Jesaja 26
1 An jenem Tage wird man dieses Lied im Lande Juda singen: »Eine feste Stadt haben wir; zum Schutz hat er ihr Mauern und Außenwerk geschaffen.
In the day that it will be sung the song this in [the] land of Judah a city of strength [belongs] to us salvation he sets walls and a rampart.
2 Öffnet die Tore, damit ein gerechtes Volk einziehe, das die Treue bewahrt!
Open [the] gates so it may enter a nation righteous [which] keeps faithfulness.
3 Ein festes Herz segnest du mit Heil, mit Heil, weil es voll Vertrauen auf dich ist.
An inclination firm you will keep peace - peace for in you [he is] trusting.
4 Vertrauet auf den HERRN für und für, denn an Gott dem HERRN habt ihr einen ewigen Felsen.
Trust in Yahweh until perpetuity for [is] Yahweh Yahweh a rock of everlastingness.
5 Denn niedergeworfen hat er die, welche eine Hochburg bewohnten, eine hochragende Stadt; er hat sie erniedrigt, ja erniedrigt bis zum Erdboden, hat sie niedergestoßen bis in den Staub:
For he will lay low [the] inhabitants of a high place a town set on high he will bring low it he will bring low it to [the] ground he will make touch it to [the] dust.
6 zertreten soll sie der Fuß, ja die Füße der Niedrigen, die Tritte der Geringen.«
It will trample it a foot [the] feet of [the] afflicted [the] footsteps of poor [people].
7 Der Pfad des Gerechten ist ebener Pfad, geradeaus geht die Bahn des Gerechten: du läßt sie eben sein.
[the] way Of the righteous [is] level paths O upright [one] [the] track of [the] righteous you make level.
8 Auch auf dem Wege deiner Gerichte, HERR, harren wir dein; nach deinem Namen und nach deinem Lobpreis steht das Verlangen unsers Herzens.
Also [the] way of judgments your O Yahweh we have waited for you [is] for name your and for memory your [the] desire of self.
9 Mein Herz verlangt nach dir in der Nacht, auch sehnt sich mein Geist nach dir in meinem Inneren; denn sobald deine Gerichte die Erde treffen, lernen die Bewohner des Erdkreises Gerechtigkeit.
Self my I have desired you in the night also spirit my in inner being my I will seek you for when judgments your [are] to the earth righteousness they learn [the] inhabitants of [the] world.
10 Wird dem Gottlosen Gnade zuteil, so lernt er nicht Gerechtigkeit; nein, in einem Lande, wo das Recht gilt, bleibt er doch ein Frevler und sieht nichts von der Erhabenheit des HERRN.
He is shown favor [the] wicked not he learns righteousness in a land of straightforwardness he acts unjustly and not he sees [the] majesty of Yahweh.
11 HERR, ist deine Hand auch hocherhoben: sie sehen es nicht; laß sie zu ihrer Beschämung deinen Eifer um dein Volk sehen! Ja, das Zornesfeuer, das deine Widersacher erwartet, möge sie verzehren!
O Yahweh it is raised hand your not they behold! they will behold and they may be ashamed [the] zeal of a people also [the] fire of opponents your it will consume them.
12 HERR, du wirst uns Heil schaffen, denn du hast ja auch alle unsere Taten für uns vollbracht.
O Yahweh you will establish peace for us for also all works our you have done for us.
13 HERR, unser Gott, es haben zwar außer dir noch andere als Herren über uns geherrscht, aber dich allein preisen wir, deinen Namen.
O Yahweh God our they have ruled over us lords except you only in you we bring to remembrance name your.
14 Tote leben nicht wieder auf, Unterweltsbewohner erstehen nicht wieder: zu dem Zwecke hast du sie ja heimgesucht und vernichtet und jede Erinnerung an sie ausgetilgt.
Dead [ones] not they will live shades not they will rise therefore you have visited and you have destroyed them and you have destroyed all remembrance of them.
15 Gleichwohl hast du Zuwachs dem Volke verliehen, HERR, ja Zuwachs dem Volke; du hast dich verherrlicht, alle Grenzen des Landes weit hinausgerückt.
You have added to the nation O Yahweh you have added to the nation you have gained glory you have extended all [the] boundaries of [the] land.
16 HERR, in der Bedrängnis haben sie dich gesucht; als deine Züchtigung sie traf, haben sie sich in flüsternde Gebete ergossen.
O Yahweh in distress people sought you they poured out! a whisper chastening your [was] to them.
17 Wie eine Schwangere, wenn ihre Stunde da ist, sich windet und aufschreit in ihren Wehen, so ist es auch uns, HERR, ergangen – von dir aus geschah es –:
Like a pregnant [woman] [who] she brings near to give birth she is in labor she cries out in labor-pains her so we were because of you O Yahweh.
18 wir gingen schwanger, wanden uns in Wehen; doch als wir gebaren, war es Wind: Rettung schafften wir dem Lande nicht, und Erdenbewohner kamen nicht ans Tageslicht.
We were pregnant we were in labor like we gave birth to wind deliverance not we accomplish [the] earth and not they fall [the] inhabitants of [the] world.
19 Werden wohl deine Toten wieder aufleben? (Auch) meine Leichen? Ja, sie werden auferstehen! Wacht auf und jubelt, die ihr im Staube ruht! Denn ein Tau der Himmelslichter ist dein Tau, und so wird die Erde die Schatten wieder ans Tageslicht bringen.
They will live dead [ones] your corpse my they will rise! awake and shout for joy O [those who] dwell of dust for [will be the] dew of lights dew your and [the] earth [the] shades it will make fall.
20 Wohlan, mein Volk, gehe in deine Kammern hinein und schließe deine Türen hinter dir zu! Verbirg dich einen kurzen Augenblick, bis das Zorngericht vorübergegangen ist.
Come O people my go in rooms your and shut (door your *Q(K)*) behind you hide like a little of a moment until (it has passed by *Q(k)*) indignation.
21 Denn gar bald wird der HERR aus seiner Wohnstätte hervortreten, um die Erdbewohner zur Rechenschaft wegen ihrer Verschuldung zu ziehen; dann wird die Erde das von ihr verschluckte Blut wieder zum Vorschein bringen und die in ihr verscharrten Ermordeten nicht länger verbergen.
For there! Yahweh [is] about to go forth from place his to visit [the] iniquity of [the] inhabitant[s] of the earth on him and it will reveal the earth blood its and not it will cover still over slain [ones] its.
