4 Mose 15

1 Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:

And the Lord said to Moses,

2 »Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, das ich euch zum Wohnsitz geben will,

Say to the children of Israel, When you have come into the land which I am giving to you for your resting-place,

3 und ihr dem HERRN ein Feueropfer darbringen wollt, ein Brandopfer oder ein Schlachtopfer, sei es, um ein besonderes Gelübde zu erfüllen oder bei einer freiwilligen Gabe oder an euren Festen, um dem HERRN einen lieblichen Duft zu bereiten, von den Rindern oder vom Kleinvieh:

And are going to make an offering by fire to the Lord, a burned offering or an offering in connection with an oath, or an offering freely given, or at your regular feasts, an offering for a sweet smell to the Lord, from the herd or the flock:

4 so soll der, welcher dem HERRN seine Opfergabe darbringt, zugleich auch als Speisopfer ein Zehntel Epha Feinmehl darbringen, das mit einem Viertel Hin Öl gemengt ist;

Then let him who is making his offering, give to the Lord a meal offering of a tenth part of a measure of the best meal mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil:

5 und an Wein zum Trankopfer sollst du neben dem Brandopfer oder zu dem Schlachtopfer noch ein Viertel Hin für jedes Lamm herrichten.

And for the drink offering, you are to give with the burned offering or other offering, the fourth part of a hin of wine for every lamb.

6 Für einen Widder dagegen sollst du als Speisopfer zwei Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit einem Drittel Hin Öl gemengt ist, herrichten

Or for a male sheep, give as a meal offering two tenth parts of a measure of the best meal mixed with a third part of a hin of oil:

7 und an Wein zum Trankopfer ein Drittel Hin als lieblichen Duft für den HERRN darbringen.

And for the drink offering give a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet smell to the Lord.

8 Wenn du ferner ein junges Rind als Brandopfer oder als Schlachtopfer herrichten willst, um ein besonderes Gelübde zu erfüllen oder als Heilsopfer für den HERRN,

And when you make ready a young ox for a burned or other offering, or for the effecting of an oath, or for peace-offerings to the Lord:

9 so soll man neben dem jungen Rind noch drei Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit einem halben Hin Öl gemengt ist, als Speisopfer darbringen;

Then with the ox give a meal offering of three tenth parts of a measure of the best meal mixed with half a hin of oil.

10 und an Wein sollst du als Trankopfer ein halbes Hin beim Feueropfer zu lieblichem Duft für den HERRN darbringen.

And for the drink offering: give half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire for a sweet smell to the Lord.

11 So soll es bei jedem Rind sowie bei jedem Widder und bei jedem Schaf- oder Ziegenlamm gehalten werden:

This is to be done for every young ox and for every male sheep or he-lamb or young goat.

12 nach der Zahl (der Tiere), die ihr darbringt, sollt ihr bei jedem einzelnen Stück so verfahren.

Whatever number you make ready, so you are to do for every one.

13 Jeder Einheimische soll hierbei in dieser Weise verfahren, wenn er dem HERRN ein Feueropfer zu lieblichem Geruch darbringt;

All those who are Israelites by birth are to do these things in this way, when giving an offering made by fire of a sweet smell to the Lord.

14 und wenn sich ein Fremdling als Gast bei euch aufhält oder wenn sonst einmal jemand in eurer Mitte weilt und ein Feueropfer zu lieblichem Geruch für den HERRN herrichtet, so soll er ebenso verfahren, wie ihr es tut.

And if a man from another country or any other person living among you, through all your generations, has the desire to give an offering made by fire of a sweet smell to the Lord, let him do as you do.

15 Für die ganze Bevölkerung gilt eine und dieselbe Satzung, für euch wie für den Fremdling, der sich als Gast bei euch aufhält; eine ewiggültige Satzung soll es für euch von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht sein: vor dem HERRN soll der Fremdling ebenso dastehen wie ihr selbst.

There is to be one law for you and for the man of another country living with you, one law for ever from generation to generation; as you are, so is he to be before the Lord.

16 Das gleiche Gesetz und das gleiche Recht soll für euch und für den Fremdling gelten, der sich als Gast bei euch aufhält.«

The law and the rule are to be the same for you and for those from other lands living with you.

17 Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:

And the Lord said to Moses,

18 »Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, in das ich euch bringen werde,

Say to the children of Israel, When you come into the land where I am guiding you,

19 so sollt ihr, wenn ihr von dem Brotkorn des Landes eßt, für den HERRN ein Hebeopfer abgeben.

Then, when you take for your food the produce of the land, you are to give an offering lifted up before the Lord.

20 Als Erstling eures Schrotmehls sollt ihr einen Kuchen als Hebeopfer abgeben; wie die Hebe von der Tenne, ebenso sollt ihr auch diese abgeben.

Of the first of your rough meal you are to give a cake for a lifted offering, lifting it up before the Lord as the offering of the grain-floor is lifted up.

21 Von den Erstlingen eures Schrotmehls sollt ihr dem HERRN ein Hebeopfer abgeben in allen euren künftigen Geschlechtern.«

From generation to generation you are to give to the Lord a lifted offering from the first of your rough meal.

22 »Und wenn ihr euch unabsichtlich vergeht und irgendeines von diesen Geboten, die der HERR dem Mose aufgetragen hat, unbefolgt laßt,

And if in error you go against any of these laws which the Lord has given to Moses,

23 irgend etwas von dem, was der HERR euch durch Mose geboten hat seit dem Tage, wo der HERR euch Gebote gegeben hat, und weiterhin von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht,

All the laws which the Lord has given you by the hand of Moses, from the day when the Lord gave them, and ever after from generation to generation;

24 so soll, wenn das Vergehen unabsichtlich von der Gemeinde in Übereilung begangen ist, die ganze Gemeinde einen jungen Stier als Brandopfer zu lieblichem Geruch für den HERRN samt dem zugehörigen Speisopfer und dem erforderlichen Trankopfer nach der vorgeschriebenen Weise herrichten, außerdem einen Ziegenbock als Sündopfer.

Then, if the wrong is done in error, without the knowledge of the meeting of the people, let all the meeting give a young ox as a burned offering, a sweet smell to the Lord, with its meal offering and its drink offering, as is ordered in the law, together with a he-goat for a sin-offering.

25 Wenn der Priester so der ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten Sühne erwirkt hat, so wird ihnen Vergebung zuteil werden; denn es hat nur ein Versehen stattgefunden, und sie haben dem HERRN ihre Opfergabe in Gestalt eines Feueropfers, dazu auch ihr Sündopfer vor dem HERRN wegen ihres Versehens dargebracht.

So the priest will make the people free from sin, and they will have forgiveness; for it was an error, and they have given their offering made by fire to the Lord, and their sin-offering before the Lord, on account of their error:

26 So wird dann der ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten sowie den Fremdlingen, die sich als Gäste bei ihnen aufhalten, Vergebung zuteil werden; denn es lag ein Versehen des ganzen Volkes vor.

And all the meeting of the children of Israel, as well as those from other lands living among them, will have forgiveness; for it was an error on the part of the people.

27 Wenn sich aber ein einzelner unabsichtlich verfehlt, so soll er eine einjährige Ziege als Sündopfer darbringen.

And if one person does wrong, without being conscious of it, then let him give a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.

28 Wenn dann der Priester einem solchen, der sich unvorsätzlich ein Vergehen gegen den HERRN hat zuschulden kommen lassen, Sühne durch Vollziehung der Sühnegebräuche erwirkt hat, so wird ihm Vergebung zuteil werden.

And the priest will take away the sin of the person who has done wrong, if the wrong was done unconsciously, and he will have forgiveness.

29 Für den Einheimischen unter den Israeliten und für den als Gast im Lande weilenden Fremdling soll die gleiche Bestimmung bei euch gelten, wenn sich jemand unvorsätzlich ein Vergehen zuschulden kommen läßt.

The law in connection with wrong done unconsciously is to be the same for him who is an Israelite by birth and for the man from another country who is living among them.

30 Wenn sich aber jemand vorsätzlich vergeht, mag es ein Einheimischer oder ein Fremdling sein, ein solcher gilt als Gotteslästerer, und der Betreffende soll aus seinem Volk ausgerottet werden;

But the person who does wrong in the pride of his heart, if he is one of you or of another nation by birth, is acting without respect for the Lord, and will be cut off from his people.

31 denn er hat das Wort des HERRN verachtet und sein Gebot übertreten; ein solcher Mensch soll ohne Gnade ausgerottet werden: seine Schuld komme über ihn!«

Because he had no respect for the word of the Lord, and did not keep his law, that man will be cut off without mercy and his sin will be on him.

32 Als die Israeliten sich in der Wüste befanden, trafen sie einen Mann, der am Sabbattage Holz auflas.

Now while the children of Israel were in the waste land, they saw a man who was getting sticks on the Sabbath day.

33 Da brachten die, welche ihn beim Holzlesen angetroffen hatten, ihn zu Mose und Aaron und zu der ganzen Gemeinde,

And those who saw him getting sticks took him before Moses and Aaron and all the people.

34 und man legte ihn in Gewahrsam; denn es lag noch keine Bestimmung darüber vor, was mit ihm geschehen solle.

And they had him shut up, because they had no directions about what was to be done with him.

35 Da gebot der HERR dem Mose: »Der Mann soll unbedingt mit dem Tode bestraft werden: die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn außerhalb des Lagers steinigen!«

Then the Lord said to Moses, Certainly the man is to be put to death: let him be stoned by all the people outside the tent-circle.

36 So führte ihn denn die ganze Gemeinde vor das Lager hinaus, und man warf ihn mit Steinen tot, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.

So all the people took him outside the tent-circle and he was stoned to death there, as the Lord gave orders to Moses.

37 Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:

And the Lord said to Moses,

38 »Gib den Israeliten die Weisung, daß sie sich Quasten an die Zipfel ihrer Obergewänder setzen, sie und ihre kommenden Geschlechter, und daß sie an jeder Zipfelquaste eine Schnur von blauem Purpur anbringen.

Say to the children of Israel that through all their generations they are to put on the edges of their robes an ornament of twisted threads, and in every ornament a blue cord;

39 Die Quasten sollen euch dann dazu dienen, daß ihr bei ihrem Anblick aller Gebote des HERRN gedenkt, um nach ihnen zu tun und nicht von mir abzufallen nach den Gelüsten eures Herzens und eurer Augen, durch die ihr euch zum Treubruch verführen laßt.

So that, looking on these ornaments, you may keep in mind the orders of the Lord and do them; and not be guided by the desires of your hearts and eyes, through which you have been untrue to me:

40 Ihr sollt vielmehr aller meiner Gebote eingedenk bleiben und nach ihnen tun und so eurem Gott geheiligt sein:

And that you may keep in mind all my orders and do them and be holy to your God.

41 ich bin der HERR, euer Gott, der euch aus dem Land Ägypten weggeführt hat, um euer Gott zu sein, ich, der HERR, euer Gott!«

I am the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt, so that I might be your God: I am the Lord your God.
