1 Von den Korahiten ein Psalm, ein Lied.

Sinova Korahovih. Psalam. Pjesma. Zdanje svoje na svetim gorama

2 lieb hat der HERR die Tore Zions mehr als alle (anderen) Wohnstätten Jakobs.

ljubi Jahve; draža su mu vrata sionska nego svi šatori Jakovljevi.

3 Herrliches ist von dir berichtet, du Gottesstadt. (SELA)

Divote se govore o tebi, grade Božji!

4 »Ich nenne Ägypten und Babel als meine Bekenner, hier das Philisterland und Tyrus samt Äthiopien – nämlich wer dort seine Heimat hat.«

“Rahab i Babilon brojit ću k onima što me štuju; Filisteja i Tir i narod etiopski - i oni su rođeni ondje.”

5 Doch von Zion heißt es: »Mann für Mann hat dort seine Heimat, und er selbst, der Höchste, macht es stark.«

O Sionu se govori: “Ovaj i onaj u njemu je rođen! Svevišnji ga utemelji!”

6 Der HERR zählt, wenn er die Völker aufschreibt: »Dieser hat dort seine Heimat.« (SELA)

Gospodin će zapisati u knjigu naroda: “Ovi su rođeni ondje.”

7 Sie aber tanzen den Reigen und singen: »Alle meine Quellen sind in dir (o Zion)!«

I pjevat će igrajući kolo: “Svi su izvori moji u tebi!”
