Markus 13
1 Und da er aus dem Tempel ging, spricht zu ihm einer seiner Jünger: Lehrer, siehe, was für Steine, und was für Gebäude sind das!
And as Jeshu went forth from the temple, one of his disciples said to him, Malphona, behold, see those stones and those buildings?
2 Und Jesus antwortete, und sprach zu ihm: Siehst du diese großen Gebäude? Nicht ein Stein wird auf dem andern gelassen werden, der nicht abgebrochen wird.
But Jeshu said to him, Seest thou these great buildings? There will not be left here a stone upon a stone which (will) not be destroyed.
3 Und als er auf dem Ölberg saß, dem Tempel gegenüber, frugen ihn besonders Petrus und Jakobus und Johannes und Andreas:
And while Jeshu sat on the Mount of Olives before the temple, Kipha and Jacub and Juchanon and Andreas asked him by themselves,
4 Sage uns, wann wird das sein? und was ist das Zeichen, wann die alles vollendet werden wird?
Tell us when (these events) shall be, and what is the sign when these all draw nigh to be accomplished.
5 Jesus aber antwortete ihnen, und fing an zu sagen: Sehet zu, daß euch niemand verführe!
But he, Jeshu, began to say to them, See that no man deceive you.
6 Denn viele werden kommen in meinem Namen, und sagen: Ich bin´s und werden viele irreführen.
For many will come in my name, and will say, I am (He); and many will be deceived.
7 Wenn ihr aber höret von Kriegen und Kriegsgerüchten, so erschrecket nicht! denn es muß geschehen, aber es ist noch nicht das Ende.
But when you hear of battles and the rumour of wars, fear not: for it is that they are to be; but not yet is the end.
8 Denn es wird sich erheben ein Volk wider das andere, und ein Königreich wider das andere; und es werden sein Erdbeben allerorten, und es werden Hungersnöte und Unruhen sein.
For people shall rise against people, and kingdom against kingdom; and earthquakes will he in various places; and there will be famines and convulsions. These are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Anfänge der Wehen sind das. Ihr aber, sehet zu für euch selbst, denn sie werden euch überliefern, den hohen Ratsversammlungen und Synagogengerichten; ihr werdet geschlagen und vor Landpfleger und Könige gestellt werden um meinetwillen, zum Zeugnis für sie.
But look (to) yourselves; for they will deliver you to the judgments; and in their assemblies will they scourge you, and before kings and governors you shall stand on account of their testimony.
10 Und an alle (heidnischen) Völker muß zuerst die frohe Botschaft verkündigt werden.
But first will be preached my gospel among all the nations.
11 Wenn sie euch nun hinführen, und überliefern, so sorget nicht zum Voraus, was ihr reden sollt, und habt keinen Kummer, sondern was euch in jener Stunde gegeben wird, das redet; denn ihr seid es nicht, die da reden, sondern der heilige Geist.
But when they lead you to deliver you up, be not previously anxious what you shall say, nor premeditate; but that, whatever is given you in that hour, that say. For it is not you speaking, but the Spirit of Holiness.
12 Es wird aber ein Bruder den andern überliefern zum Tode, und der Vater das Kind, und die Kinder werden sich empören wider ihre Eltern, und sie zum Tode bringen.
But the brother will betray his brother to the death, and the father his son; and children will rise up against their fathers, and shall put them to death;
13 Und ihr werdet gehaßt sein von jedermann um meines Namens willen; wer aber bis ans Ende ausharrt, der wird errettet werden.
and you will be hated by all men on account of my name: but he who shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved.
14 Wenn ihr aber sehet den Greuel der Verwüstung, stehend, wo er nicht sein soll - der Leser merke! - alsdann fliehe, wer in Judäa ist, auf die Berge!
But when you see the unclean sign of desolation, that which is spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (he who readeth, let him understand!) then let those who are in Jehud flee to the mountain
15 Und wer auf dem Dache ist, der steige nicht herab in das Haus, gehe auch nicht hinein, etwas aus dem Hause zu holen.
And he who is upon the roof, let him not descend nor enter in to carry any thing from his house;
16 Und wer auf dem Acker ist, der wende sich nicht um, hinter sich, seine Kleider zu holen.
and he who is in the field, let him not turn back to take up his garments.
17 Wehe aber den Schwangern und Säugenden in jenen Tagen!
But woe to those who are with child, and to those who give suck, in those days!
18 Betet aber, damit eure Flucht nicht im Winter geschehe!
But pray that your flight may not be in the winter:
19 Denn jene Tage werden eine Drangsal sein, dergleichen nicht gewesen ist vom Anfang der Schöpfung, die Gott geschaffen hat, bis jetzt, und auch nicht sein wird.
for in those days shall be affliction such as hath not been from the beginning of the creation which Aloha created, and until now, nor shall be.
20 Und wenn der Herr jene Tage nicht verkürzt hätte, so würde alles Fleisch nicht errettet; aber um der Auserwählten willen, welcher er auserwählt hat, hat er jene Tage verkürzt.
And unless the Lord cut short those days, no flesh would live; but on account of the elect whom he hath chosen, those days he hath cut short.
21 Und alsdann, wenn jemand zu euch spräche: Siehe, hier ist der Messias, oder: Siehe da! so glaubet nicht!
Then, if any man shall say to you, Behold, here is the Meshicha! and, Behold, (he is) there! believe not.
22 Denn es werden falsche Messiase und falsche Propheten aufstehen, und werden Zeichen und Wunder tun, um womöglich auch die Auserwählten zu verführen.
For there will arise false Meshichas and prophets of a lie, and will give forth signs and wonders, to deceive, if possible, the elect also. But you, beware.
23 Ihr aber, seht zu! Siehe, ich habe euch alles zuvorgesagt.
Behold, I have told you every thing before.
24 Aber in jenen Tagen, nach jener Drangsal, wird die Sonne verfinstert werden, und der Mond wir seinen Schein nicht geben;
But in those days after that affliction the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give forth her light,
25 Und die Sterne des Himmels werden herunterfallen, und die Kräfte in den Himmeln werden erschüttert werden;
and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be moved.
26 Und alsdann werden sie sehen den Menschensohn, kommend in Wolken, mit vieler Kraft und Herrlichkeit.
And then will they see the Son of Man coming in the cloud with great power and with glory.
27 Und alsdann wird er seine Engel senden, und versammeln seine Auserwählten, aus den vier Winden, vom Ende der Erde, bis zum Ende des Himmels.
And then will he send his angels, and will assemble his chosen ones from the four winds, from the extremity of the earth to the extremity of the heavens.
28 Vom Feigenbaum aber lernet das Gleichnis: Wenn einmal sein saftig wird, und Blätter treiben, so wisset ihr, daß der Sommer nahe ist.
But from the fig-tree learn a parable. When her branches are tender, and she shoots forth her leaves, you know that the summer draws nigh:
29 Also auch ihr, wenn ihr sehet dies alles geschehen, so wisset, daß es nahe ist vor der Tür.
so also you, when you see that these things are done, understand that it is near, (even) at the door.
30 Wahrlich, ich sage euch, daß dieses Geschlecht nicht vergehen wird, bis daß dies alles geschehe.
Amen I tell you, That this race shall not pass until these all shall be.
31 Der Himmel und die Erde werden vergehen, aber meine Worte werden nicht vergehen.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
32 Von jenem Tage aber und der Stunde weiß niemand, auch nicht die Engel im Himmel, auch nicht der Sohn, sondern allein der Vater.
But of that day and of that hour man knoweth not, nor the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Sehet zu! Wachet und betet! Denn ihr wisset nicht, wann die Zeit ist.
Look: be watchful and pray; for you know not when the time is.
34 Wie ein Mensch, der über Land zog, sein Haus verließ, und seinen Knechten Vollmacht gab, und jedem seine Arbeit, und dem Türhüter befahl, daß er wachen solle.
For as a man who hath journeyed, and left his house, and hath given authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and the door-keeper he hath instructed to be watchful;
35 So wachet nun! denn ihr wisset nicht, wann der Herr des Hauses kommt, ob am Abend, oder um Mitternacht, oder um den Hahnenschrei, oder am Morgen,
(so) watch you, therefore, because you know not when cometh the Lord of the house, -in the evening, or in the dividing of the night, or at cock-crowing, or in the morning;
36 Auf daß er nicht wenn er plötzlich kommt, euch schlafend finde.
lest he should come suddenly, and find you sleeping.
37 Was ich aber euch sage, das sage ich allen: Wachet!
But what to you I say, that unto all I say, Be watchful.
