1 Und Bezaleel machte die Lade von Akazienholz, dreieinhalb Ellen lang und anderthalb Ellen breit und anderthalb Ellen hoch,

And Bezaleel made the ark, of acacia wood, two cubits and a half, the length thereof and, a cubit and a half, the breadth thereof, and, a cubit and a half, the height thereof;

2 und überzog sie mit reinem Gold inwendig und auswendig, und machte ihr einen goldenen Kranz ringsum.

and he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, -and made for it a rim of gold, round about;

3 Und goß vier goldene Ringe an ihre vier Ecken, auf jeder Seite zwei.

and he cast for it four rings of gold, upon the four feet thereof, —even, two rings, on the one side thereof and, two rings, on the other side thereof;

4 Und machte Stangen von Akazienholz und überzog sie mit Gold

and he made staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold;

5 und tat sie in die Ringe an den Seiten der Lade, daß man sie tragen konnte.

and he brought the staves into the rings, upon the sides of the ark, for lifting the ark.

6 Und machte den Sühndeckel von reinem Golde, dreieinhalb Ellen lang und anderthalb Ellen breit.

And he made a propitiatory of pure gold, —two cubits and a half, the length thereof, and, a cubit and a half, the breadth thereof:

7 Und machte zwei Cherubim von getriebenem Gold an die beiden Enden des Sühndeckels,

and he made two cherubim, of gold, of beaten work, did he make them, out of the two ends of the propitiatory:

8 einen Cherub an diesem Ende und den andern an jenem Ende; zwei Cherubim machte er an beiden Enden des Sühndeckels.

one cherub, out of this end, and, one cherub, out of that end, out of the propitiatory itself, made he the cherubim, out of the two ends thereof:

9 Und die Cherubim breiteten ihre Flügel aus von oben her und deckten damit den Sühndeckel, und ihre Angesichter waren einander zugekehrt und sahen auf den Sühndeckel.

and the cherubim were spreading out their wings on high making a shelter with their wings over the propitiatory, with, their faces, one towards the other, towards the propitiatory, were the faces of the cherubim,

10 Und er machte den Tisch von Akazienholz zwei Ellen lang, eine Elle breit und anderthalb Ellen hoch,

And he made the table of acacia wood, two cubits, the length thereof and, a cubit, the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof,

11 und überzog ihn mit reinem Gold und machte ihm einen goldenen Kranz ringsum,

And he overlaid it with pure gold, —and he made thereto a rim of gold round about:

12 und machte ihm eine Leiste ringsum, eine Handbreit hoch, und machte einen goldenen Kranz um die Leiste her,

and he mane thereto a border of a handbreadth, round about, and he made a rim of gold to the border thereof round about:

13 und goß dazu vier goldene Ringe und tat sie an die vier Ecken, an seine vier Füße,

and he cast for it, four rings of gold, and placed the rings upon the four corners, which pertained to the four feet thereof:

14 dicht unter die Leiste, daß man die Stangen darein tun und so den Tisch tragen konnte.

near to the border, were the rings, as receptacles for the staves, for lifting the table;

15 Und machte die Stangen von Akazienholz und überzog sie mit Gold, um den Tisch damit zu tragen.

and he made the staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold, —for lifting the table;

16 Und machte auch von reinem Golde die Geräte auf dem Tisch, seine Schüsseln, seine Schalen, seine Becher und seine Kannen, um mit ihnen Trankopfer zu spenden.

and he made the utensils which were to be upon the table, its dishes and its pans and its bowls, and its basins for pouring out therewith, of pure gold.

17 Und er machte den Leuchter von reinem getriebenem Gold, daran war der Schaft mit Armen, Kelchen, Knoten und Blumen.

And he made the lampstand, of pure gold, of beaten work, made he the lampstand, its base and its shafts, its cups, its apples and its blossoms were, of the same;

18 Sechs Arme gingen von seinen Seiten aus, von jeder Seite drei Arme.

with, six branches coming out of its sides, —three branches of the lampstand out of its one side and three branches of the lampstand out of its other side:

19 An jedem Arm waren drei Kelche wie Mandelblüten, dazu ihre Knoten und Blumen; auf diese Weise gingen die sechs Arme aus dem Leuchter hervor.

three cups like almond-flowers in the one branch—apple and blossom, and, three cups like almond-flowers, in the next branch, apple and blossom, so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand;

20 An dem Schaft aber waren vier Kelche wie Mandelblüten mit Knoten und Blumen,

and in the lampstand itself, four cups, like almond-flowers, its apples and its blossoms:

21 unter je zwei Armen ein Knoten, bei allen sechs Armen, die aus dem Leuchter gingen.

with, an apple, under the two branches of the same, and, an apple, under the next two branches of the same, and, an apple, under the next two branches of the same, for the six branches coming out of the same:

22 Ihre Knoten und Arme gingen aus ihm hervor, und es war alles getriebenes reines Gold.

their apples and their brunches were of the same, all of it one beaten work, of pure gold.

23 Er machte auch sieben Lampen mit ihren Lichtscheren und Pfannen von reinem Gold.

And he made the lamps thereof seven, —with its snuffers and its snuff-trays, of pure gold.

24 Aus einem Zentner reinen Goldes machte er ihn und alle seine Geräte.

Of a talent of pure gold, made he it, —and all the utensils thereof.

25 Er machte auch den Räucheraltar von Akazienholz, eine Elle lang und eine Elle breit, viereckig, und zwei Ellen hoch mit seinen Hörnern, die aus ihm hervorgingen,

And he made the incense altar, of acacia wood, —a cubit, the length thereof, and, a cubit, the breadth thereof, foursquare, and two cubits the height thereof, of the same, were the horns thereof.

26 und überzog ihn mit reinem Golde, seine Platte und seine Wände ringsum und seine Hörner und machte ihm einen Kranz ringsum von reinem Gold;

And he overlaid it with pure gold—the top thereof and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof, -and he made thereto a rim of gold, round about.

27 und zwei goldene Ringe unter dem Kranz zu beiden Seiten, daß man Stangen darein tue, um ihn zu tragen.

And two rings of gold, made he thereto—beneath the rim thereof, upon the two corners thereof, upon the two sides thereof, —as receptacles for the staves, to lift it therewith.

28 Aber die Stangen machte er von Akazienholz und überzog sie mit Gold.

And he made the staves of acacia wood, —and overlaid them with gold.

29 und er machte das heilige Salböl und Räucherwerk von reiner Spezerei, nach der Kunst des Salbenbereiters.

And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure fragrant incense, —the work of a perfumer.
