Jeremia 30
1 Dies ist das Wort, welches vom HERRN an Jeremia erging:
This is the word, that was maad of the Lord to Jeremye,
2 So spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Schreibe dir alle Worte, die ich zu dir geredet habe, in ein Buch!
and seide, The Lord God of Israel seith these thingis, and spekith, Write to thee in a book, alle these wordis whiche Y spak to thee.
3 Denn siehe, es kommen Tage, spricht der HERR, da ich das Gefängnis meines Volkes Israel und Juda wenden und sie wieder in das Land zurückbringen werde, das ich ihren Vätern gegeben habe, und sie sollen es besitzen.
For lo! daies comen, seith the Lord, and Y schal turne the turnyng of my puple Israel and Juda, seith the Lord; and Y schal turne hem to the lond which Y yaf to the fadris of hem, and thei schulen haue it in possessioun.
4 Das aber sind die Worte, die der HERR zu Israel und Juda gesprochen hat:
And these ben the wordis, whiche the Lord spak to Israel, and to Juda,
5 So spricht der HERR: Wir haben ein Schreckensgeschrei vernommen, da ist Furcht und kein Friede!
For the Lord seith these thingis, We herden a word of drede; inward drede is, and pees is not.
6 Fraget doch und sehet, ob auch ein Mannsbild gebiert! Warum sehe ich denn, daß alle Männer ihre Hände auf den Hüften haben wie eine Gebärende und daß alle Angesichter totenbleich geworden sind?
Axe ye, and se, if a male berith child; whi therfor siy Y the hond of ech man on his leende, as of a womman trauelynge of child, and alle faces ben turned in to yelow colour?
7 Wehe, denn groß ist dieser Tag, keiner ist ihm gleich, und eine Zeit der Angst ist es für Jakob; aber er soll daraus errettet werden.
Wo! for thilke day is greet, nether ony is lyk it; and it is a tyme of tribulacioun to Jacob, and of hym schal be sauyd.
8 Und es soll an jenem Tage geschehen, spricht der HERR der Heerscharen, daß ich sein Joch auf deinem Halse zerbrechen und deine Bande zerreißen werde, also daß Fremde ihn nicht mehr knechten sollen;
And it schal be, in that dai, seith the Lord of oostis, Y schal al to-breke the yok of hym fro thi necke, and Y schal breke hise boondis; and aliens schulen no more be lordis of it,
9 sondern sie werden dem HERRN, ihrem Gott, dienen und ihrem König David, den ich ihnen erwecken will.
but thei schulen serue to her Lord God, and to Dauid, her kyng, whom Y schal reyse for hem.
10 Darum fürchte dich nicht, mein Knecht Jakob, spricht der HERR, und du Israel, erschrick nicht; denn siehe, ich will dich aus fernem Lande erretten und deinen Samen aus dem Lande ihrer Gefangenschaft, und Jakob soll wiederkehren, ruhig und sicher und ungestört sein!
Therfor, Jacob, my seruaunt, drede thou not, seith the Lord, and Israel, drede thou not; for lo! Y schal saue thee fro a fer lond, and thi seed fro the lond of the caitiftee of hem. And Jacob schal turne ayen, and schal reste, and schal flowe with alle goodis; and noon schal be whom he schal drede.
11 Denn ich bin bei dir, spricht der HERR, dich zu erretten; denn ich will allen Nationen, dahin ich dich zerstreut habe, den Garaus machen; nur dir will ich nicht den Garaus machen; aber züchtigen werde ich dich nach dem Recht und kann dich nicht ungestraft lassen.
For Y am with thee, seith the Lord, for to saue thee. For Y schal make endyng in alle folkis, in whiche Y scateride thee; sotheli Y schal not make thee in to endyng, but Y schal chastise thee in doom, that thou be not seyn to thee to be gilteles.
12 Denn also spricht der HERR: Dein Schade ist verzweifelt böse und deine Wunde unheilbar.
For the Lord seith these thingis, Thi brekyng is vncurable, thi wounde is the worste.
13 Niemand führt deine Sache; es gibt kein Heilmittel für die Wunde, Verband ist keiner da für dich!
Noon is, that demeth thi doom to bynde togidere; the profit of heelyngis is not to thee.
14 Alle deine Liebhaber vergessen dich; sie fragen nicht nach dir; denn wie ein Feind schlägt, habe ich dich geschlagen mit grausamer Züchtigung, weil deiner Schulden so viel und deine Sünden so zahlreich sind.
Alle thi louyeris han foryete thee, thei schulen not seke thee; for Y haue smyte thee with the wounde of an enemy, with cruel chastisyng; for the multitude of thi wickidnesse, thi synnes ben maad hard.
15 Was schreist du über deinen Schaden und deinen unheilbaren Schmerz? Weil deine Schulden so groß und deine Sünden so zahlreich sind, habe ich dir solches getan!
What criest thou on thi brekynge? thi sorewe is vncurable; for the multitude of thi wickidnesse, and for thin hard synnes, Y haue do these thingis to thee.
16 Darum sollen alle, die dich fressen, gefressen werden, und man wird alle deine Feinde gefangen führen; alle, die dich plündern, sollen geplündert werden, und alle, die dich berauben, will ich zum Raube machen.
Therfor alle that eeten thee, schulen be deuourid, and alle thin enemyes schulen be led in to caitifte; and thei that distrien thee, schulen be distried, and Y schal yyue alle thi robberis in to raueyn.
17 Denn ich will dir Genesung bringen und dich von deinen Wunden heilen, spricht der HERR, weil sie dich eine «Verstoßene» nennen und sagen: «Das ist Zion, nach der niemand fragt!»
For Y schal heele perfitli thi wounde, and Y schal make thee hool of thi woundis, seith the Lord; for thou, Sion, thei clepeden thee cast out; this is it that hadde no sekere.
18 So spricht der HERR: Siehe, ich wende das Gefängnis der Hütten Jakobs und will mich seiner Wohnungen erbarmen, und die Stadt soll auf ihrem Hügel erbaut werden und der Palast wie üblich bewohnt werden;
The Lord seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal turne the turnyng of the tabernaclis of Jacob, and Y schal haue merci on the housis of hym; and the citee schal be bildid in his hiynesse, and the temple schal be foundid bi his ordre.
19 und es soll von da ausgehen Loben und Lachen; ich will sie mehren und nicht mindern, ich will sie verherrlichen und sie sollen nicht abnehmen.
And heriyng and the vois of pleiers schal go out of hem, and Y schal multiplie hem, and thei schulen not be decreessid; and Y schal glorifie hem, and thei schulen not be maad thynne.
20 Ihre Söhne sollen sein wie vormals, und ihre Gemeinde soll vor meinem Angesicht wiederhergestellt werden, und ich will alle ihre Bedränger heimsuchen.
And the sones therof schulen be as at the bigynnyng, and the cumpeny therof schal dwelle bifore me; and Y schal visite ayens alle that doon tribulacioun to it.
21 Und ihr Fürst wird aus ihnen stammen und ihr Herrscher aus ihrer Mitte hervorgehen; den will ich herzutreten lassen, und er wird mir nahen; denn wer würde sonst sein Leben daran wagen, zu mir zu nahen? spricht der HERR.
And the duyk therof schal be of it, and a prince schal be brouyt forth of the myddis therof; and Y schal applie hym, and he schal neiye to me; for who is this, that schal applie his herte, that he neiye to me? seith the Lord.
22 Und ihr sollt mein Volk sein, und ich will euer Gott sein!
And ye schulen be in to a puple to me, and Y schal be in to God to you.
23 Siehe, ein glühender Sturmwind ist vom HERRN ausgegangen, ein sausender Sturm wird sich stürzen auf der Gottlosen Kopf!
Lo! the whirlewynd of the Lord, a strong veniaunce goynge out, a tempest fallynge doun, schal reste in the heed of wickid men.
24 Die Zornglut des HERRN wird nicht nachlassen, bis er die Gedanken seines Herzens ausgeführt und zustande gebracht hat; am Ende der Tage werdet ihr es recht verstehen.
The Lord schal not turne awey the ire of indignacioun, til he do, and fille the thouyt of his herte; in the laste of daies ye schulen vndurstonde tho thingis.
