3 Mose 24

1 Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

2 »Gib den Israeliten die Weisung, dir reines Öl von zerstoßenen Oliven für den Leuchter zu bringen, damit beständig Lampen aufgesetzt werden können.

Command [the] people of Israel so they may bring to you oil of olive[s] pure pressed for the light to lift up a lamp continually.

3 Außerhalb des Vorhangs vor der Lade mit dem Gesetz im Offenbarungszelt soll Aaron (den Leuchter) zurichten, damit er vom Abend bis zum Morgen ohne Unterbrechung vor dem HERRN brenne. Diese Verordnung hat ewige Geltung für alle eure künftigen Geschlechter:

From [the] outside of [the] curtain of the testimony in [the] tent of meeting he will arrange it Aaron from evening until morning before Yahweh continually a statute of perpetuity to generations your.

4 auf dem Leuchter von reinem Gold soll er die Lampen zu beständigem Brennen vor dem HERRN zurichten.

On the lampstand pure he will arrange the lamps before Yahweh continually.

5 Sodann sollst du Feinmehl nehmen und daraus zwölf Kuchen backen; zwei Zehntel Epha sollen auf jeden Kuchen kommen.

And you will take fine flour and you will bake it two [plus] ten round perforated breads two tenths it will be the round perforated bread one.

6 Du sollst sie dann in zwei Schichten, je sechs in einer Schicht, auf den Tisch von reinem Gold vor dem HERRN auflegen.

And you will place them two rows six the row on the table pure before Yahweh.

7 Dann sollst du auf jede Schicht reinen Weihrauch tun, der für das Brot als Duftteil dienen soll, als ein Feueropfer für den HERRN.

And you will put on the row frankincense pure and it will belong to the bread to a memorial offering a fire offering to Yahweh.

8 An jedem Sabbattage soll er (die Brote) regelmäßig so vor dem HERRN aufschichten; zu dieser Leistung sollen die Israeliten für ewige Zeiten verpflichtet sein.

On [the] day of the sabbath on [the] day of the sabbath he will arrange it before Yahweh continually from with [the] people of Israel a covenant of perpetuity.

9 Die Brote sollen dann Aaron und seinen Söhnen gehören; die sollen sie an heiliger Stätte verzehren; denn als ein Hochheiliges sollen sie ihm von den Feueropfern des HERRN zuteil werden als eine ewige Gebühr.«

And it will belong to Aaron and to sons his and they will eat it in a place holy for [is] a holy thing of holy things it for him from [the] fire offerings of Yahweh a prescribed portion of perpetuity.

10 Der Sohn einer Israelitin – er war aber der Sohn eines Ägypters – begab sich einst unter die Israeliten; da gerieten sie im Lager in Streit miteinander, der Sohn der Israelitin und ein israelitischer Mann.

And he went out a son of a woman Israelite and he [was] a son of a man Egyptian in among [the] people of Israel and they struggled together in the camp [the] son of the Israelite [woman] and [the] man of the Israelite[s].

11 Dabei lästerte der Sohn der Israelitin den Namen (des HERRN) und fluchte dazu; da brachte man ihn vor Mose – seine Mutter aber hieß Selomith und war die Tochter Dibris, vom Stamme Dan.

And he slandered [the] son of the woman Israelite the name and he cursed and people brought him to Moses and [the] name of mother his [was] Shelomith [the] daughter of Dibri of [the] tribe of Dan.

12 Hierauf legten sie ihn in Gewahrsam, bis Mose ihnen Verhaltungsmaßregeln auf Grund einer Weisung des HERRN gäbe.

And they placed him in custody to decide for themselves on [the] mouth of Yahweh.

13 Da gebot der HERR dem Mose:

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

14 »Laß den Lästerer vor das Lager hinausführen, und alle, die es gehört haben, sollen ihm die Hände fest auf den Kopf legen, und dann soll die ganze Gemeinde ihn steinigen.

Bring out the [one who] cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they will lean all those [who] heard hands their on head his and they will stone him all the congregation.

15 Zu den Israeliten aber sollst du sagen: Wenn jemand seinem Gott flucht, so lädt er Sünde auf sich,

And to [the] people of Israel you will speak saying a person a person if he will curse God his and he will bear sin his.

16 und wer den Namen des HERRN lästert, soll unfehlbar mit dem Tode bestraft werden: die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn steinigen; der Fremde wie der Einheimische soll den Tod erleiden, wenn er den Namen (des HERRN) lästert. –

And [one who] slanders [the] name of Yahweh certainly he will be put to death certainly they will stone him all the congregation as the sojourner as the native-born when slanders he [the] name he will be put to death.

17 Wenn ferner jemand irgendeinen Menschen erschlägt, soll er unfehlbar mit dem Tode bestraft werden;

And anyone if he will strike down any life of humankind certainly he will be put to death.

18 wer aber ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, soll es ersetzen: Leben um Leben.

And [one who] strikes down [the] life of an animal he will repay it a life for a life.

19 Wenn ferner jemand seinem Nächsten einen Leibesschaden zufügt, so soll man ihm ebenso tun, wie er getan hat:

And anyone if he will make a blemish on fellow citizen his just as he has done so it will be done to him.

20 Bruch um Bruch, Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn; derselbe Leibesschaden, den er dem andern zugefügt hat, soll auch ihm zugefügt werden.

A fracture for a fracture an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth just as he will make a blemish on person so it will be made on him.

21 Wer also ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, soll es ersetzen; wer aber einen Menschen erschlägt, soll den Tod erleiden.

And [one who] strikes down an animal he will repay it and [one who] strikes down a person he will be put to death.

22 Das gleiche Recht soll bei euch für den Fremden wie für den Einheimischen gelten; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott!«

Judgment one it will belong to you as the sojourner as the native-born it will be for I [am] Yahweh God your.

23 Als Mose dies den Israeliten verkündigt hatte, führten sie den Lästerer vor das Lager hinaus und steinigten ihn dort; die Israeliten taten so, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.

And he spoke Moses to [the] people of Israel and they brought out the [one who] had cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they stoned him stone[s] and [the] people of Israel they did just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
