Hesekiel 41

1 Und er führte mich zum Tempel und maß die Pfeiler; die waren sechs Ellen breit auf dieser und sechs Ellen breit auf jener Seite, gemäß der Breite des Zeltes.

And he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.

2 Die Breite der Tür betrug zehn Ellen, die Seitenwände der Tür waren auf beiden Seiten fünf Ellen breit. Er maß auch seine Länge: vierzig Ellen, und die Breite: zwanzig Ellen.

And the breadth of the entrance was ten cubits; and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits.

3 Darnach trat er ins Innere hinein und maß den Türpfeiler: zwei Ellen, und die Tür selbst: sechs Ellen breit, und die Seitenwände der Tür: je sieben Ellen.

Then went he inward, and measured each post of the entrance, two cubits: and the entrance, six cubits; and the breadth of the entrance, seven cubits.

4 Und er fand die Länge: zwanzig Ellen, und die Breite: zwanzig Ellen, gemäß der Front des Tempels; und er sagte zu mir: Das ist das Allerheiligste!

And he measured the length thereof twenty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.

5 Er maß die Wand des Haues: sechs Ellen dick, und die Breite der Seitengemächer rings um das Haus herum: vier Ellen.

Then he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side-chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.

6 Der Seitengemächer aber waren je drei, eins über dem andern, und zwar dreißigmal. Sie stützten sich auf die Mauer, die am Hause für die Seitengemächer ringsumher gemacht war, so daß sie sich festhielten; aber sie waren nicht in die Mauer des Hauses eingelassen.

And the side-chambers were in three stories, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which belonged to the house for the side-chambers round about, that they might have hold [therein], and not have hold in the wall of the house.

7 Und [das Bauwerk] wurde breiter in dem Maße, als die Seitengemächer sich höher und höher um das Haus herumzogen, so daß der Umfang des Hauses nach oben zu rings um das Haus größer wurde. Also war es ein Breiterwerden des Hauses nach oben zu. Und man stieg vom untern zum obern [Stockwerk] durch das mittlere.

And the side-chambers were broader as they encompassed [the house] higher and higher; for the encompassing of the house went higher and higher round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house [continued] upward; and so one went up [from] the lowest [chamber] to the highest by the middle [chamber].

8 Ich sah auch eine Terrasse rings um das Haus herum. Die Fundamente der Seitengemächer waren eine volle Rute, das ist sechs Ellen, bis zur Achsel.

I saw also that the house had a raised basement round about: the foundations of the side-chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.

9 Die Dicke der äußern Mauer des Seitenbaues betrug fünf Ellen; und es war ein Raum freigelassen längs des Seitenbaues am Tempel.

The thickness of the wall, which was for the side chambers, on the outside, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side-chambers that belonged to the house.

10 Und zwischen den Kammern war [ein Hofraum von] zwanzig Ellen Breite rings um das Haus herum.

And between the chambers was a breadth of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.

11 Und der Eingang zu den Seitengemächern befand sich am freigelassenen Raum: eine Türe gegen Norden und eine Türe gegen Süden; und die Breite des freigelassenen Raumes betrug fünf Ellen ringsum.

And the doors of the side-chambers were toward [the place] that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.

12 Das Gebäude aber, welches auf der westlichen Seite am abgegrenzten Hofe liegt, war siebzig Ellen breit; die Mauer des Gebäudes war ringsum fünf Ellen dick; seine Länge aber betrug neunzig Ellen.

And the building that was before the separate place at the side toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits.

13 Er maß auch das Tempelhaus: hundert Ellen lang. Der abgegrenzte Hof und das Gebäude mit seinen Wänden hatten eine Länge von hundert Ellen.

So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long, and the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an hundred cubits long;

14 Auch die Breite der Vorderseite des Hauses und des abgegrenzten Raumes nach Osten zu betrug hundert Ellen.

also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, an hundred cubits.

15 Und er maß die Länge des Gebäudes nach dem abgegrenzten Hofe zu, welcher hinter demselben liegt, samt seinen Galerien an beiden Seiten: hundert Ellen. Das Innere des Tempels und die Hallen des Vorhofes,

And he measured the length of the building before the separate place which was at the back thereof, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits; and the inner temple, and the porches of the court;

16 die Schwellen und die vergitterten Fenster und die Galerien ringsumher auf seinen drei Seiten, der Schwelle gegenüber, waren durchwegs mit Holz getäfelt, vom Boden bis zu den Fenstern, und die Fenster waren verkleidet.

the thresholds, and the closed windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the threshold, cieled with wood round about, and [from] the ground up to the windows; now the windows were covered;

17 Oben über der Tür und bis zum innern Hause, auch außerhalb und an allen Wänden um und um, in und außerhalb, waren Felder [im Getäfel],

to [the space] above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.

18 die waren besetzt mit Cherubim und Palmen, so daß stets ein Palmbaum zwischen zwei Cherubim war. Jeder Cherub hatte zwei Angesichter,

And it was made with cherubim and palm trees; and a palm tree was between cherub and cherub, and every cherub had two faces;

19 und zwar war eines Menschen Angesicht gegen die eine Palme, und eines Löwen Angesicht gegen die andere Palme gerichtet. Also war es am ganzen Hause ringsum gemacht.

so that there was the face of a man toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: [thus was it] made through all the house round about.

20 Vom Boden bis oberhalb der Tür waren die Cherubim und Palmbäume angebracht, nämlich an der Wand des Tempels.

from the ground unto above the door were cherubim and palm trees made: thus was the wall of the temple.

21 Die Türpfosten waren viereckig; und die Vorderseite des Allerheiligsten hatte

As for the temple, the door posts were squared; and as for the face of the sanctuary, the appearance [thereof] was as the appearance [of the temple].

22 die Gestalt eines hölzernen Altars, drei Ellen hoch und zwei Ellen lang; und er hatte seine Ecken, und seine Länge und seine Wände waren von Holz. Und er sprach zu mir: Das ist der Tisch, welcher vor dem HERRN steht!

The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.

23 Und da waren zwei Türen zur Tempelhalle und zum Allerheiligsten.

And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

24 Und jede Tür hatte zwei Flügel, zwei drehbare Türflügel; zwei hatte die eine Tür und zwei die andere.

And the doors had two leaves [apiece], two turning leaves; two [leaves] for the one door, and two leaves for the other.

25 Auch an den Türen des Tempels waren Cherubim und Palmbäume angebracht, gleichwie an den Wänden. Und ein hölzernes Vordach befand sich draußen vor der Halle.

And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick beams of wood upon the face of the porch without.

26 Und vergitterte Fenster und Palmbäume waren an den beiden Seitenwänden der Halle und an den Seitengemächern des Tempels...

And there were closed windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch: thus were the side-chambers of the house, and the thick beams.
