1 Johannes 2
1 Meine Kindlein, solches schreibe ich euch, damit ihr nicht sündiget! Und wenn jemand sündigt, so haben wir einen Fürsprecher bei dem Vater, Jesus Christus, den Gerechten;
Mi litle sones, Y write to you these thingis, that ye synnen not. But if ony man synneth, we han an aduocat anentis the fadir,
2 und er ist das Sühnopfer für unsre Sünden, aber nicht nur für die unsren, sondern auch für die der ganzen Welt.
Jhesu Crist, and he is the foryyuenes for oure synnes; and not oneli for oure synnes, but also for the synnes of al the world.
3 Und daran erkennen wir, daß wir ihn erkannt haben, wenn wir seine Gebote halten.
And in this thing we witen, that we knowen hym, if we kepen hise comaundementis.
4 Wer da sagt: Ich habe ihn erkannt, und hält [doch] seine Gebote nicht, der ist ein Lügner, und in einem solchen ist die Wahrheit nicht;
He that seith that he knowith God, and kepith not hise comaundementis, is a liere, and trewthe is not in hym.
5 wer aber sein Wort hält, in dem ist wahrlich die Liebe zu Gott vollkommen geworden. Daran erkennen wir, daß wir in ihm sind.
But the charite of God is perfit verili in hym, that kepith his word. In this thing we witen, that we ben in hym, if we ben perfit in hym.
6 Wer da sagt, er bleibe in ihm, der ist verpflichtet, auch selbst so zu wandeln, wie jener gewandelt ist.
He that seith, that he dwellith in hym, he owith for to walke, as he walkide.
7 Geliebte, ich schreibe euch nicht ein neues Gebot, sondern ein altes Gebot, das ihr von Anfang an hattet; das alte Gebot ist das Wort, das ihr von Anfang an gehört habt.
Moost dere britheren, Y write to you, not a newe maundement, but the elde maundement, that ye hadden fro the bigynnyng. The elde maundement is the word, that ye herden.
8 Und doch schreibe ich euch ein neues Gebot, was wahr ist in Ihm und in euch; denn die Finsternis vergeht, und das wahre Licht scheint schon.
Eftsoone Y write to you a newe maundement, that is trewe bothe in hym and in you; for derknessis ben passid, and veri liyt schyneth now.
9 Wer da sagt, daß er im Lichte sei, und [doch] seinen Bruder haßt, der ist noch immer in der Finsternis.
He that seith, that he is in liyt, and hatith his brother, is in derknesse yit.
10 Wer seinen Bruder liebt, der bleibt im Licht, und nichts Anstößiges ist an ihm;
He that loueth his brothir, dwellith in liyt, and sclaundre is not in hym.
11 wer aber seinen Bruder haßt, der ist in der Finsternis und wandelt in der Finsternis und weiß nicht, wohin er geht, weil die Finsternis seine Augen geblendet hat.
But he that hatith his brother, is in derknessis, and wandrith in derknessis, and woot not whidir he goith; for derknessis han blindid hise iyen.
12 Kindlein, ich schreibe euch, weil euch die Sünden vergeben sind um seines Namens willen;
Litle sones, Y write to you, that youre synnes ben foryouun to you for his name.
13 ich schreibe euch Vätern, weil ihr den erkannt habt, der von Anfang an ist; ich schreibe euch Jünglingen, weil ihr den Bösen überwunden habt.
Fadris, Y write to you, for ye han knowun hym, that is fro the bigynnyng. Yonge men, Y write to you, for ye han ouercomun the wickid.
14 Euch Kindern habe ich geschrieben, weil ihr den Vater erkannt habt; euch Vätern habe ich geschrieben, weil ihr den erkannt habt, der von Anfang an ist; euch Jünglingen habe ich geschrieben, weil ihr stark seid und das Wort Gottes in euch bleibt und ihr den Bösen überwunden habt.
Y write to you, yonge children, for ye han knowe the fadir. Y write to you, britheren, for ye han knowen hym, that is fro the bigynnyng. Y write to you, yonge men, for ye ben stronge, and the word of God dwellith in you, and ye han ouercomun the wickid.
15 Habt nicht lieb die Welt, noch was in der Welt ist! Wenn jemand die Welt lieb hat, so ist die Liebe zum Vater nicht in ihm.
Nyle ye loue the world, ne tho thingis that ben in the world. If ony man loueth the world, the charite of the fader is not in hym.
16 Denn alles, was in der Welt ist, die Fleischeslust, die Augenlust und das hoffärtige Leben, kommt nicht vom Vater her, sondern von der Welt,
For al thing that is in the world, is coueitise of fleisch, and coueitise of iyen, and pride of lijf, which is not of the fadir, but it is of the world.
17 und die Welt vergeht mit ihrer Lust; wer aber den Willen Gottes tut, der bleibt in Ewigkeit. (aiōn g165)
And the world schal passe, and the coueitise of it; but he that doith the wille of God, dwellith with outen ende. (aiōn g165)
18 Kinder, es ist die letzte Stunde! Und wie ihr gehört habt, daß der Antichrist kommt, so sind nun viele Antichristen geworden; daran erkennen wir, daß es die letzte Stunde ist.
My litle sones, the laste our is; and as ye han herd, that antecrist cometh, now many antecristis ben maad; wherfor we witen, that it is the laste our.
19 Sie sind von uns ausgegangen, aber sie waren nicht von uns; denn wenn sie von uns gewesen wären, so wären sie bei uns geblieben. Aber es sollte offenbar werden, daß nicht alle von uns sind.
Thei wenten forth fro vs, but thei weren not of vs; for if thei hadden be of vs, thei hadden dwelte with vs; but that thei be knowun, that thei ben not of vs.
20 Und ihr habt die Salbung von dem Heiligen und wisset alles.
But ye han anointyng of the Hooli Goost, and knowen alle thingis.
21 Ich habe euch nicht geschrieben, als kenntet ihr die Wahrheit nicht, sondern weil ihr sie kennet und weil keine Lüge aus der Wahrheit kommt.
Y wroot not to you, as to men that knowen not treuthe, but as to men that knowen it, and for ech leesing is not of treuthe.
22 Wer ist der Lügner, wenn nicht der, welcher leugnet, daß Jesus der Christus sei? Das ist der Antichrist, der den Vater und den Sohn leugnet!
Who is a liere, but this that denyeth that Jhesu is not Crist? This is antecrist, that denyeth the fadir, and the sone.
23 Wer den Sohn leugnet, der hat auch den Vater nicht; wer den Sohn bekennt, der hat auch den Vater.
So ech that denyeth the sone, hath not the fadir; but he that knowlechith the sone, hath also the fadir.
24 Was ihr von Anfang an gehört habt, das bleibe in euch! Wenn in euch bleibt, was ihr von Anfang an gehört habt, so werdet auch ihr in dem Sohne und in dem Vater bleiben.
That thing that ye herden at the bigynnyng, dwelle it in you; for if that thing dwellith in you, which ye herden at the bigynnyng, ye schulen dwelle in the sone and in the fadir.
And this is the biheeste, that he bihiyte to vs euerlastinge lijf. (aiōnios g166)
26 Solches habe ich euch geschrieben betreffs derer, die euch verführen.
Y wroot these thingis to you, of hem that disseyuen you,
27 Und die Salbung, die ihr von ihm empfangen habt, bleibt in euch, und ihr bedürfet nicht, daß euch jemand lehre; sondern so, wie euch die Salbung selbst über alles belehrt, ist es wahr und keine Lüge, und wie sie euch belehrt hat, so bleibet darin!
and that the anoyntyng which ye resseyueden of hym, dwelle in you. And ye han not nede, that ony man teche you, but as his anoyntyng techith you of alle thingis, and it is trewe, and it is not leesyng; and as he tauyte you, dwelle ye in hym.
28 Und nun, Kindlein, bleibet in ihm, damit, wenn er erscheint, wir Freudigkeit haben und uns nicht schämen müssen vor ihm bei seiner Wiederkunft.
And now, ye litle sones, dwelle ye in hym, that whanne he schal appere, we haue a trist, and be not confoundid of hym in his comyng.
29 Wenn ihr wisset, daß er gerecht ist, so erkennet auch, daß jeder, der die Gerechtigkeit übt, von Ihm geboren ist.
If ye witen that he is iust, wite ye that also ech that doith riytwisnesse, is borun of hym.
