Lukas 24
1 Am ersten Wochentage aber sehr frühe, kamen sie zu dem Grabmal, und brachten die Spezereien, die sie bereitet hatten und etliche mit ihnen.
And on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came to the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared; (and some others with them: ) and found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre:
2 Sie fanden aber den Stein abgewälzt vom Grabmal.
so they went in,
3 Und als sie hineingingen, fanden sie den Leib des Herrn Jesu nicht.
but found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 Und es geschah, als sie darüber ratlos waren, siehe, da stunden zwei Männer bei ihnen in strahlenden Kleidern.
And while they were in perplexity about it, behold, two men stood by them in shining robes.
5 Wie sie nun erschrocken waren, und ihre Angesichter zur Erde neigten, sprachen sie zu ihnen: Was suchet ihr den Lebenden bei den Toten?
And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the ground, the men said unto them, Why do ye seek the living among the dead?
6 Er ist nicht hier, sondern er ist auferweckt worden. Erinnert euch, wie er es euch sagte, als er noch in Galiläa war,
He is not here, He is risen: remember how He spake to you, when He was yet in Galilee,
7 Und sprach: Der Menschensohn wird überliefert werden in die Hände sündiger Menschen, und wird gekreuzigt werden, und am dritten Tage auferstehen.
saying, the Son of man must be delivered into the hands of wicked men, and be crucified; and the third day rise again.
8 Und sie erinnerten sich seiner Reden;
And they remembered his words,
9 Und kehrten zurück vom Grabmal, und verkündigten das alles den Elfen und allen übrigen.
and returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things to the eleven apostles, and to all the rest.
10 Es waren aber Maria, die Magdalenerin, und Johanna, und Maria, Jakobus (Mutter), und die übrigen mit ihnen, die sagten das den Aposteln.
Now it was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them, that told these things to the apostles:
11 Und ihre Reden erschienen ihnen eben, als wäre es ein Märchen, und sie glaubten ihnen nicht.
and their words appeared to them as an idle tale, and they did not believe them.
12 Petrus aber stund auf, und lief zu dem Grabmahl, und sich hinein bückend, sieht er die Binden allein liegen; und er ging heim, und verwunderte sich über das Geschehene.
But Peter arose and ran to the sepulchre; and stooping down he saw the linen cloths lying by themselves: and he went away, wondering in himself at what had happened.
13 Und siehe, zwei von ihnen gingen an demselbigen Tage in ein Dorf, das sechzig Stadien von Jerusalem entfernt ist, mit Namen Emmaus,
And behold two of them were going that day to a village about threescore furlongs from Jerusalem, called Emmaus.
14 Und sie unterhielten sich miteinander über alle diese Ereignisse.
And they were conversing together about all these things which had happened.
15 Und es geschah während ihrer Unterhaltung und Unterredung, nahte sich Jesus selbst, und ging mit ihnen.
And while they were discoursing and reasoning together, Jesus himself drew near and went along with them.
16 Aber ihre Augen waren gehalten, daß sie ihn nicht erkannten.
But their eyes were so restrained that they did not know Him.
17 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Was sind das für Reden, die ihr miteinander wechselt unterwegs, und seid traurig?
And He said unto them, What subjects are these, which ye are discoursing of to one another as ye walk, and why are ye sorrowful?
18 Es antwortete aber einer, mit Namen Kleophas, und sprach zu ihm: Bist du der einzige, der sich in Jerusalem aufhält, und nicht weiß, was in diesen Tagen darinnen geschehen ist?
And one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answered and said to Him, Art thou only a sojourner at Jerusalem, and hast not heard of the things which have been done there within these few days?
19 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Was? Sie aber sagten ihm: Das von Jesus, dem Nazaräer, wie er ein Prophet war, mächtig in Tat und Wort vor Gott und dem ganzen Volk;
And He said unto them, What things? And they replied, Those concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet powerful both in work and word before God and all the people:
20 Und wie ihn unsere hohen Priester und Obersten dem Todesurteil überliefert, und ihn gekreuzigt haben.
how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to be condemned to death, and crucified Him.
21 Wir aber hofften, daß er es sei, der Israel erlösen soll, aber über dem allem ist heute der dritte Tag, daß solches geschehen ist.
But we hoped that it was He that would have delivered Israel: and besides all this, to-day is the third day since these things were done.
22 Aber auch etliche Weiber von den unsrigen, haben uns außer Fassung gebracht; dieselben waren frühe am Grabmal,
And indeed some women of our company much surprised us: who having been early at the sepulchre,
23 Und als sie seinen Leichnam nicht fanden, kamen sie, und sagten auch, sie hätten ein Gesicht der Engel gesehen, welche sagen, er lebe.
and not finding his body there, came and said likewise that they had seen a vision of angels, who said He was alive.
24 Und etliche von den Unsern gingen hin zum Grabmal, und fanden es so, wie auch die Weiber gesagt hatten; ihn aber sahen sie nicht.
And some of those that were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it so as the women had said: but Him they did not see.
25 Und er sprach zu ihnen: O, ihr Toren und trägen Herzens, zu glauben allem dem, was die Propheten geredet haben;
And He said unto them, O people void of understanding and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken.
26 Mußte nicht der Messias das leiden und zu seiner Herrlichkeit eingehen?
Was not the Messiah to suffer these things, and so to enter into his glory?
27 Und er fing an von Moses und allen Propheten, und legte ihnen in allen Schriften aus, was ihn betrifft.
And beginning from Moses, and all the prophets, He explained to them in all the scriptures the things that were spoken concerning Himself.
28 Und sie kamen nahe an das Dorf, wo sie hingingen; und er tat, als wolle er noch weiter gehen.
And they drew nigh to the village whither they were going: and He made as if He was going farther.
29 Und sie nötigten ihn, und sprachen: Bleibe bei uns, denn es ist gegen Abend, und der Tag hat sich geneigt. Und er ging hinein, bei ihnen zu bleiben.
And they pressed Him, saying, Stay with us, for it is towards evening, and the day is far spent. And He went in to tarry with them.
30 Und es geschah, da er mit ihnen zu Tische lag, nahm er das Brot, sprach den Segen, brach und gab es ihnen.
And as He sat at table with them, He took bread and blessed it, and then brake it and gave to them.
31 Dann wurden ihnen die Augen aufgetan, und sie erkannten ihn, und er wurde unsichtbar vor ihnen.
And their eyes were opened, and they knew Him.
32 Und sie sprachen zu einander: Brannte nicht unser Herz in uns, als er mit uns redete auf dem Wege, wie er uns die Schrift öffnete?
And He disappeared from them. And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, as He was talking with us by the way, and while He was opening to us the scriptures?
33 Und sie stunden auf in derselben Stunde, kehrten zurück nach Jerusalem, und fanden die Elfe versammelt, und die mit ihnen waren,
And they rose up immediately and returned to Jerusalem; and sound the eleven and others with them assembled together, saying,
34 Die sprachen: Der Herr ist wirklich auferweckt worden, und dem Simon erschienen.
The Lord is risen indeed, and hath been seen by Simon.
35 Und sie erzählten, was auf dem Weg geschehen war, und wie er von ihnen am Brotbrechen erkannt worden sei.
Then these also related what had happened by the way, and how He became known to them in breaking of bread.
36 Als sie aber solches redeten, da stund er selbst in ihrer Mitte, und sagte ihnen: Friede sei mit euch!
And as they were thus speaking, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be to you.
37 Sie erschraken aber, und wurden voll Furcht, und meinten, sie sähen einen Geist.
But they being terrified and frighted, thought they saw a spirit.
38 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Was seid ihr bestürzt? und warum steigen solche Gedanken in euern Herzen auf?
And He said to them, Why are ye troubled? and why do such thoughts rise in your hearts?
39 Sehet meine Hände und meine Füße, denn ich bin es. Betastet mich und sehet! Denn ein Geist hat nicht Fleisch und Knochen, wie ihr sehet, daß ich habe.
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
40 Und als er dieses sagte, zeigte er ihnen die Hände und die Füße.
And when He said this, He shewed them his hands and feet.
41 Als sie aber noch nicht glaubten vor Freude, und verwundert waren, sprach er zu ihnen: Habt ihr etwas zu essen hier?
But they not yet believing for joy, and being amazed, He said to them, Have ye here any thing to eat?
42 Sie aber gaben ihm ein Stück gebratenen Fisch und von einer Honigwabe.
And they gave Him part of a broiled fish and some honey-comb:
43 Und er nahm es, und aß es vor ihnen.
and He took, and did eat before them.
44 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Dies sind meine Worte, welche ich zu euch redete, als ich noch bei euch war, daß alles erfüllt werden muß, was im Gesetz Mosis, in den Propheten und Psalmen von mir geschrieben steht.
And He said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all the things must be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and Psalms, concerning me.
45 Dann öffnete er ihren Verstand, daß sie die Schriften verstunden,
Then He opened their mind, to understand the scriptures:
46 Und sprach zu ihnen: Also steht geschrieben, und also mußte der Messias leiden, und am dritten Tage von den Toten auferstehen,
and said unto them, thus it is written, and thus it was necessary that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead on the third day;
47 Und in seinem Namen gepredigt werden Gesinnungsänderung und Vergebung der Sünden unter allen Völkern, anfangend von Jerusalem.
and that in his name should be preached repentance and remission of sins to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 Ihr aber seid dess´ Zeugen.
And ye are witnesses of these things: and I will send upon you the promise of my Father;
49 Und siehe, ich sende die Verheißung meines Vaters auf euch; ihr aber bleibet in der Stadt, bis ihr angetan werdet mit Kraft aus den Höhen.
but do ye continue in the city of Jerusalem, till ye are endued with power from on high.
50 Er führte sie aber hinaus bis nach Bethanien, und erhob seine Hände, und segnete sie;
And He led them out as far as to Bethany: and lifted up his hands and blessed them.
51 Und es geschah, als er sie segnete, schied er von ihnen, und ward hinaufgetragen in den Himmel.
And while He was blessing them, He was parted from them, and was carried up into heaven.
52 Und sie knieten vor ihm nieder und sie kehrten mit großer Freude zurück nach Jerusalem
And they worshipped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy.
53 Und waren allezeit im Tempel, Gott lobend und preisend.
And they were constantly in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
