzeichen auf seine Stirne oder auf seine Hand nimmt,
And another, a third angel, followed them, saying with a loud voice: If any one worship the beast and his image, and receive the mark on his forehead or on his hand,
10 so wird auch er von dem Glutwein Gottes trinken, der unvermischt eingeschenkt ist in dem Kelch seines Zornes, und er wird mit Feuer und Schwefel gepeinigt werden vor den heiligen Engeln und dem Lamm.
the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation, and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.
11 Und der Rauch ihrer Qual steigt auf von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit; und keine Ruhe haben Tag und Nacht, die das Tier und sein Bild anbeten, und wer das Malzeichen seines Namens annimmt! (aiōn g165)
And the smoke of their torment goeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worshiped the beast and his image, and whoever receiveth the mark of his name. (aiōn g165)
12 Hier ist die Standhaftigkeit der Heiligen, welche die Gebote Gottes und den Glauben an Jesus bewahren.
Here is the endurance of the saints, who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13 Und ich hörte eine Stimme aus dem Himmel, die sprach: Schreibe: Selig sind die Toten, die im Herrn sterben, von nun an! Ja, spricht der Geist, auf daß sie ruhen von ihren Mühen; ihre Werke aber folgen ihnen nach.
And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, Write, Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord from henceforth. Yea, saith the Spirit, that they shall rest from their labors; and their works do follow them.
14 Und ich sah, und siehe, eine weiße Wolke, und auf der Wolke saß einer, der glich einem Menschensohn; er hatte auf seinem Haupte eine goldene Krone und in seiner Hand eine scharfe Sichel.
And I saw, and lo! a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like to a son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15 Und ein anderer Engel kam aus dem Tempel hervor, der rief mit lauter Stimme dem zu, der auf der Wolke saß: Sende deine Sichel und ernte; denn die Stunde des Erntens ist gekommen, denn die Ernte der Erde ist dürr geworden!
And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap, for the time to reap is come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe.
16 Und der auf der Wolke saß, warf seine Sichel auf die Erde, und die Erde wurde geerntet.
And he who sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle upon the earth; and the earth was reaped.
17 Und ein anderer Engel kam hervor aus dem Tempel, der im Himmel ist, und auch er hatte eine scharfe Sichel.
And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
18 Und ein anderer Engel kam vom Altar her, der hatte Macht über das Feuer und rief mit lauter Stimme dem zu, der die scharfe Sichel hatte, und sprach: Sende deine scharfe Sichel aus und schneide die Trauben des Weinstocks der Erde ab, denn seine Beeren sind reif geworden!
And another angel came out from the altar, who had power over fire; and he cried with a loud cry to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for the grapes of the earth are fully ripe.
19 Und der Engel warf seine Sichel auf die Erde und schnitt den Weinstock der Erde und warf die Trauben in die große Kelter des Zornes Gottes.
And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the fruit of the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great wine-press of the wrath of God.
20 Und die Kelter wurde außerhalb der Stadt getreten, und es floß Blut aus der Kelter bis an die Zäume der Pferde, tausendsechshundert Stadien weit.
And the wine-press was trodden outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even to the bits of the horses, to the distance of a thousand six hundred furlongs.
