1 Chronik 27

1 Und dies sind die Kinder Israel nach ihrer Zahl, die Familienhäupter, die Obersten der Tausendschaften und Hundertschaften und ihre Amtleute, die dem König dienten nach der Ordnung der Abteilungen, wie sie Monat für Monat kamen und gingen, alle Monate des Jahres; jede Abteilung zählte 24000.

Now the children of Israel after their number, [to wit], the chief fathers, and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year, of every course [were] twenty and four thousand.

2 Über die erste Abteilung für den ersten Monat war Jaschobam, der Sohn Sabdiels, gesetzt, und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

Over the first course for the first month [was] Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

3 Aus den Kindern des Perez war er das Oberhaupt aller Heerführer des ersten Monats.

Of the children of Perez, [was] the chief of all the captains of the host for the first month.

4 Über die Abteilung für den zweiten Monat war Dodai, der Achochiter, [gesetzt, ] und Miklot war Fürst, und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

And over the course of the second month [was] Dodai an Ahohite, and of his course [was] Mikloth also the ruler: in his course likewise [were] twenty and four thousand.

5 Der dritte Heerführer für den dritten Monat war Benaja, der Sohn Jojadas, des Priesters, das Oberhaupt; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The third captain of the host for the third month [was] Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, a chief priest: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

6 Dieser Benaja war einer der dreißig Helden und über die Dreißig. Und sein Abteilungschef war sein Sohn Ammi-Sabad.

This [is that] Benaiah, [who was] mighty [among] the thirty, and above the thirty: and in his course [was] Ammizabad his son.

7 Der vierte für den vierten Monat war Asahel, der Bruder Joabs, und nach ihm Sebadja, sein Sohn; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The fourth [captain] for the fourth month [was] Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

8 Der fünfte für den fünften Monat war der Fürst Samchut, der Jisrachiter; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The fifth captain for the fifth month [was] Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

9 Der sechste für den sechsten Monat war Ira, der Sohn des Ikkes, des Tekoiters; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The sixth [captain] for the sixth month [was] Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

10 Der siebente für den siebenten Monat war Chelez, der Peloniter, aus den Kindern Ephraims; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The seventh [captain] for the seventh month [was] Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

11 Der achte für den achten Monat war Sibbekai, der Chusatiter, aus den Sarchitern; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The eighth [captain] for the eighth month [was] Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

12 Der neunte für den neunten Monat war Abieser, der Anatotiter, von den Benjaminitern, und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The ninth [captain] for the ninth month [was] Abiezer the Anetothite, of the Benjaminites: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

13 Der zehnte für den zehnten Monat war Macharai, der Netophatiter, aus den Sarchitern, und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The tenth [captain] for the tenth month [was] Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

14 Der elfte für den elften Monat war Benaja, der Piratoniter, aus den Kindern Ephraims; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The eleventh [captain] for the eleventh month [was] Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

15 Der zwölfte für den zwölften Monat war Cheldai, der Netophatiter, von Otniel; und zu seiner Abteilung gehörten 24000.

The twelfth [captain] for the twelfth month [was] Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course [were] twenty and four thousand.

16 Aber über die Stämme Israels waren gesetzt: Über die Rubeniter war Fürst Elieser, der Sohn Sichris; über die Simeoniter Schephathja, der Sohn Maachas.

Furthermore over the tribes of Israel: the ruler of the Reubenites [was] Eliezer the son of Zichri: of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maachah:

17 Über die Leviten Chaschabja, der Sohn Kemuels; über die Aaroniter war Zadok.

Of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel: of the Aaronites, Zadok:

18 Über Juda war Elihu, aus den Brüdern Davids; über Issaschar Omri, der Sohn Michaels.

Of Judah, Elihu, [one] of the brethren of David: of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael:

19 Über Sebulon war Jischmaja, der Sohn Obadjas; über Naphtali Jerimot, der Sohn Asriels.

Of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah: of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of Azriel:

20 Über die Kinder Ephraims war Hosea, der Sohn Asasjas; über den halben Stamm Manasse Joel, der Sohn Pedajas.

Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah: of the half tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah:

21 Über den andern halben Stamm Manasse, in Gilead, war Jiddo, der Sohn Sacharjas; über Benjamin war Jaasiel, der Sohn Abners.

Of the half [tribe] of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah: of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner:

22 Über Dan war Asareel, der Sohn Jerobeams. Das sind die Fürsten der Stämme Israels.

Of Dan, Azareel the son of Jeroham. These [were] the princes of the tribes of Israel.

23 Aber David nahm die Zahl derer, die unter zwanzig Jahren waren, nicht auf; denn der HERR hatte verheißen, Israel zu mehren wie die Sterne des Himmels.

But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under: because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of the heavens.

24 Joab, der Sohn der Zeruja, hatte zwar angefangen zu zählen, allein er vollendete es nicht, denn es kam deswegen ein Zorn [gericht] über Israel. Daher wurde die Zahl nicht in die Chronik des Königs David aufgenommen.

Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but he finished not, because there fell wrath for it against Israel; neither was the number put in the account of the chronicles of king David.

25 Über die Vorräte des Königs war Asmavet, der Sohn Adiels, gesetzt. Und über die Vorräte auf dem Lande, in den Städten, Dörfern und Festungen war Jonatan, der Sohn Ussias;

And over the king's treasures [was] Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the store-houses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, [was] Jehonathan the son of Uzziah:

26 über die Ackerleute, welche das Land bebauten, war Esri, der Sohn Kelubs;

And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground [was] Ezri the son of Chelub:

27 über die Weinberge Simei, der Ramatiter; aber über die Vorräte an Wein in den Weinbergen war Sabdi, der Siphmiter;

And over the vineyards [was] Shimei the Ramathite: over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars [was] Zabdi the Shiphmite:

28 über die Ölbäume und die Maulbeerfeigenbäume in den Tälern Baal-Chanan, der Gederiter; über die Vorräte an Öl Joas;

And over the olive trees and the sycamore trees that [were] in the low plains [was] Baal-hanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil [was] Joash:

29 über die Rinder, die in Saron weideten, war Sitral, der Saroniter; über die Rinder in den Tälern Saphat, der Sohn Adlais;

And over the herds that fed in Sharon [was] Shitrai the Sharonite: and over the herds [that were] in the valleys [was] Shaphat the son of Adlai:

30 über die Kamele war Obil, der Ismaeliter; über die Eselinnen Jechdeja, der Meronotiter;

Over the camels also [was] Obil the Ishmaelite: and over the asses [was] Jehdeiah the Meronothite:

31 über die Schafe Jaser, der Hagariter. Alle diese waren Verwalter der Güter des Königs David.

And over the flocks [was] Jaziz the Hagerite. All these [were] the rulers of the substance which [was] king David's.

32 Jonatan aber, Davids Oheim, war Rat, ein verständiger Mann, ein Schriftgelehrter. Und Jechiel, der Sohn Hakmonis, war bei den Söhnen des Königs.

Also Jonathan, David's uncle, was a counselor, a wise man, and a scribe: and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni [was] with the king's sons:

33 Ahitophel war auch des Königs Rat und Husai, der Arkiter, des Königs Freund.

And Ahithophel [was] the king's counselor: and Hushai the Archite [was] the king's companion:

34 Nach Ahitophel waren Jojada, der Sohn Benajas, und Abjatar. Joab aber war des Königs Feldhauptmann.

And after Ahithophel [was] Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the king's army [was] Joab.
