2 Chronik 22
1 Und die Einwohner von Jerusalem machten Ahasia, seinen jüngsten Sohn, zum König an seiner Statt; denn die Truppe, welche mit den Arabern in das Lager gekommen war, hatte alle älteren getötet. Also ward Ahasia König, der Sohn Jehorams, des Königs von Juda.
And they made king [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem Ahaziah son his young in place of him for all the former [sons] it had killed the marauding band which came with the Arabs to the camp and he became king Ahaziah [the] son of Jehoram [the] king of Judah.
2 Zweiundzwanzig Jahre alt war Ahasia, als er König ward, und regierte ein Jahr lang zu Jerusalem. Seine Mutter hieß Atalia, eine Tochter Omris.
[was] a son of Forty and two year[s] Ahaziah when became king he and a year one he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Athaliah [the] daughter of Omri.
3 Und er wandelte auch in den Wegen des Hauses Ahabs; denn seine Mutter beriet ihn so, daß er Böses tat.
Also he he walked in [the] ways of [the] house of Ahab for mother his she was [female] counselor his to act wickedly.
4 Und so tat er, was böse war in den Augen des HERRN, wie das Haus Ahabs; denn nach seines Vaters Tod waren sie seine Ratgeber, zu seinem Verderben.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh like [the] house of Ahab for they they were of him counselors after [the] death of father his to destruction of him.
5 Und er wandelte nach ihrem Rat und zog mit Joram, dem Sohn Ahabs, dem König von Israel, in den Krieg wider Hasael, den König von Syrien, gen Ramot in Gilead.
Also in counsel their he walked and he went with Jehoram [the] son of Ahab [the] king of Israel to war on Hazael [the] king of Aram at Ramoth Gilead and they wounded the Arameans Joram.
6 Aber die Syrer trafen den Joram, so daß er umkehrte, um sich zu Jesreel heilen zu lassen; denn er hatte Wunden, die ihm zu Rama geschlagen worden, als er mit Hasael, dem König von Syrien stritt. Und Asaria, der Sohn Jehorams, der König von Juda, zog hinab, um Joram, den Sohn Ahabs, in Jesreel zu besuchen, weil er krank lag.
And he returned to get himself healed in Jezreel for the wounds which they had wounded him at Ramah when fought he with Hazael [the] king of Aram and Azariah [the] son of Jehoram [the] king of Judah he went down to see Jehoram [the] son of Ahab in Jezreel for [was] being ill he.
7 Und das war von Gott, zu Ahasias Untergang, daß er zu Joram ging; denn als er kam, zog er mit Joram aus wider Jehu, den Sohn Nimsis, welchen der HERR gesalbt hatte, das Haus Ahabs auszurotten.
And from God it was [the] downfall of Ahaziah by going to Joram and when went he he went out with Jehoram to Jehu [the] son of Nimshi whom he had anointed him Yahweh to cut off [the] house of Ahab.
8 Da nun Jehu am Hause Ahabs Strafe übte, traf er die Fürsten Judas und die Neffen Ahasias, welche Ahasia dienten, und brachte sie um.
And it was when entered into judgment Jehu with [the] house of Ahab and he found [the] officials of Judah and [the] sons of [the] brothers of Ahaziah serving Ahaziah and he killed them.
9 Er suchte auch Ahasia; und man fing ihn zu Samaria, wo er sich verborgen hatte, und brachte ihn zu Jehu; der tötete ihn. Und man begrub ihn, denn sie sprachen: Er ist Josaphats Sohn, der von ganzem Herzen den HERRN gesucht hat! Und es war niemand mehr aus dem Hause Ahasias, der stark genug gewesen wäre zum Regieren.
And he sought to find Ahaziah and people captured him and he [was] hiding himself in Samaria and they brought him to Jehu and they put to death him and they buried him for they said [was] [the] son of Jehoshaphat he who he sought Yahweh with all heart his and not for [the] house of Ahaziah to retain strength for kingship.
10 Als aber Atalia, die Mutter Ahasias, sah, daß ihr Sohn tot war, machte sie sich auf und brachte allen königlichen Samen im Hause Judas um.
And Athaliah [the] mother of Ahaziah she saw that he was dead son her and she arose and she destroyed all [the] offspring of royalty of [the] house of Judah.
11 Aber Joschabat, die Tochter des Königs, nahm Joas, den Sohn Ahasias, und stahl ihn weg mitten aus den Söhnen des Königs, die getötet wurden, und tat ihn samt seiner Amme in eine Schlafkammer. Also verbarg ihn Joschabat, die Tochter des Königs Jehoram, das Weib des Priesters Jojada (denn sie war Ahasias Schwester], vor Atalia, so daß er nicht getötet wurde.
And she took Jehoshabeath [the] daughter of the king Joash [the] son of Ahaziah and she stole him from among [the] sons of the king who were being put to death and she put him and suckling-nurse his in [the] chamber of the beds and she hid him Jehoshabeath [the] daughter of the king Jehoram [the] wife of Jehoiada the priest for she she was [the] sister of Ahaziah from before Athaliah and not she killed him.
12 Und er war mit ihnen im Hause Gottes sechs Jahre lang verborgen, solange Atalia über das Land regierte.
And he was with them in [the] house of God hiding six years and Athaliah [was] reigning over the land.
