1 Und David samt den Heerführern sonderte von den Söhnen Asaphs, Hemans und Jedutuns solche zum Dienste aus, welche weissagten zum Harfen, Psalter und Zimbelspiel. Die Zahl der Männer, die diesen Dienst verrichteten, war:
So Dauid and the captaines of the armie separated for the ministerie the sonnes of Asaph, and Heman, and Ieduthun, who should sing prophesies with harpes, with violes, and with cymbales, and their nomber was euen of the men for the office of their ministerie, to wit,
2 von den Söhnen Asaphs: Sakkur, Joseph, Netanja, Asarela, unter der Leitung Asaphs, welcher nach Anweisung des Königs weissagte.
Of the sonnes of Asaph, Zaccur, and Ioseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah the sonnes of Asaph were vnder the hand of Asaph, which sang prophesies by the commission of the King.
3 Von Jedutun: die Söhne Jedutuns waren: Gedalja, Zeri, Jesaja, Chaschabja, Mattitja und Simei, ihrer sechs, unter der Leitung ihres Vaters Jedutun, welcher mit der Harfe weissagend dankte und den HERRN lobte.
Of Ieduthun, the sonnes of Ieduthun, Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Ieshaiah, Ashabiah and Mattithiah, six, vnder the hands of their father: Ieduthun sang prophecies with an harpe, for to giue thankes and to praise the Lord.
4 Von Heman: die Söhne Hemans waren: Buckija, Mattanja, Ussiel, Schebuel, Jerimot, Chananja, Chanani, Eliata, Giddalti, Romamti-Eser, Joschbekascha, Malloti, Hotir und Machasiot.
Of Heman, the sonnes of Heman, Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Vzziel, Shebuel, and Ierimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Ioshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
5 Alle diese waren Söhne Hemans, des Sehers des Königs; nach den Worten Gottes von der Erhöhung des Horns, gab Gott dem Heman vierzehn Söhne und drei Töchter.
All these were the sonnes of Heman, the Kings Seer in the wordes of God to lift vp the horne: and God gaue to Heman fourtene sonnes and three daughters.
6 Alle diese waren unter der Leitung ihrer Väter Asaph, Jedutun und Heman beim Gesang im Hause des HERRN, mit Zimbeln, Psaltern und Harfen zum Dienst im Hause Gottes nach der Anweisung des Königs tätig.
All these were vnder the hande of their father, singing in the house of the Lord with cymbales, violes and harpes, for the seruice of the house of God, and Asaph, and Ieduthun, and Heman were at the Kings commandement.
7 Und ihre Zahl samt ihren Brüdern, aller, die im Gesang unterrichtet waren und verstanden, dem HERRN zu singen, betrug zweihundertachtundachtzig.
So was their nomber with their brethre that were instruct in ye songs of the Lord, euen of al that were cunning, two hundreth foure score and eight.
8 Sie warfen aber das Los über ihr Amt, der Kleinste wie der Größte, der Lehrer wie der Schüler.
And they cast lottes, charge against charge, aswel small as great, the cunning man as the scholer.
9 Und das erste Los für Asaph fiel auf Joseph. Das zweite fiel auf Gedalja samt seinen Brüdern und Söhnen, ihrer zwölf;
And the first lot fell to Ioseph which was of Asaph, the second, to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and his sonnes were twelue.
10 das dritte auf Sakkur samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf;
The third, to Zaccur, he, his sonnes and his brethren were twelue.
11 das vierte auf Jizri samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf;
The fourth, to Izri, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
12 das fünfte auf Netanja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The fift, to Nethaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
13 Das sechste auf Buckija samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The sixt, to Bukkiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
14 Das siebente auf Jescharela samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The seuenth, to Iesharelah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
15 Das achte auf Jesaja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The eight, to Ieshaiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
16 Das neunte auf Mattanja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The ninth, to Mattaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
17 Das zehnte auf Simei samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The tenth, to Shimei, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
18 Das elfte auf Asareel samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The eleuenth, to Azareel, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
19 Das zwölfte auf Chaschabja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The twelft, to Ashabiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
20 Das dreizehnte auf Schubael samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The thirteenth, to Shubael, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
21 Das vierzehnte auf Mattitja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The fourtenth, to Mattithiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
22 Das fünfzehnte auf Jeremot samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The fifteenth, to Ierimoth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
23 Das sechzehnte auf Chananja samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The sixteenth, to Hananiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
24 Das siebzehnte auf Joschbekascha samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The seuenteenth, to Ioshbekashah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
25 Das achtzehnte auf Chanani samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The eighteenth, to Hanani, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
26 Das neunzehnte auf Malloti samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The ninteenth, to Mallothi, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
27 Das zwanzigste auf Eliata samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The twentieth, to Eliathah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
28 Das einundzwanzigste auf Hotir samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The one and twentieth, to Hothir, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
29 Das zweiundzwanzigste auf Gidalti samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The two and twentieth, to Giddalti, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
30 Das dreiundzwanzigste auf Machasiot samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The three and twentieth, to Mahazioth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
31 Das vierundzwanzigste auf Romamti-Eser samt seinen Söhnen und Brüdern, ihrer zwölf.
The foure and twentieth, to Romamti-ezer, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
