Psalm 100

1 Ein Lobgesang. Jauchzet dem HERRN, alle Welt!

“A psalm of thanksgiving.” Shout joyfully unto the Lord, all ye lands.

2 Dienet dem HERRN mit Freuden, kommt vor sein Angesicht mit Jubel!

Serve the Lord with joy; come before his presence with triumphal song.

3 Erkennet, daß der HERR Gott ist; er hat uns gemacht, nicht wir uns selbst, zu seinem Volk und zu Schafen seiner Weide.

Know, that the Lord is God indeed: it is he that hath made us, and his are we—his people and the flock of his pasture.

4 Gehet zu seinen Toren ein mit Danken, zu seinen Vorhöfen mit Loben; danket ihm, preiset seinen Namen!

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, his courts with praise: give thanks unto him, bless his name.

5 Denn der HERR ist gut; seine Gnade währt ewiglich und seine Treue von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.

For the Lord is good; to eternity endureth his kindness; and unto the latest generation his truth.
