1 Dies sind die Kinder Israels: Ruben, Simeon, Levi, Juda, Isaschar, Sebulon,
These are the sonnes of Israel, Reuben, Simeon, Leui and Iudah, Isshachar, and Zebulun,
2 Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphthali, Gad, Asser.
Dan, Ioseph, and Beniamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
3 Die Kinder Juda's sind: Ger, Onan, Sela. Die drei wurden ihm geboren von der Kanaanitin, der Tochter Suas. Ger aber, der erste Sohn Juda's, war böse vor dem HERRN; darum tötete er ihn.
The sonnes of Iudah, Er, and Onan, and Shelah. these three were borne to him of ye daughter of Shua the Canaanite: but Er the eldest sonne of Iudah was euil in the sight of the Lord, and he slew him.
4 Thamar aber, seine Schwiegertochter, gebar ihm Perez und Serah, daß aller Kinder Juda's waren fünf.
And Thamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez, and Zerah: so al the sonnes of Iudah were fiue.
5 Die Kinder des Perez sind: Hezron und Hamul.
The sonnes of Pharez, Hezron and Hamul.
6 Die Kinder aber Serahs sind: Simri, Ethan, Heman, Chalkol, Dara. Diese alle sind fünf.
The sonnes also of Zerah were Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara, which were fiue in all.
7 Die Kinder Charmis sind Achan, welcher Israel betrübte, da er sich am Verbannten vergriff.
And the sonne of Carmi, Achar that troubled Israel, transgressing in the thing excommunicate.
8 Die Kinder Ethans sind: Asarja.
The sonne also of Ethan, Azariah.
9 Die Kinder aber Hezrons, die ihm geboren, sind: Jerahmeel, Ram, Chalubai.
And the sonnes of Hezron that were borne vnto him, Ierahmeel, and Ram and Chelubai.
10 Ram aber zeugte Amminadab. Amminadab zeugte Nahesson, den Fürsten der Kinder Juda.
And Ram begate Aminadab, and Aminadab begate Nahshon prince of the children of Iudah,
11 Nahesson zeugte Salma. Salma zeugte Boas.
And Nahshon begate Salma, and Salma begate Boaz,
12 Boas zeugte Obed. Obed zeugte Isai.
And Boaz begate Obed, and Obed begate Ishai,
13 Isai zeugte seinen ersten Sohn Eliab; Abinadab, den zweiten; Simea, den dritten;
And Ishai begate his eldest sonne Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,
14 Nathanel, den vierten; Raddai, den fünften;
Nathaneel the fourth, Raddai the fift,
15 Ozem, den sechsten; David, den siebenten.
Ozem the sixt, and Dauid the seuenth.
16 Und ihre Schwestern waren: Zeruja und Abigail. Die Kinder Zerujas sind Abisai, Joab, Asahael, die drei.
Whose sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. And the sonnes of Zeruiah, Abishai, and Ioab, and Asahel.
17 Abigail aber gebar Amasa. Der Vater aber Amasas war Jether, ein Ismaeliter.
And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Iether an Ishmeelite.
18 Kaleb, der Sohn Hezrons, zeugte mit Asuba, seiner Frau, und mit Jerigoth; und dies sind derselben Kinder: Jeser, Sobab und Ardon.
And Caleb the sonne of Hezron begate Ierioth of Azubah his wife, and her sonnes are these, Iesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
19 Da aber Asuba starb, nahm Kaleb Ephrath; die gebar ihm Hur.
And when Azubah was dead, Caleb tooke vnto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.
20 Hur zeugte Uri. Uri zeugte Bezaleel.
And Hur begate Vri, and Vri begate Bezaleel.
21 Darnach kam Hezron zu der Tochter Machirs, des Vaters Gileads, und er nahm sie, da er sechzig Jahre alt war; und sie gebar ihm Segub.
And afterward came Hezron to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, and tooke her when hee was threescore yere olde, and shee bare him Segub.
22 Segub aber zeugte Jair; der hatte dreiundzwanzig Städte im Lande Gilead.
And Segub begate Iair, which had three and twentie cities in the land of Gilead.
23 Aber die Gessuriter und Syrer nahmen ihnen die Flecken Jairs, dazu Kenath mit seinen Ortschaften, sechzig Städte. Diese alle sind Kinder Machirs, des Vaters Gileads.
And Gesthur with Aram tooke the townes of Iair from them, and Kenath and the townes thereof, euen threescore cities. All these were the sonnes of Machir the father of Gilead.
24 Nach dem Tode Hezrons in Kaleb Ephratha gebar Hezrons Weib Abia ihm Ashur, den Vater Thekoas.
And after that Hezron was dead at Caleb Ephratah, then Abiah Hezrons wife bare him also Ashur the father of Tekoa.
25 Jerahmeel, der erste Sohn Hezrons, hatte Kinder: den ersten, Ram, Buna, Oren und Ozem und Ahia.
And ye sonnes of Ierahmeel the eldest sone of Hezron were Ram the eldest, then Bunah, and Oren and Ozen and Ahiiah.
26 Und Jerahmeel hatte noch ein anderes Weib, die hieß Atara; die ist die Mutter Onams.
Also Ierahmeel had another wife named Atarah, which was the mother of Onam.
27 Die Kinder aber Rams, des ersten Sohnes Jerahmeels, sind: Maaz, Jamin und Eker.
And the sonnes of Ram the eldest sonne of Ierahmeel were Maaz, and Iamin and Ekar.
28 Aber Onam hatte Kinder: Sammai und Jada. Die Kinder aber Sammais sind: Nadab und Abisur.
And the sonnes of Onam were Shammai and Iada. And the sonnes of Shammai, Nadab and Abishur.
29 Das Weib aber Abisurs hieß Abihail, die gebar Achban und Molid.
And the name of the wife of Abishur was called Abiahil, and shee bare him Ahban and Molid.
30 Die Kinder aber Nadabs sind: Seled und Appaim; und Seled starb ohne Kinder.
The sonnes also of Nadab were Seled and Appaim: but Seled died without children.
31 Die Kinder Appaims sind: Jesai. Die Kinder Jesais sind: Sesan. Die Kinder Sesans sind: Ahelai.
And the sonne of Appaim was Ishi, and the sonne of Ishi, Sheshan, and the sonne of Sheshan, Ahlai.
32 Die Kinder aber Jadas, des Bruders Sammais, sind: Jether und Jonathan; Jether aber starb ohne Kinder.
And the sonnes of Iada the brother of Shammai were Iether and Ionathan: but Iether dyed without children.
33 Die Kinder aber Jonathans sind: Peleth und Sasa. Das sind die Kinder Jerahmeels.
And the sonnes of Ionathan were Peleth and Zaza. These were the sonnes of Ierahmeel.
34 Sesan aber hatte nicht Söhne, sondern Töchter. Und Sesan hatte einen ägyptischen Knecht, der hieß Jarha.
And Sheshan had no sonnes, but daughters. And Sheshan had a seruant that was an Egyptian named Iarha.
35 Und Sesan gab Jarha, seinem Knecht seine Tochter zum Weibe; die gebar ihm Atthai.
And Sheshan gaue his daughter to Iarha his seruant to wife, and she bare him Attai.
36 Atthai zeugte Nathan. Nathan zeugte Sabad.
And Attai begate Nathan, and Nathan begate Zabad,
37 Sabad zeugte Ephlal. Ephlal zeugte Obed.
And Zabad begate Ephlal, and Ephlal begate Obed,
38 Obed zeugte Jehu. Jehu zeugte Asarja.
And Obed begate Iehu, and Iehu begate Azariah,
39 Asarja zeugte Helez. Helez zeugte Eleasa.
And Azariah begate Helez, and Helez begate Eleasah,
40 Eleasa zeugte Sisemai. Sisemai zeugte Sallum.
And Eleasah begate Sisamai, and Sisamai begate Shallum,
41 Sallum zeugte Jekamja. Jekamja zeugte Elisama.
And Shallum begate Iekamiah, and Iekamiah begate Elishama.
42 Die Kinder Kalebs, des Bruder Jerahmeels, sind: Mesa, sein erster Sohn, der ist der Vater Siphs, und die Kinder Maresas, des Vaters Hebrons.
Also the sonnes of Caleb the brother of Ierahmeel, were Mesha his eldest sonne, which was the father of Ziph: and the sonnes of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
43 Die Kinder aber Hebrons sind: Korah, Tappuah, Rekem und Sama.
And the sonnes of Hebron were Korah and Tappuah, and Rekem and Shema.
44 Sama aber zeugte Raham, den Vater Jorkeams. Rekem zeugte Sammai.
And Shema begate Raham the father of Iorkoam: and Rekem begate Shammai.
45 Der Sohn aber Sammais hieß Maon, und Maon war der Vater Beth-Zurs.
The sonne also of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Beth-zur.
46 Epha aber, das Kebsweib Kalebs, gebar Haran, Moza und Gases. Haran aber zeugte Gases.
And Ephah a concubine of Caleb bare Haran and Moza, and Gazez: Haran also begate Gazez.
47 Die Kinder aber Jahdais sind: Regem, Jotham, Gesan, Pelet, Epha und Saaph.
The sonnes of Iahdai were Regem, and Iotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
48 Aber Maacha, das Kebsweib Kalebs, gebar Seber und Thirhena
Calebs concubine Maachah bare Sheber and Tirhanah.
49 und gebar auch Saaph, den Vater Madmannas, und Sewa, den Vater Machbenas und den Vater Gibeas. Aber Achsa war Kalebs Tochter.
She bare also Shaaph, the father of Madmannah, and Sheua the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea. And Achsah was Calebs daughter.
50 Dies waren die Kinder Kalebs: die Söhne Hurs, des ersten Sohn's von der Ephratha: Sobal, der Vater Kirjath-Jearims;
These were the sonnes of Caleb the sone of Hur the eldest sonne of Ephrathah, Shobal the father of Kiriath-iearim.
51 Salma, der Vater Bethlehems; Hareph, der Vater Bethgaders.
Salma the father of Beth-lehem, and Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
52 Und Sobal, der Vater Kirjath-Jearims, hatte Söhne: Haroe und die Hälfte der Manahthiter.
And Shobal the father of Kiriath-iearim had sonnes, and he was the ouerseer of halfe Hammenoth.
53 Die Freundschaften aber zu Kirjath-Jearim waren die Jethriter, Puthiter, Sumathiter und Misraiter. Von diesen sind ausgegangen die Zorathiter und Esthaoliter.
And the families of Kiriath-iearim were the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and ye Mishraites of them came the Zarreathites, and the Eshtaulites.
54 Die Kinder Salmas sind Bethlehem und die Netophathiter, Atharoth des Hauses Joabs und die Hälfte der Manahthiter, das sind die Zoraiter.
The sonnes of Salma of Beth-lehem, and the Netophathite, the crownes of the house of Ioab, and halfe the Manahthites and the Zorites.
55 Und die Freundschaften der Schreiber, die zu Jabez wohnten, sind die Thireathiter, Simeathiter, Suchathiter. Das sind die Kiniter, die da gekommen sind von Hammath, dem Vater des Hauses Rechabs.
And the families of the Scribes dwelling at Iabez, the Tirathites, the Shimmeathites, the Shuchathites, which are the Kenites, that came of Hammath the father of the house of Rechab.
