Offenbarung 20
1 Und ich sah einen Engel vom Himmel fahren, der hatte den Schlüssel zum Abgrund und eine große Kette in seiner Hand (Abyssos g12)
AND I saw an angel descending from heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain in his hand. (Abyssos g12)
2 und ergriff den Drachen, die alte Schlange, welche ist der Teufel und der Satan, und band ihn tausend Jahre.
And he laid hold of the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the deceiver, and Satana, who seduced all the habitable world, and bound him a thousand years;
3 Und warf ihn in den Abgrund und verschloß ihn und versiegelte oben darauf, daß er nicht verführen sollte die Heiden, bis daß vollendet würden tausend Jahre; und danach muß er los werden eine kleine Zeit. (Abyssos g12)
and cast him into the abyss, and shut and sealed over him, that he should no more seduce the nations, until the thousand years be completed: but after them he will be loosed a little time. (Abyssos g12)
4 Und ich sah Stühle, und sie setzten sich darauf, und ihnen ward gegeben das Gericht; und die Seelen der Enthaupteten um des Zeugnisses Jesu und um des Wortes Gottes willen, und die nicht angebetet hatten das Tier noch sein Bild und nicht genommen hatten sein Malzeichen an ihre Stirn und auf ihre Hand: diese lebten und regierten mit Christo tausend Jahre.
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them; and to the souls of them who had been cut asunder for the sake of the testimony of Jeshu, and for the word of Aloha, and them who had not worshipped the beast of prey nor his image, nor received his signature upon their forehead and upon their hands. And they lived and reigned with their Meshiha the thousand years.
5 Die andern Toten aber wurden nicht wieder lebendig, bis daß tausend Jahre vollendet wurden. Dies ist die erste Auferstehung.
This is the first resurrection.
6 Selig ist der und heilig, der teilhat an der ersten Auferstehung; über solche hat der andere Tod keine Macht, sondern sie werden Priester Gottes und Christi sein und mit ihm regieren tausend Jahre.
Blessed and holy is he who hath part in the first resurrection: upon them the second death hath not power; but they shall be priests of Aloha and of his Meshiha, and shall reign with him the thousand years.
7 Und wenn tausend Jahre vollendet sind, wird der Satanas los werden aus seinem Gefängnis
And when the thousand years shall be fulfilled, Satana will be loosed from the place of his keeping,
8 und wird ausgehen, zu verführen die Heiden in den vier Vrtern der Erde, den Gog und Magog, sie zu versammeln in einen Streit, welcher Zahl ist wie der Sand am Meer.
and will go forth and seduce the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gug and Mogug, to gather them to war, of whom the number is as the sand of the sea.
9 Und sie traten auf die Breite der Erde und umringeten das Heerlager der Heiligen und die geliebte Stadt. Und es fiel das Feuer von Gott aus dem Himmel und verzehrete sie.
11 Und ich sah einen großen weißen Stuhl und den, der darauf saß, vor welches Angesicht floh die Erde und der Himmel; und ihnen ward keine Stätte gefunden.
And I saw a great white throne, and Him who sat thereon, from whom from his face fled earth and heaven; and place (as) to this was not found for them.
12 Und ich sah die Toten, beide, groß und klein, stehen vor Gott. Und die Bücher wurden aufgetan; und ein ander Buch ward aufgetan, welches ist des Lebens. Und die Toten wurden gerichtet nach der Schrift in den Büchern, nach ihren Werken.
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne; and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is (the Book) of Life. And the dead were judged from the (records) which are written in the books according to their works.
13 Und das Meer gab die Toten, die darinnen waren; und der Tod und die Hölle gaben die Toten, die darinnen waren. Und sie wurden gerichtet, ein jeglicher nach seinen Werken. (Hadēs g86)
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and shiul gave up the dead which were in them. And they were judged every one according to their works. (Hadēs g86)
