Jeremia 29
1 Dies ist der Inhalt des Schreibens, das der Prophet Jeremia von Jerusalem an die vornehmsten Ältesten der Gefangenen und an die Priester und Propheten sandte und an alles Volk, welches Nebukadnezar von Jerusalem nach Babel entführt hatte,
And these [are] [the] words of the letter which he sent Jeremiah the prophet from Jerusalem to [the] remainder of [the] elders of the exile[s] and to the priests and to the prophets and to all the people which he had taken into exile Nebuchadnezzar from Jerusalem Babylon towards.
2 nachdem der König Jechonja mit der Gebieterin, mit den Kämmerern und Fürsten von Juda und Jerusalem, auch mit den Schlossern und Schmieden Jerusalem verlassen hatte.
After went out Jeconiah the king and the queen-mother and the court-officials [the] officials of Judah and Jerusalem and the craftsman and the smith from Jerusalem.
3 Durch die Hand Eleasas, des Sohnes Saphans, und Gemarjas, des Sohnes Hilkias, welche Zedekia, der König von Juda, zu Nebukadnezar, dem König von Babel, gesandt hatte, ließ Jeremia ihnen sagen:
By [the] hand of Eleasah [the] son of Shaphan and Gemariah [the] son of Hilkiah whom he sent Zedekiah [the] king of Judah to Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon Babylon towards saying.
4 So spricht der HERR der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels, zu allen Gefangenen, die ich von Jerusalem nach Babel habe entführen lassen:
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel to all the exile[s] whom I sent into exile from Jerusalem Babylon towards.
5 Bauet Häuser und wohnet darin, pflanzet Gärten und esset ihre Früchte;
Build houses and dwell and plant gardens and eat produce their.
6 nehmet Frauen und zeuget Söhne und Töchter, nehmet auch euren Söhnen Frauen und gebet euren Töchtern Männer, daß sie Söhne und Töchter zeugen, daß ihr euch daselbst mehret und eure Zahl nicht abnimmt!
Take wives and father sons and daughters and take for sons your wives and daughters your give to husbands so they may bear sons and daughters and multiply there and may not you diminish.
7 Suchet auch den Frieden der Stadt, dahin ich euch habe gefangen führen lassen; denn in ihrem Frieden werdet auch ihr Frieden haben!
And seek [the] welfare of the city where I have sent into exile you there towards and pray for it to Yahweh for in welfare its it will belong to you welfare.
8 Denn also spricht der HERR der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Lasset euch nicht täuschen von euren Propheten, die unter euch sind, noch von euren Wahrsagern; höret auch nicht auf eure Träume, die ihr träumet.
For thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel may not they deceive you prophets your who [are] in midst your and diviners your and may not you listen to dreams your which you [are] dreaming.
9 Denn sie weissagen euch falsch in meinem Namen; ich habe sie nicht gesandt, spricht der HERR.
For with falsehood they [are] prophesying to you in name my not I sent them [the] utterance of Yahweh.
10 Denn also spricht der HERR: Wenn die siebzig Jahre für Babel gänzlich erfüllt sind, so will ich euch heimsuchen und mein gutes Wort, euch an diesen Ort zurückzubringen, ausführen.
That thus he says Yahweh if to [the] mouth will be completed for Babylon seventy year[s] I will give attention to you and I will carry out on you word my good by bringing back you to the place this.
11 Denn ich weiß, was für Gedanken ich über euch habe, spricht der HERR, Gedanken des Friedens und nicht des Leides, euch eine Zukunft und eine Hoffnung zu geben.
For I I know the plans which I [am] planning on you [the] utterance of Yahweh plans of well-being and not for harm to give to you a future and a hope.
12 Und ihr werdet mich anrufen und hingehen und zu mir flehen, und ich will euch erhören;
And you will call on me and you will come and you will pray to me and I will listen to you.
13 ihr werdet mich suchen und finden, wenn ihr mich von ganzem Herzen suchen werdet,
And you will seek me and you will find [me] if you will seek me with all heart your.
14 und ich werde mich von euch finden lassen, spricht der HERR, und werde euer Gefängnis wenden und euch sammeln aus allen Völkern und von allen Orten, dahin ich euch verstoßen habe, spricht der HERR, und werde euch wieder an den Ort zurückbringen, von welchem ich euch habe gefangen wegführen lassen.
And I will let myself be found by you [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will turn back (captivity your *Q(k)*) and I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I banished you there [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will bring back you to the place where I sent into exile you from there.
15 Weil ihr aber sagt: Der HERR hat uns zu Babel Propheten erweckt,
For you have said he has raised up for us Yahweh prophets Babylon.
16 so spricht der HERR also über den König, der auf dem Throne Davids sitzt, und über das ganze Volk, welches in dieser Stadt wohnt, über eure Brüder, die nicht mit euch in die Gefangenschaft gezogen sind,
For thus - he says Yahweh concerning the king who sits to [the] throne of David and concerning all the people which dwells in the city this countrymen your who not they went out with you in the exile.
17 der HERR der Heerscharen spricht also: Siehe, ich sende das Schwert, die Hungersnot und die Pest gegen sie und will sie machen wie abscheuliche Feigen, die man vor Schlechtigkeit nicht essen kann;
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts here I [am] about to send on them the sword famine and pestilence and I will make them like figs rotten which not they will be eaten from badness.
18 und ich will sie mit dem Schwert, mit Hungersnot und Pest verfolgen und will sie zum Schrecken für alle Königreiche der Erde machen, zum Fluch und zum Entsetzen, zum Spott und zum Hohn unter allen Völkern, dahin ich sie verstoßen habe,
And I will pursue after them with the sword with famine and with pestilence and I will make them (into a terror *Q(K)*) to all - [the] kingdoms of the earth into a curse and into a waste and into a hissing and into a reproach among all the nations where I have banished them there.
19 dafür, daß sie auf meine Worte nicht gehört haben, spricht der HERR, da ich doch meine Knechte, die Propheten, frühe und fleißig zu ihnen gesandt habe; ihr aber habt nicht gehört, spricht der HERR!
Because that not they listened to words my [the] utterance of Yahweh [those] whom I sent to them servants my the prophets rising early and sending and not you listened [the] utterance of Yahweh.
20 Ihr aber, höret das Wort des HERRN, ihr Gefangenen alle, welche ich von Jerusalem nach Babel geschickt habe!
And you hear [the] word of Yahweh O all the exile[s] whom I sent from Jerusalem Babylon towards.
21 So spricht der HERR der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels, über Achab, den Sohn Kolajas, und über Zedekia, den Sohn Maasejas, die euch Lügen weissagen in meinem Namen: Siehe, ich gebe sie in die Hand des babylonischen Königs Nebukadnezar, daß er sie vor euren Augen erschlage;
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel concerning Ahab [the] son of Kolaiah and to Zedekiah [the] son of Maaseiah who are prophesying to you in name my falsehood here I - [am] about to give them in [the] hand of Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon and he will strike down them to eyes your.
22 und es wird von ihnen seitens aller Gefangenen Judas, die zu Babel sind, ein Fluchwort entnommen werden, so daß man sagen wird: «Der HERR mache dich wie Zedekia und Achab, welche der babylonische König im Feuer braten ließ!»
And it will be taken from them a curse by all [the] exile[s] of Judah who [are] in Babylon saying may he make you Yahweh like Zedekiah and like Ahab whom he roasted them [the] king of Babylon in the fire.
23 darum, weil sie eine Schandtat begangen haben in Israel: sie haben mit den Frauen ihrer Nächsten Ehebruch getrieben und in meinem Namen erlogene Worte geredet, die ich ihnen nicht befohlen habe! Das weiß Ich und bin Zeuge, spricht der HERR.
Because that they did folly in Israel and they committed adultery [the] wives of neighbors their and they spoke a word in name my falsehood which not I commanded them and I ([am he] who knows *Q(K)*) and a witness [the] utterance of Yahweh.
24 Und zu Semaja, dem Nechelamiter, sollst du sagen:
And to Shemaiah the Nehelamite you will say saying.
25 So spricht der HERR der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Weil du in deinem eigenen Namen Briefe gesandt hast an alles Volk zu Jerusalem und an Zephanja, den Sohn Maasejas, den Priester, wie auch an alle Priester, des Inhalts:
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel saying because that you you sent in own name your letters to all the people which [is] in Jerusalem and to Zephaniah [the] son of Maaseiah the priest and to all the priests saying.
26 «Der HERR hat dich an Stelle Jojadas zum Priester gemacht, damit ihr Aufsicht übet im Hause des Herrn über alle Wahnsinnigen und alle, die zu weissagen sich erlauben, daß du sie in den Stock und in die Halseisen legest;
Yahweh he has made you priest in place of Jehoiada the priest to be overseers [the] house of Yahweh to every person [who] is mad and [who] prophesies and you will put him into the stock[s] and into the iron collar.
27 warum hast du denn Jeremia von Anatot nicht gestraft, der sich herausnimmt, euch zu weissagen?
And therefore why? not have you rebuked Jeremiah the Anathothite who is prophesying to you.
28 Ja, überdies hat er uns in Babel sagen lassen: Es wird lange dauern! Bauet Häuser und wohnet darin; pflanzet Gärten und esset ihre Früchte!»
For since he has sent to us Babylon saying [will be] a long [time] it build houses and dwell and plant gardens and eat produce their.
29 Der Priester Zephanja las diesen Brief dem Propheten Jeremia vor.
And he read aloud Zephaniah the priest the letter this in [the] ears of Jeremiah the prophet.
30 Da erging das Wort des HERRN an Jeremia folgendermaßen:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah saying.
31 Laß allen Gefangenen sagen: So spricht der HERR über Semaja, den Nechelamiter: Weil euch Semaja geweissagt hat, ohne daß ich ihn gesandt, und er euch auf Lügen vertrauen lehrt,
Send to all the exile[s] saying thus he says Yahweh concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite because that he has prophesied to you Shemaiah and I not I sent him and he has made rely you on falsehood.
32 deshalb spricht der HERR: Siehe, ich will Semaja, den Nechelamiter, und seinen Samen heimsuchen; es soll ihm unter diesem Volke keiner bleiben, und er soll das Gute nicht sehen, das ich diesem Volke erzeigen will, spricht der HERR; denn er hat Widerstand gegen den HERRN gepredigt.
Therefore thus he says Yahweh here I [am] about to visit [judgment] on Shemaiah the Nehelamite and on offspring his not he will belong to him anyone - dwelling - in among the people this and not he will look on the good which I [will be] doing for people my [the] utterance of Yahweh for rebellion he has spoken on Yahweh.
