Markus 10
1 Und als er von dannen aufgebrochen war, kommt er in die Grenze Judäa´s durch das Land jenseits des Jordan, und es versammelten sich wiederum Volkshaufen zu ihm, und wie er gewohnt war, lehrte er sie abermals.
And he arose from thence, and went into the coastes of Iudea by the farre side of Iordan, and the people resorted vnto him againe, and as he was wont, he taught them againe.
2 Und Pharisäer traten herzu, und frugen ihn, ob einem Manne erlaubt sei, sein Weib zu entlassen? und versuchten ihn damit.
Then the Pharises came and asked him, if it were lawfull for a man to put away his wife, and tempted him.
3 Er aber antwortete, und sprach zu ihnen: Was hat euch Moses geboten?
And he answered, and sayde vnto them, What did Moses commaund you?
4 Sie aber sprachen: Moses hat erlaubt einen Scheidebrief zu schreiben, und zu entlassen.
And they sayd, Moses suffered to write a bill of diuorcement, and to put her away.
5 Und Jesus antwortete, und sprach zu ihnen: Um eurer Herzenshärtigkeit willen hat er euch dies Gebot geschrieben.
Then Iesus answered, and sayd vnto them, For the hardnesse of your heart he wrote this precept vnto you.
6 Aber vom Anfang der Schöpfung machte sie Gott Mann und Weib.
But at the beginning of the creation God made them male and female:
7 Darum wird ein Mensch seinen Vater und Mutter verlassen, und seinem Weib anhangen,
For this cause shall man leaue his father and mother, and cleaue vnto his wife.
8 Und werden die zwei ein Fleisch sein, so daß sie nicht mehr zwei sind, sondern ein Fleisch.
And they twaine shalbe one flesh: so that they are no more twaine, but one flesh.
9 Was nun Gott zusammengefügt hat, das soll der Mensch nicht scheiden.
Therefore, what God hath coupled together, let not man separate.
10 Und zu Hause frugen ihn seine Jünger abermals darum.
And in the house his disciples asked him againe of that matter.
11 Und er sagt ihnen: Wer sein Weib entläßt, und freiet eine andere, der bricht die Ehe an ihr.
And he sayd vnto them, Whosoeuer shall put away his wife and marrie another, committeth adulterie against her.
12 Und wenn ein Weib ihren Mann entläßt, und freiet einen andern, so bricht sie die Ehe.
And if a woman put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adulterie.
13 Und sie brachten Kindlein zu ihm, damit er sie anrührete; seine Jünger aber fuhren die an, die sie brachten,
Then they brought litle children to him, that he should touch them, and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 Da das Jesus sah, ward er unwillig, und sprach zu ihnen: Lasset die Kindlein zu mir kommen, und wehret ihnen nicht, denn solcher ist die Gottesherrschaft.
But when Iesus sawe it, he was displeased, and said to them, Suffer the litle children to come vnto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdome of God.
15 Wahrlich ich sage euch, wer nicht die Gottesherrschaft annimmt, wie ein Kindlein, der wird nicht in dieselbe eingehen.
Verely I say vnto you, Whosoeuer shall not receiue the kingdome of God as a litle childe, he shall not enter therein.
16 Und er schloß sie in seine Arme, legte die Hände auf sie, und segnete sie.
And he tooke them vp in his armes, and put his hands vpon them, and blessed them.
17 Und da er auszog auf den Weg, lief einer herzu, kniete nieder vor ihm, und fragte ihn: Guter Lehrer! Was soll ich tun, damit ich das künftige Leben ererbe? (aiōnios g166)
And when hee was gone out on the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I doe, that I may possesse eternall life? (aiōnios g166)
18 Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: Was heißt du mich gut? Niemand ist gut, außer Einer: Gott.
Iesus sayde to him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, euen God.
19 Du weißt die Gebote: Du sollst nicht ehebrechen! Du sollst nicht töten! Du sollst nicht stehlen! Du sollst nicht falsch Zeugnis reden! Du sollst nicht betrügen! Ehre deinen Vater und deine Mutter!
Thou knowest the comandements, Thou shalt not commit adulterie. Thou shalt not kill. Thou shalt not steale. Thou shalt not beare false witnesse. Thou shalt hurt no man. Honour thy father and mother.
20 Er aber antwortete, und sprach zu ihm: Lehrer, dies alles habe ich gehalten von meiner Jugend auf.
Then he answered, and said to him, Master, all these things I haue obserued from my youth.
21 Jesus aber sah ihn an, gewann ihn lieb, und sprach zu ihm: Eins fehlt dir. Gehe hin, verkaufe was du hast, und gib es den Armen, so wirst du einen Schatz im Himmel (bei Gott) haben; und komm, folge mir nach und nimm dein Kreuz auf dich!
And Iesus looked vpon him, and loued him, and sayde vnto him, One thing is lacking vnto thee. Go and sell all that thou hast, and giue to the poore, and thou shalt haue treasure in heauen, and come, follow me, and take vp the crosse.
22 Er aber erschrak ob dem Worte, und ging traurig davon, denn er hatte viele Güter.
But hee was sad at that saying, and went away sorowfull: for he had great possessions.
23 Und Jesus blickte umher, und spricht zu seinen Jüngern: Wie schwerlich werden die Begüterten in die Gottesherrschaft eingehen.
And Iesus looked round about, and sayd vnto his disciples, Howe hardly doe they that haue riches, enter into the kingdome of God!
24 Die Jünger aber entsetzten sich ob seinen Worten. Jesus aber antwortete wiederum, und sagt ihnen: Kinder, wie schwer ist es, daß die so auf Güter vertrauen, in die Gottesherrschaft eingehen.
And his disciples were afraide at his words. But Iesus answered againe, and sayd vnto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches, to enter into the kingdome of God!
25 Es ist leichter, daß ein Kamel durch ein Nadelöhr gehe, als daß ein Reicher in die Gottesherrschaft eingehe.
It is easier for a camel to goe through the eye of a needle, then for a riche man to enter into the kingdome of God.
26 Sie aber kamen noch mehr außer sich, und sprachen zu einander: Wer kann dann errettet werden?
And they were much more astonied, saying with themselues, Who then can be saued?
27 Jesus aber blickte sie an, und sagt: Bei Menschen ist es unmöglich, aber nicht bei Gott; denn alles ist möglich bei Gott.
But Iesus looked vpon them, and sayd, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
28 Petrus aber fing an ihm zu fragen: Siehe, wir haben alles verlassen, und sind dir nachgefolgt.
Then Peter began to say vnto him, Loe, we haue forsaken all, and haue folowed thee.
29 Jesus antwortete, und sprach: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, es ist niemand, der verläßt Haus, oder Brüder, oder Schwestern, oder Vater, oder Mutter, oder Weib, oder Kinder, oder Äcker, um meinet- und der frohen Botschaft willen,
Iesus answered, and sayd, Verely I say vnto you, there is no man that hath forsaken house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my sake and the Gospels,
31 Viele Erste aber werden Letzte und Letzte Erste sein.
But many that are first, shall be last, and the last, first.
32 Sie waren aber auf dem Wege, und zogen hinauf nach Jerusalem, und Jesus ging vor ihnen her, und sie erschraken, folgten ihm nach, und fürchteten sich. Und er nahm abermals die Zwölfe neben sich, und fing an, ihnen zu sagen, was ihm wiederfahren würde:
And they were in the way going vp to Hierusalem, and Iesus went before them and they were troubled, and as they followed, they were afraide, and Iesus tooke the twelue againe, and began to tell them what things should come vnto him,
33 Siehe, wir gehen hinauf gen Jerusalem, und der Menschensohn wird überliefert werden den hohen Priestern und den Schriftgelehrten, und sie werden ihn verdammen zum Tode, und ihn den Heiden überliefern;
Saying, Beholde, we goe vp to Hierusalem, and the Sonne of man shall be deliuered vnto the hie Priests, and to the Scribes, and they shall condemne him to death, and shall deliuer him to the Gentiles.
34 Und sie werden ihn verspotten, und geißeln, und verspeien, und ihn töten, und nach dreien Tagen wird er auferstehen.
And they shall mocke him, and scourge him, and spit vpon him, and kill him: but the third day he shall rise againe.
35 Und es kamen zu ihm Jakobus und Johannes, die Söhne Zebedäi, und sprachen: Lehrer, wir wollen, daß du uns tuest, was wir dich bitten werden.
Then Iames and Iohn the sonnes of Zebedeus came vnto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest doe for vs that we desire.
36 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Was wollt ihr, daß ich euch tun soll?
And he sayd vnto them, What would ye I should doe for you?
37 Sie aber sprachen zu ihm: Gib uns, daß wir, einer zu deiner Rechten, und einer zu deiner Linken, sitzen dürfen in deiner Herrlichkeit.
And they said to him, Graunt vnto vs, that we may sit, one at thy right hand, and the other at thy left hand in thy glory.
38 Jesus aber sprach zu ihnen: Ihr wisset nicht, was ihr bittet. Könnet ihr trinken den Kelch, welchen ich trinke, oder getauft werden mit der Taufe, da ich mit getauft werde?
But Iesus sayd vnto them, Ye knowe not what ye aske. Can ye drinke of the cup that I shall drinke of, and be baptized with the baptisme that I shall be baptized with?
39 Sie aber sprachen zu ihm: Wir können. Jesus aber sprach zu ihnen: Den Kelch zwar, welchen ich trinke, werdet ihr trinken, und mit der Taufe, da ich mit getauft werde, sollt ihr getauft werden,
And they said vnto him, We can. But Iesus sayd vnto them, Ye shall drinke in deede of the cup that I shall drinke of, and be baptized with the baptisme wherewith I shalbe baptized:
40 Aber das Sitzen zu meiner Rechten, oder Linken, steht nicht bei mir zu geben, sondern denen es bereitet ist.
But to sit at my right hand, and at my left, is not mine to giue, but it shalbe giuen to them for whome it is prepared.
41 Und als das die Zehn hörten, fingen sie an böse zu werden über Jakobus und Johannes.
And when the ten heard that, they began to disdaine at Iames and Iohn.
42 Und Jesus rief sie herbei, und sagt ihnen: Ihr wisset, daß die, so als Fürsten der Heiden gelten, sie von oben hinunterherrschen, und ihre Großen sie vergewaltigen.
But Iesus called them vnto him, and sayd to them, Ye know that they which are princes among the Gentiles, haue domination ouer them, and they that be great among them, exercise authoritie ouer them.
43 Nicht so soll es aber bei euch sein, sondern wer unter euch groß werden will, der sei euer Diener.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoeuer will be great among you, shall be your seruant.
44 Und wer der Erste von euch werden will, der sei aller Knecht.
And whosoeuer will be chiefe of you, shall be the seruant of all.
45 Denn auch der Menschensohn ist nicht gekommen, sich dienen zu lassen, sondern zu dienen, und seine Seele als Lösegeld für viele hinzugeben.
For euen the Sonne of man came not to be serued, but to serue, and to giue his life for the raunsome of many.
46 Und sie kommen nach Jericho; und als er von Jericho auszog, und seine Jünger und ein bedeutender Volkshaufe, da saß ein Blinder, Bartimäus, der Sohn des Timäus, am Wege und bettelte.
Then they came to Iericho: and as he went out of Iericho with his disciples, and a great multitude, Bartimeus the sonne of Timeus, a blinde man, sate by the wayes side, begging.
47 Und als er hörte, daß es Jesus der Nazaräer ist, fing er an zu schreien, und zu sagen: Sohn Davids, Jesu, erbarme dich mein!
And when hee heard that it was Iesus of Nazareth, he began to crye, and to say, Iesus the Sonne of Dauid, haue mercy on me.
48 Und viele bedrohten ihn, daß er schweigen sollte, aber er schrie noch viel mehr: Sohn Davids, Jesu, erbarme dich mein!
And many rebuked him, because he should holde his peace: but hee cryed much more, O Sonne of Dauid, haue mercy on me.
49 Und Jesus stand stille und sagte, man solle ihn rufen; und sie rufen den Blinden, und sagen ihm: Sei getrost! Stehe auf, er ruft dich.
Then Iesus stood still, and commanded him to be called: and they called the blind, saying vnto him, Be of good comfort: arise, he calleth thee.
50 Er aber warf sein Kleid von sich, stand auf, und kam zu Jesus.
So he threwe away his cloke, and rose, and came to Iesus.
51 Und Jesus antwortete, und sagt ihm: Was willst du, daß ich dir tun soll? Der Blinde aber sprach zu ihm: Rabbuni, daß ich sehend werde!
And Iesus answered, and said vnto him, What wilt thou that I doe vnto thee? And the blinde sayd vnto him, Lord, that I may receiue sight.
52 Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: Gehe hin, dein Glaube hat dir geholfen. Und alsbald ward er sehend, und folgte ihm nach auf dem Wege.
Then Iesus sayde vnto him, Goe thy way: thy fayth hath saued thee. And by and by, he receiued his sight, and folowed Iesus in the way.
