3 Mose 14
1 Weiter gab der HERR dem Mose folgende Weisungen:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 »Folgende Vorschriften gelten für einen Aussätzigen am Tage, da er für rein erklärt wird: Er soll zu dem Priester geführt werden;
“This is a law of the leper, in the day of his cleansing, that he has been brought to the priest,
3 und zwar muß der Priester vor das Lager hinausgehen. Wenn der Priester ihn dann untersucht und dabei findet, daß der bösartige Aussatz an dem Aussätzigen zur Heilung gekommen ist,
and the priest has gone out to the outside of the camp, and the priest has seen, and behold, the plague of leprosy has ceased from the leper,
4 so soll der Priester anordnen, daß man für den, der als rein erklärt werden soll, zwei lebende reine Vögel sowie ein Stück Zedernholz, Karmesinfäden und Ysop bringe.
and the priest has commanded, and he has taken for him who is to be cleansed, two clean living birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop.
5 Sodann soll der Priester anordnen, daß man den einen Vogel über einem irdenen Gefäß mit Quell- oder Flußwasser schlachte.
And the priest has commanded, and he has slaughtered one bird on an earthen vessel, over running water;
6 Den lebenden Vogel aber nebst dem Zedernholz, dem Karmesin und dem Ysop soll er nehmen und dies alles, auch den lebenden Vogel, in das Blut des über dem Quell- oder Flußwasser geschlachteten Vogels eintauchen.
[as for] the living bird, he takes it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and has dipped them and the living bird in the blood of the slaughtered bird, over the running water,
7 Hierauf soll er den, welcher für rein vom Aussatz erklärt werden soll, siebenmal damit besprengen und ihn so reinigen; den lebenden Vogel aber soll er ins freie Feld fliegen lassen.
and he has sprinkled on him who is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and has pronounced him clean, and has sent out the living bird over the face of the field.
8 Hierauf soll der, welcher sich reinigen läßt, seine Kleider waschen, sein gesamtes Haar abscheren und ein Wasserbad nehmen: dann ist er rein. Danach darf er zwar wieder ins Lager kommen, muß aber noch sieben Tage außerhalb seines Zeltes bleiben.
And he who is to be cleansed has washed his garments, and has shaved all his hair, and has bathed with water, and has been clean, and afterward he comes into the camp, and has dwelt at the outside of his tent [for] seven days.
9 Am siebten Tage sodann soll er alle seine Haare abermals scheren, Kopfhaar, Bart und Augenbrauen, überhaupt sein gesamtes Haar soll er abscheren, seine Kleider waschen und seinen Leib im Wasser baden: dann ist er rein.«
And it has been, on the seventh day—he shaves all his hair, his head, and his beard, and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shaves, and he has washed his garments, and has bathed his flesh with water, and has been clean.
10 »Hierauf soll er am achten Tage zwei fehlerlose (männliche) Lämmer und ein einjähriges, fehlerloses weibliches Lamm nehmen, außerdem drei Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit Öl gemengt ist, zum Speisopfer, und ein Log Öl.
And on the eighth day he takes two lambs, perfect ones, and one ewe-lamb, daughter of a year, a perfect one, and three-tenth parts of flour [for] a present, mixed with oil, and one log of oil.
11 Der Priester aber, der die Reinigung vollzieht, soll denjenigen, der sich reinigen läßt, samt jenen Opfergaben vor den HERRN an den Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes stellen.
And the priest who is cleansing has caused the man who is to be cleansed to stand with them before YHWH, at the opening of the Tent of Meeting,
12 Dann nehme der Priester das eine (männliche) Lamm, bringe es als Schuldopfer dar nebst dem Log Öl und webe beides als Webeopfer vor dem HERRN.
and the priest has taken one male lamb, and has brought it near for a guilt-offering, also the log of oil, and has waved them [as] a wave-offering before YHWH.
13 Dann schlachte er das andere Lamm an der Stätte, wo man die Sündopfer und die Brandopfer zu schlachten pflegt, an heiliger Stätte; denn wie das Sündopfer, so gehört auch das Schuldopfer dem Priester: es ist hochheilig.
And he has slaughtered the lamb in the place where he slaughters the sin-offering and the burnt-offering, in the holy place; for like the sin-offering, the guilt-offering is for the priest; it [is] most holy.
14 Hierauf nehme der Priester etwas von dem Blut des Schuldopfers und streiche es dem, der sich reinigen läßt, an das rechte Ohrläppchen und an den Daumen seiner rechten Hand sowie an die große Zehe seines rechten Fußes.
And the priest has taken of the blood of the guilt-offering, and the priest has put [it] on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
15 Dann nehme der Priester etwas von dem Log Öl und gieße es in seine linke Hand,
and the priest has taken of the log of oil, and has poured [it] on the left palm of the priest,
16 tauche dann seinen rechten Finger in das Öl, das sich in seiner linken Hand befindet, und sprenge von dem Öl mit seinem Finger siebenmal vor den HERRN.
and the priest has dipped his right finger in the oil which [is] on his left palm, and has sprinkled of the oil with his finger seven times before YHWH.
17 Von dem übrigen Öl aber, das sich in seiner Hand befindet, streiche der Priester dem, der sich reinigen läßt, etwas an das rechte Ohrläppchen und an den Daumen seiner rechten Hand sowie an die große Zehe seines rechten Fußes auf die Stelle, wo sich schon das Blut des Schuldopfers befindet.
And of the remainder of the oil which [is] on his palm, the priest puts [it] on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, on the blood of the guilt-offering;
18 Was dann von dem Öl in der Hand des Priesters noch übrig ist, das tue er dem, der sich reinigen läßt, auf den Kopf, um ihm so Sühne vor dem HERRN zu erwirken.
and the remnant of the oil which [is] on the palm of the priest, he puts [it] on the head of him who is to be cleansed, and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH.
19 Hierauf richte der Priester das Sündopfer her und erwirke dadurch dem, welcher sich reinigen läßt, Sühne wegen seiner Unreinheit; darauf schlachte er das Brandopfertier.
And the priest has made the sin-offering, and has made atonement for him who is to be cleansed from his uncleanness, and afterward he slaughters the burnt-offering;
20 Wenn dann der Priester das Brandopfer und das Speisopfer auf dem Altar dargebracht und ihm so Sühne erwirkt hat, so ist der Betreffende rein.«
and the priest has caused the burnt-offering to ascend, also the present, on the altar, and the priest has made atonement for him, and he has been clean.
21 »Wenn er aber arm ist und sein Vermögen nicht ausreicht, so soll er nur ein einziges Lamm als Schuldopfer zur Vollziehung der Webe nehmen, damit ihm Sühne erwirkt werde, ferner nur ein einziges Zehntel Feinmehl, das mit Öl gemengt ist, zum Speisopfer und ein Log Öl,
And if he [is] poor, and his hand is not reaching [these things], then he has taken one lamb [for] a guilt-offering, for a wave-offering, to make atonement for him, and one-tenth part of flour mixed with oil for a present, and a log of oil,
22 dazu zwei Turteltauben oder zwei junge Tauben, je nach seinem Vermögen, und zwar die eine zum Sündopfer, die andere zum Brandopfer.
and two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, which his hand reaches to, and one has been a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering;
23 Er bringe sie am achten Tage, nachdem er für rein erklärt worden ist, zu dem Priester an den Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes vor den HERRN.
and he has brought them in on the eighth day for his cleansing to the priest, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, before YHWH.
24 Der Priester nehme dann das zum Schuldopfer bestimmte Lamm sowie das Log Öl und webe beides als Webeopfer vor dem HERRN.
And the priest has taken the lamb of the guilt-offering, and the log of oil, and the priest has waved them [as] a wave-offering before YHWH;
25 Hierauf schlachte man das zum Schuldopfer bestimmte Lamm, und der Priester nehme etwas von dem Blut des Schuldopfers und streiche es dem, der sich reinigen läßt, an das rechte Ohrläppchen und an den Daumen seiner rechten Hand sowie an die große Zehe seines rechten Fußes.
and he has slaughtered the lamb of the guilt-offering, and the priest has taken of the blood of the guilt-offering, and has put [it] on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
26 Dann gieße der Priester etwas von dem Öl in seine linke Hand
and the priest pours of the oil on the left palm of the priest;
27 und sprenge mit seinem rechten Finger von dem Öl, das sich in seiner linken Hand befindet, siebenmal vor den HERRN.
and the priest has sprinkled with his right finger of the oil which [is] on his left palm, seven times before YHWH.
28 Dann streiche der Priester etwas von dem Öl, das sich in seiner Hand befindet, dem, welcher sich reinigen läßt, an das rechte Ohrläppchen und an den Daumen seiner rechten Hand sowie an die große Zehe seines rechten Fußes auf die Stelle, wo sich schon das Blut des Schuldopfers befindet.
And the priest has put of the oil which [is] on his palm, on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, on the place of the blood of the guilt-offering;
29 Was dann von dem Öl in der Hand des Priesters noch übrig ist, das tue er dem, der sich reinigen läßt, auf den Kopf, um ihm so Sühne vor dem HERRN zu erwirken.
and he puts the remnant of the oil which [is] on the palm of the priest on the head of him who is to be cleansed, to make atonement for him, before YHWH.
30 Hierauf richte der Priester die eine von den Turteltauben oder von den jungen Tauben her, für deren Beschaffung das Vermögen des Betreffenden ausgereicht hat,
And he has made one of the turtle-doves or of the young pigeons (from that which his hand reaches to,
31 die eine zum Sündopfer, die andere zum Brandopfer samt dem Speisopfer. So erwirke der Priester dem, der sich reinigen läßt, Sühne vor dem HERRN.«
[even] that which his hand reaches to), one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering, besides the present, and the priest has made atonement for him who is to be cleansed before YHWH.
32 Dies sind die Vorschriften in betreff eines Aussätzigen, dessen Vermögen bei seiner Reinigung für die regelmäßigen Opfer nicht zureicht.
This [is] a law of him in whom [is] a plague of leprosy, whose hand does not reach to his cleansing.”
33 Hierauf gebot der HERR dem Mose und Aaron folgendes:
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
34 »Wenn ihr in das Land Kanaan kommt, das ich euch zum Eigentum geben will, und ich in dem Lande, das euch alsdann gehört, an einem Hause einen Aussatzschaden entstehen lasse,
“When you come into the land of Canaan, which I am giving to you for a possession, and I have put a plague of leprosy in a house [in] the land of your possession,
35 so soll der Eigentümer des Hauses hingehen und dem Priester die Anzeige machen: ›Es zeigt sich mir an meinem Hause etwas, das wie Aussatzschaden aussieht.‹
then he whose the house [is] has come in and declared [it] to the priest, saying, Some plague has appeared to me in the house;
36 Dann soll der Priester anordnen, daß man, noch ehe er selbst zur Besichtigung des Schadens hineingeht, das Haus ausräume, damit nicht alles, was sich im Hause befindet, unrein werde; hierauf soll der Priester hingehen, um das Haus zu besichtigen.
and the priest has commanded, and they have prepared the house before the priest comes in to see the plague (that all which [is] in the house is not unclean), and afterward the priest comes in to see the house;
37 Wenn er dann bei der Besichtigung des Ausschlags findet, daß der Ausschlag sich an den Wänden des Hauses in Gestalt grünlicher oder rötlicher Vertiefungen zeigt und diese tiefer liegend erscheinen als die sie umgebende Wand,
and he has seen the plague, and behold, the plague [is] in the walls of the house, hollow streaks, greenish or reddish, and their appearance [is] lower than the wall,
38 so soll der Priester aus dem Hause hinaus an den Eingang des Hauses gehen und das Haus auf sieben Tage verschließen.
and the priest has gone out of the house to the opening of the house, and has shut up the house [for] seven days.
39 Wenn der Priester dann am siebten Tage wiederkommt und bei der Besichtigung findet, daß der Schaden sich an den Wänden des Hauses weiter verbreitet hat,
And the priest has turned back on the seventh day, and has seen, and behold, the plague has spread in the walls of the house,
40 so soll der Priester anordnen, daß man die Steine, an denen sich der Schaden zeigt, herausbreche und sie außerhalb der Ortschaft an einen unreinen Ort hinwerfe.
and the priest has commanded, and they have drawn out the stones in which the plague [is], and have cast them to the outside of the city, to an unclean place;
41 Das Haus aber lasse er im Inneren überall abkratzen, und den abgekratzten Bewurf schütte man außerhalb der Ortschaft an einen unreinen Ort hin.
and he causes the house to be scraped all around inside, and they have poured out the clay which they have scraped off, at the outside of the city, at an unclean place;
42 Dann soll man andere Steine nehmen und sie an die Stelle der ausgebrochenen Steine einsetzen; auch soll man andern Lehm nehmen und das Haus damit bewerfen.
and they have taken other stones, and brought [them] to the place of the stones, and he takes other clay and has coated the house.
43 Wenn dann der Ausschlag wiederkehrt und am Hause ausbricht, nachdem man die Steine ausgebrochen und das Haus abgekratzt und neu beworfen hat,
And if the plague returns, and has broken out in the house, after he has drawn out the stones, and after the scraping of the house, and after the coating,
44 so soll der Priester wiederkommen. Wenn er dann bei der Besichtigung findet, daß der Ausschlag am Hause weiter um sich gegriffen hat, so ist es ein bösartiger Aussatz am Hause: es ist unrein.
then the priest has come in and seen, and behold, the plague has spread in the house; it [is] a fretting leprosy in the house; it [is] unclean.
45 Man soll deshalb das Haus niederreißen, seine Steine, sein Holzwerk und allen Bewurf des Hauses, und soll dies alles außerhalb der Ortschaft an einen unreinen Ort schaffen.
And he has broken down the house, its stones, and its wood, and all the clay of the house, and he has brought [them] forth to the outside of the city, to an unclean place.
46 Und wer in das Haus hineingegangen ist, solange es verschlossen ist, soll bis zum Abend als unrein gelten,
And he who is going into the house all the days he has shut it up, is unclean until the evening;
47 und wer in dem Hause geschlafen hat, muß seine Kleider waschen; ebenso muß der, welcher in dem Hause gegessen hat, seine Kleider waschen.
and he who is lying in the house washes his garments; and he who is eating in the house washes his garments.
48 Wenn aber der Priester hineingeht und bei der Besichtigung findet, daß der Ausschlag am Hause, nachdem das Haus neu beworfen worden ist, nicht weiter um sich gegriffen hat, so soll der Priester das Haus für rein erklären; denn der Schaden ist geheilt.
And if the priest certainly comes in, and has seen, and behold, the plague has not spread in the house after the coating of the house, then the priest has pronounced the house clean, for the plague has been healed.
49 Er soll dann zur Entsündigung des Hauses zwei Vögel nehmen, ferner ein Stück Zedernholz, Karmesinfäden und Ysop,
And he has taken two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop for the cleansing of the house;
50 und soll den einen Vogel über einem irdenen Gefäß mit Quell- oder Flußwasser schlachten.
and he has slaughtered one bird on an earthen vessel, over running water;
51 Dann nehme er das Zedernholz, den Ysop, den Karmesin und den lebenden Vogel und tauche das alles in das Blut des geschlachteten Vogels und in das Quell- oder Flußwasser, besprenge damit das Haus siebenmal
and he has taken the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and has dipped them in the blood of the slaughtered bird, and in the running water, and has sprinkled against the house seven times.
52 und entsündige so das Haus mit dem Blut des Vogels und mit dem Quell- oder Flußwasser sowie mit dem lebenden Vogel und dem Zedernholz, mit dem Ysop und dem Karmesin;
And he has cleansed the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet;
53 den lebenden Vogel aber lasse er außerhalb der Ortschaft ins freie Feld fliegen. Wenn er so dem Hause Sühne erwirkt hat, so ist es rein.«
and he has sent the living bird away to the outside of the city to the face of the field, and has made atonement for the house, and it has been clean.
54 Dies sind die Vorschriften bezüglich aller Arten von Aussatz und bezüglich des Grindes,
This [is] the law for every plague of the leprosy and for scale,
55 ferner bezüglich des Aussatzes an Kleidungsstücken und an Häusern,
and for leprosy of a garment, and of a house,
56 ferner bezüglich der Anschwellungen sowie des Ausschlags und der hellen Flecken,
and for a rising, and for a scab, and for a bright spot—
57 um Belehrung darüber zu geben, wann etwas für unrein und wann für rein zu erklären ist. Dies sind die Vorschriften über den Aussatz.
to direct in the day of being unclean, and in the day of being clean; this [is] the law of the leprosy.”
