Psalm 100

1 Ein Psalm als Dankbezeigung. Jauchzet dem HERRN, alle Lande,

“A psalm of thanksgiving.” Shout joyfully unto the Lord, all ye lands.

2 dienet dem HERRN mit Freuden,

Serve the Lord with joy; come before his presence with triumphal song.

3 Erkennt, daß der HERR Gott ist! Er hat uns geschaffen, und sein sind wir, sein Volk und die Herde, die er weidet.

Know, that the Lord is God indeed: it is he that hath made us, and his are we—his people and the flock of his pasture.

4 Zieht ein durch seine Tore mit Danken, in seines Tempels Höfe mit Lobgesang, dankt ihm, preist seinen Namen!

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, his courts with praise: give thanks unto him, bless his name.

5 Denn freundlich ist der HERR, seine Gnade währt ewig und seine Treue von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.

For the Lord is good; to eternity endureth his kindness; and unto the latest generation his truth.
