1 Chronik 24
1 Folgendes sind die Abteilungen der Söhne Aarons: Die Söhne Aarons waren: Nadab und Abihu, Eleasar und Itamar.
These are also the diuisions of the sonnes of Aaron: The sonnes of Aaron were Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
2 Aber Nadab und Abihu starben vor dem Angesicht ihres Vaters und hatten keine Kinder; und Eleasar und Itamar wurden Priester.
But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the Priestes office.
3 Und David teilte sie, zusammen mit Zadok, aus den Söhnen Eleasars, und mit Achimelech, aus den Söhnen Itamars, in ihre Dienstklassen ein.
And Dauid distributed them, euen Zadok of the sonnes of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sonnes of Ithamar according to their offices in their ministration.
4 Es fand sich aber, daß die Söhne Eleasars an Familienhäuptern zahlreicher waren als die Söhne Itamars. Daher teilte man sie so ein, daß sechzehn Familienhäupter auf die Söhne Eleasars, und acht auf die Söhne Itamars kamen.
And there were found more of the sonnes of Eleazar by the number of men, then of the sonnes of Ithamar. and they deuided them, to wit, among the sonnes of Eleazar, sixteene heads, according to the houshould of their fathers, and among ye sonnes of Ithamar, according to the housholde of their fathers, eight.
5 Und zwar teilte man sie durchs Los ein, die einen wie die andern, denn es gab sowohl unter den Söhnen Eleasars als auch unter den Söhnen Itamars «Fürsten des Heiligtums» und «Fürsten Gottes».
Thus they distributed them by lot the one from the other, and so the rulers of the Sanctuarie and the rulers of the house of God were of the sonnes of Eleazar and of the sonnes of Ithamar.
6 Und Semaja, der Schreiber, der Sohn Nataneels, aus den Leviten, schrieb sie auf vor dem König und vor den Obersten und vor Zadok, dem Priester, und vor Achimelech, dem Sohn Abjatars, und vor den Familienhäuptern unter den Priestern und Leviten; je ein Vaterhaus ward ausgelost von Eleasar und je eines ward ausgelost von Itamar.
And Shemaiah the sonne of Nethaneel the scribe of the Leuites, wrote them before ye King and the princes, and Zadok the Priest, and Ahimelech the sonne of Abiathar, and before ye chiefe fathers of the Priests and of the Leuites, one familie being reserued for Eleazar, and another reserued for Ithamar.
7 Und das erste Los fiel auf Jojarib, das zweite auf Jedaja,
And the first lot fell to Iehoiarib, and the second to Iedaiah,
8 das dritte auf Harim, das vierte auf Seorim,
The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
9 das fünfte auf Malchija, das sechste auf Mijamin,
The fifth to Malchiiah, the sixt to Miiamin,
10 das siebente auf Hakkoz, das achte auf Abija,
The seuenth to Hakkoz, the eight to Abiiah,
11 das neunte auf Jesua, das zehnte auf Sechanja,
The ninth to Ieshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
12 das elfte auf Eljaschib, das zwölfte auf Jakim,
The eleuenth to Eliashib, the twelft to Iakim,
13 das dreizehnte auf Huppa, das vierzehnte auf Jeschebab,
The thirteenth to Huppa, the fouretenth to Ieshebeab,
14 das fünfzehnte auf Bilga, das sechzehnte auf Immer,
The fiftenth to Bilgah, the sixtenth to Immer,
15 das siebzehnte auf Hesir, das achtzehnte auf Happizaz.
The seuententh to Hezir, the eightenth to Happizzer,
16 Das neunzehnte auf Petachja, das zwanzigste auf Jecheskel,
The ninetenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Iehezekel,
17 das einundzwanzigste auf Jachin, das zweiundzwanzigste auf Gamul,
The one and twentie to Iachin, the two and twentie to Gamul,
18 das dreiundzwanzigste auf Delaja, das vierundzwanzigste auf Maasja.
The three and twentie to Deliah, the foure and twentie to Maaziah.
19 Das ist die Reihenfolge ihres Dienstes, nach welcher sie in das Haus des HERRN zu gehen haben nach ihrer Ordnung, [gegeben] durch ihren Vater Aaron, wie ihm der HERR, der Gott Israels, geboten hatte.
These were their orders according to their offices, when they entred into the house of the Lord according to their custome vnder the hande of Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel had commanded him.
20 Aber betreffs der übrigen Söhne Levis war unter den Söhnen Amrams Schubael. Unter den Söhnen Schubaels war Jechdeja.
And of the sonnes of Leui that remained of the sonnes of Amram, was Shubael, of the sonnes of Shubael, Iedeiah,
21 Von Rechabja: Unter den Söhnen Rechabjas war Jischia das Oberhaupt.
Of Rehabiah. euen of the sonnes of Rehabiah, the first Isshiiah,
22 Unter den Jizharitern war Selomot. Unter den Söhnen Selomots war Jachat.
Of Izhari, Shelomoth, of the sonnes of Shelomoth, Iahath,
23 Die Söhne [Hebrons] waren: Jeria, das Oberhaupt; Amarja, der zweite; Jahasiel, der dritte; Jekameam, der vierte.
And his sonnes Ieriah the first, Amariah the second, Iahaziel the thirde, and Iekameam the fourth,
24 Die Söhne Ussiels waren: Micha. Unter den Söhnen Michas war Samir.
The sonne of Vzziel was Michah, ye sonne of Michah was Shamir,
25 Der Bruder Michas war Jischia. Unter den Söhnen Jischias war Sacharja.
The brother of Michah was Isshiiah, the sonne of Isshiiah, Zechariah,
26 Die Söhne Meraris waren: Machli und Muschi.
The sonnes of Merari, were Mahli and Mushi, the sonne of Iaaziiah was Beno,
27 Die Söhne Jaasias: Beno, die Söhne Meraris von Jaasia waren: Beno, Soham, Sakkur und Ibri.
The sonnes of Merari of Iahaziah were Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur and Ibri.
28 Von Machli aber war Eleasar; und dieser hatte keine Söhne;
Of Mahli came Eleazar, which had no sonnes.
29 von Kis: unter den Söhnen des Kis war Jerachmeel.
Of Kish. the sonne of Kish was Ierahmeel,
30 Die Söhne Muschis waren: Machli, Eder und Jerimot. Das sind die Söhne der Leviten nach ihren Vaterhäusern.
And the sonnes of Mushi were Mahli, and Eder, and Ierimoth: these were sonnes of the Leuites after the houshold of their fathers.
31 Und auch sie warfen Lose gleich wie ihre Brüder, die Söhne Aarons, vor dem König David und vor Zadok und Achimelech und vor den Familienhäuptern der Priester und Leviten, und zwar die Familienhäupter ganz gleich wie ihre jüngeren Brüder.
And these also cast lots with their brethren the sonnes of Aaron before King Dauid, and Zadok and Ahimelech and the chiefe fathers of the Priests, and of the Leuites, euen the chiefe of the families against their yonger brethren.
