Josua 19

1 Darnach fiel das zweite Los auf Simeon, für den Stamm der Kinder Simeon, nach ihren Geschlechtern, und ihr Erbteil befand sich inmitten des Erbteils der Kinder Juda.

And the second lot goes out for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families; and their inheritance is in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah,

2 Und ihnen ward als ihr Erbbesitz zuteil: Beer-Seba,

and they have in their inheritance Beer-Sheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,

3 Molada, Hazar-Schual, Bala,

and Hazar-Shual, and Balah, and Azem,

4 Ezem, El-Tolad, Betuel und Horma,

and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

5 Ziklag, Beth-Hammarkabot, Hazar-Susa, Beth-Lebaot und Saruhen.

and Ziklag, and Beth-Marcaboth, and Hazar-Susah,

6 Das sind dreizehn Städte und ihre Dörfer. Ain, Rimmon, Eter und Asan.

and Beth-Lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.

7 Das sind vier Städte und ihre Dörfer.

Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages;

8 Dazu alle Dörfer, die um diese Städte liegen bis gen Baalat-Beer-Ramat, gegen Mittag. Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Simeon nach ihren Geschlechtern.

also all the villages which [are] around these cities, to Ba‘alath-Beer, Ramoth of the south. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families;

9 Denn das Erbteil der Kinder Simeon gehörte zum Anteil der Kinder Juda; weil das Erbteil der Kinder Juda für sie zu groß war, darum erbten die Kinder Simeon inmitten ihres Erbteils.

out of the portion of the sons of Judah [is] the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, for the portion of the sons of Judah has been too much for them, and the sons of Simeon inherit in the midst of their inheritance.

10 Das dritte Los fiel auf die Kinder Sebulon nach ihren Geschlechtern. Und das Gebiet ihres Erbteils erstreckte sich bis gen Sarid.

And the third lot goes up for the sons of Zebulun, for their families; and the border of their inheritance is to Sarid,

11 Und seine Grenze geht hinauf abendwärts bis nach Marela, berührt Dabbaset und stößt an den Bach, der vor Jokneam fließt,

and their border has gone up toward the sea, and Maralah, and come against Dabbasheth, and come to the brook which [is] on the front of Jokneam,

12 und wendet sich von Sarid, vorn gegen Aufgang der Sonne, gegen das Gebiet Kislot-Tabor und kommt hinaus gen Dabrat und geht hinauf gen Japhia.

and turned back from Sarid eastward, at the sun-rising, by the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and gone out to Daberath, and gone up to Japhia,

13 Und von dannen geht sie morgenwärts gegen Aufgang der Sonne nach Gat-Hepher und nach Et-Kazin und kommt nach Rimmon-Metoar, gegen Neha hin.

and there it has passed over eastward, to the east, to Gittah-Hepher, [to] Ittah-Kazin, and gone out [to] Rimmon-Methoar to Neah;

14 Und die Grenze wendet sich herum nördlich gegen Hannaton, und ihr Ausgang ist im Tal Jephta-El,

and the border has gone around it, from the north to Hannathon; and its outgoings have been [in] the Valley of Jiphthah-El,

15 mit Kattat, Nahalal, Simron, Jideala und Bethlehem. Das sind zwölf Städte und ihre Dörfer.

and Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-Lehem; twelve cities and their villages.

16 Das ist das Erbteil der Kinder Sebulon in ihren Geschlechtern. Das sind ihre Städte und Dörfer.

This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, for their families, these cities and their villages.

17 Das vierte Los fiel auf Issaschar, auf die Kinder Issaschar nach ihren Geschlechtern.

The fourth lot has gone out for Issachar, for the sons of Issachar, for their families;

18 Und ihr Gebiet umfaßte Jesreel,

and their border is [at] Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

19 Kessulot, Sunem, Hapharaim,

and Haphraim, and Shihon, and Anaharath,

20 Schion, Anaharat, Rabbit, Kisjon,

and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,

21 Ebez, Remet, En-Gannim, En-Hadda, Beth-Pazez.

and Remeth, and En-Gannim, and En-Haddah, and Beth-Pazzez;

22 Und die Grenze berührt Tabor, Sahazim, Beth-Semes; und ihren Ausgang bildet der Jordan. Das sind sechzehn Städte und ihre Dörfer.

and the border has touched against Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-Shemesh, and the outgoings of their border have been [at] the Jordan; sixteen cities and their villages.

23 Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Issaschar nach ihren Geschlechtern, ihre Städte und Dörfer.

This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, for their families, the cities and their villages.

24 Das fünfte Los fiel auf den Stamm der Kinder Asser nach ihren Geschlechtern,

And the fifth lot goes out for the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families;

25 und ihr Gebiet umfaßte Helkat,

and their border is Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

26 Hali, Beten, Achsaph, Alammelech, Amead, Miseal und stößt an den Karmel am Meer und an den Sihor von Libnat;

and Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and it touches against Carmel westward, and against Shihor-Libnath;

27 und [die Grenze] wendet sich gegen Aufgang der Sonne, nach Beth-Dagon und stößt an Sebulon und an das Tal Jephta-El, gegen Mitternacht, Beth-Emek und Nehiel, und kommt hinaus gen Kabul, zur Linken;

and has turned back, at the sun-rising, [to] Beth-Dagon, and come against Zebulun, and against the Valley of Jiphthah-El toward the north of Beth-Emek, and Neiel, and has gone out to Cabul on the left,

28 und Ebron, Rechob, Hammon und Kana, bis an die große [Stadt] Zidon.

and Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, to great Sidon;

29 Und sie wendet sich gen Rama und bis zu der festen Stadt Tyrus, und biegt um gen Chosa und geht hinaus an das Meer, an den Landstrich Achsib;

and the border has turned back to Ramah, and to the fortified city Tyre; and the border has turned back to Hosah, and its outgoings are at the sea, from the coast to Achzib,

30 und Umma, Aphek und Rechob. Das sind zweiundzwanzig Städte und ihre Dörfer.

and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob; twenty-two cities and their villages.

31 Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Asser nach ihren Geschlechtern, diese Städte und ihre Dörfer.

This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families, these cities and their villages.

32 Das sechste Los fiel auf Naphtali, nämlich auf die Kinder Naphtali nach ihren Geschlechtern.

The sixth lot has gone out for the sons of Naphtali—for the sons of Naphtali, for their families;

33 Und ihre Grenze lief von Heleph, von der Eiche bei Zaanannim, und von Adami-Nekeb und Jabneel bis gen Lakkum und endet am Jordan;

and their border is from Heleph, from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, to Lakkum, and its outgoings are [at] the Jordan;

34 und sie wendet sich gen Asnot-Tabor gegen Abend und geht von dort bis Hukkok und stößt an Sebulon gegen Mittag und an Asser gegen Abend und an Juda am Jordan gegen Aufgang der Sonne.

and the border has turned back westward [to] Aznoth-Tabor, and gone out there to Hukkok, and touched against Zebulun on the south, and it has touched against Asher on the west, and against Judah [at] the Jordan, at the sun-rising;

35 Und feste Städte waren: Ziddim,

and the cities of defense [are] Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,

36 Zer, Hammat, Rakkat, Kinneret, Adama,

and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

37 Rama, Hazor, Kedesch, Edrei, En-Hazor,

and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-Hazor,

38 Jireon, Migdal-El, Horem, Beth-Anat und Beth-Semes. Das sind neunzehn Städte und ihre Dörfer.

and Iron, and Migdal-El, Horem, and Beth-Anath, and Beth-Shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages.

39 Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Naphtali nach ihren Geschlechtern, die Städte und ihre Dörfer.

This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, for their families, the cities and their villages.

40 Das siebente Los fiel auf den Stamm der Kinder Dan nach ihren Geschlechtern.

The seventh lot has gone out for the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families;

41 Und das Gebiet ihres Erbteils umfaßte:

and the border of their inheritance is Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-Shemesh,

42 Zorea, Estaol, Ir-Semes, Schaalabbin,

and Shalabbin, and Aijalon, and Jethlah,

43 Ajalon, Jitla, Elon, Timnata, Ekron, Elteke,

and Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,

44 Gibbeton, Baalat, Jehud, Benebarak,

and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Ba‘alath,

45 Gat-Rimmon, Me-Jarkon, Rakkon,

and Jehud, and Bene-Barak, and Gath-Rimmon,

46 samt dem Gebiet gegen Japho hin.

and Me-Jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border in front of Joppa.

47 Und das Gebiet der Kinder Dan dehnte sich von dort noch weiter aus. Denn die Kinder Dan zogen hinauf und stritten wider Lesem und eroberten und schlugen es mit der Schärfe des Schwertes, und nahmen es ein und wohnten darin und nannten es Dan, nach dem Namen ihres Vaters Dan.

And the border of the sons of Dan goes out from them, and the sons of Dan go up and fight with Leshem, and capture it, and strike it by the mouth of the sword, and possess it, and dwell in it, and call Leshem, Dan, according to the name of their father Dan.

48 Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Dan nach ihren Geschlechtern; diese Städte und ihre Dörfer.

This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, these cities and their villages.

49 Als sie nun das Land nach seinen Grenzen ganz verteilt hatten, gaben die Kinder Israel Josua, dem Sohn Nuns, ein Erbteil in ihrer Mitte;

And they finish to give the land in inheritance, by its borders, and the sons of Israel give an inheritance to Joshua son of Nun in their midst;

50 sie gaben ihm nach dem Befehl des HERRN die Stadt, die er forderte, nämlich Timnat-Serach auf dem Gebirge Ephraim; da baute er die Stadt und wohnte darin.

by the command of YHWH they have given to him the city which he asked for, Timnath-Serah, in the hill-country of Ephraim, and he builds the city and dwells in it.

51 Das sind die Erbteile, die Eleasar, der Priester, und Josua, der Sohn Nuns, und die Familienhäupter der Stämme der Kinder Israel durch das Los austeilten zu Silo vor dem HERRN, vor der Tür der Stiftshütte; und sie vollendeten also die Verteilung des Landes.

These [are] the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the sons of Israel, have caused to inherit by lot, in Shiloh, before YHWH, at the opening of the Tent of Meeting; and they finish to apportion the land.
