Jesaja 12

1 Und du wirst an jenem Tage sagen: Ich lobe dich, HERR; denn du zürntest mir; dein Zorn hat sich gewendet, und du tröstest mich!

And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thy anger is turned away, and thou didst comfort me.

2 Siehe, Gott ist mein Heil; ich will vertrauen und lasse mir nicht grauen; denn der HERR, der HERR, ist meine Kraft und mein Lied, und er ward mir zum Heil!

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

3 Und ihr werdet mit Freuden Wasser schöpfen aus den Brunnen des Heils

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

4 und werdet sagen zu jener Zeit: Danket dem HERRN, ruft seinen Namen an, verkündiget unter den Völkern seine Wunder, erinnert daran, wie erhaben sein Name ist!

And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

5 Singet dem HERRN; denn er hat Großes getan; solches werde in allen Landen bekannt!

Sing to the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

6 Jauchze und rühme, die du zu Zion wohnst; denn groß in deiner Mitte ist der Heilige Israels!

Cry aloud and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
