Markus 14
1 Und nach zwei Tagen war Ostern und die Tage der süßen Brote. Und die Hohenpriester und Schriftgelehrten suchten, wie sie ihn mit List griffen und töteten.
And two daies after followed the feast of the Passeouer, and of vnleauened bread: and the hie Priests, and Scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.
2 Sie sprachen aber: Ja nicht auf das Fest, daß nicht ein Aufruhr im Volk werde!
But they sayde, Not in the feast day, least there be any tumult among the people.
3 Und da er zu Bethanien war in Simons, des Aussätzigen, Hause und saß zu Tisch, da kam ein Weib, die hatte ein Glas mit ungefälschtem und köstlichem Nardenwasser; und sie zerbrach das Glas und goß es auf sein Haupt.
And when hee was in Bethania in the house of Simon the leper, as he sate at table, there came a woman hauing a boxe of oyntment of spikenarde, very costly, and shee brake the boxe, and powred it on his head.
4 Da waren etliche, die wurden unwillig und sprachen: Was soll doch dieser Unrat?
Therefore some disdained among themselues, and sayde, To what ende is this waste of oyntment?
5 Man könnte das Wasser um mehr denn dreihundert Groschen verkauft haben und dasselbe den Armen geben. Und murreten über sie.
For it might haue bene sold for more then three hundreth pence, and bene giuen vnto the poore, and they murmured against her.
6 Jesus aber sprach: Lasset sie mit Frieden! Was bekümmert ihr sie? Sie hat ein gut Werk an mir getan.
But Iesus saide, Let her alone: why trouble yee her? shee hath wrought a good worke on me.
7 Ihr habt allezeit Arme bei euch; und wann ihr wollet, könnet ihr ihnen Gutes tun; mich aber habt ihr nicht allezeit.
For yee haue the poore with you alwaies, and when yee will yee may doe them good, but me yee shall not haue alwaies.
8 Sie hat getan, was sie konnte; sie ist zuvorkommen, meinen Leichnam zu salben zu meinem Begräbnis.
She hath done that she coulde: she came afore hand to anoynt my body to the burying.
9 Wahrlich, ich sage euch, wo dies Evangelium geprediget wird in aller Welt, da wird man auch das sagen zu ihrem Gedächtnis, was sie jetzt getan hat.
Verely I say vnto you, wheresoeuer this Gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done, shalbe spoken of in remembrance of her.
10 Und Judas Ischariot, einer von den Zwölfen, ging hin zu den Hohenpriestern, daß er ihn verriete.
Then Iudas Iscariot, one of the twelue, went away vnto the hie Priestes, to betray him vnto them.
11 Da sie das höreten, wurden sie froh und verhießen, ihm das Geld zu geben. Und er suchte, wie er ihn füglich verriete.
And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised that they woulde giue him monie: therefore he sought howe he might conueniently betraie him.
12 Und am ersten Tage der süßen Brote, da man das Osterlamm opferte, sprachen seine Jünger zu ihm: Wo willst du, daß wir hingehen und bereiten, daß du das Osterlamm essest?
Nowe the first day of vnleauened bread, when they sacrificed the Passeouer, his disciples sayde vnto him, Where wilt thou that we goe and prepare, that thou mayest eate the Passeouer?
13 Und er sandte seiner Jünger zwei und sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin in die Stadt, und es wird euch ein Mensch begegnen, der trägt einen Krug mit Wasser; folget ihm nach.
Then hee sent foorth two of his disciples, and sayde vnto them, Goe yee into the citie, and there shall a man meete you bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.
14 Und wo er eingehet, da sprechet zu dem Hauswirte: Der Meister läßt dir sagen: Wo ist das Gasthaus, darinnen ich das Osterlamm esse mit meinen Jüngern?
And whithersoeuer he goeth in, say yee to the good man of the house, The Master sayeth, Where is the lodging where I shall eate the Passeouer with my disciples?
15 Und er wird euch einen großen Saal zeigen, der gepflastert und bereit ist; daselbst richtet für uns zu.
And he wil shewe you an vpper chamber which is large, trimmed and prepared: there make it readie for vs.
16 Und die Jünger gingen aus und kamen in die Stadt und fanden's, wie er ihnen gesagt hatte; und bereiteten das Osterlamm.
So his disciples went foorth, and came to the citie, and found as he had said vnto them, and made readie the Passeouer.
17 Am Abend aber kam er mit den Zwölfen.
And at euen he came with the twelue.
18 Und als sie zu Tische saßen und aßen, sprach Jesus: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, einer unter euch, der mit mir isset, wird mich verraten.
And as they sate at table and did eate, Iesus said, Verely I say vnto you, that one of you shall betray me, which eateth with me.
19 Und sie wurden traurig und sagten zu ihm, einer nach dem andern: Bin ich's? und der andere: Bin ich's?
Then they began to be sorowful and to say to him one by one, Is it I? And another, Is it I?
20 Er antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Einer aus den Zwölfen, der mit mir in die Schüssel tauchet.
And he answered and sayde vnto them, It is one of the twelue that dippeth with mee in the platter.
21 Zwar des Menschen Sohn gehet hin, wie von ihm geschrieben stehet; wehe aber dem Menschen, durch welchen des Menschen Sohn verraten wird! Es wäre demselben Menschen besser, daß er nie geboren wäre.
Truely the Sonne of man goeth his way, as it is written of him: but woe bee to that man, by whome the Sonne of man is betrayed: it had beene good for that man, if hee had neuer beene borne.
22 Und indem sie aßen, nahm Jesus das Brot, dankete und brach's und gab's ihnen und sprach: Nehmet, esset; das ist mein Leib.
And as they did eate, Iesus tooke the bread, and when hee had giuen thankes, he brake it and gaue it to them, and sayde, Take, eate, this is my bodie.
23 Und nahm den Kelch und dankete und gab ihnen den; und sie tranken alle daraus.
Also he tooke the cuppe, and when he had giuen thankes, gaue it to them: and they all dranke of it.
24 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Das ist mein Blut des Neuen Testaments, das für viele vergossen wird.
And he saide vnto them, This is my blood of that newe Testament, which is shed for many.
25 Wahrlich, ich sage euch, daß ich hinfort nicht trinken werde vom Gewächse des Weinstocks bis auf den Tag, da ich's neu trinke in dem Reich Gottes.
Verely I say vnto you, I wil drinke no more of the fruit of ye vine vntill that day, that I drinke it newe in the kingdome of God.
26 Und da sie den Lobgesang gesprochen hatten, gingen sie hinaus an den Ölberg.
And when they had sung a Psalme, they went out to the mount of Oliues.
27 Und Jesus sprach zu ihnen: Ihr werdet euch in dieser Nacht alle an mir ärgern. Denn es stehet geschrieben: Ich werde den Hirten schlagen, und die Schafe werden sich zerstreuen.
Then Iesus said vnto them, Al ye shall be offended by mee this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepheard, and the sheepe shall be scattered.
28 Aber nachdem ich auferstehe, will ich vor euch hingehen nach Galiläa.
But after that I am risen, I will goe into Galile before you.
29 Petrus aber sagte zu ihm: Und wenn sie sich alle ärgerten, so wollte doch ich mich nicht ärgern.
And Peter saide vnto him, Although all men should be offended at thee, yet would not I.
30 Und Jesus sprach zu ihm: Wahrlich, ich sage dir, heute in dieser Nacht, ehe denn der Hahn zweimal krähet, wirst du mich dreimal verleugnen.
Then Iesus saide vnto him, Verely I say vnto thee, this day, euen in this night, before the cocke crowe twise, thou shalt denie me thrise.
31 Er aber redete noch weiter: Ja, wenn ich mit dir auch sterben müßte, wollt' ich dich nicht verleugnen. Desselbigengleichen sagten sie alle.
But he saide more earnestly. If I shoulde die with thee, I will not denie thee: likewise also saide they all.
32 Und sie kamen zu dem Hofe mit Namen Gethsemane. Und er sprach zu seinen Jüngern: Setzet euch hier, bis ich hingehe und bete.
After, they came into a place named Gethsemane: then hee saide to his disciples, Sit yee here, till I haue praied.
33 Und nahm zu sich Petrus und Jakobus und Johannes und fing an zu zittern und zu zagen.
And hee tooke with him Peter, and Iames, and Iohn, and hee began to be troubled, and in great heauinesse,
34 Und sprach zu ihnen: Meine Seele ist betrübt bis an den Tod; enthaltet euch hier und wachet.
And saide vnto them, My soule is very heauie, euen vnto the death: tarie here, and watch.
35 Und ging ein wenig fürbaß, fiel auf die Erde und betete, daß, so es möglich wäre, die Stunde vorüberginge,
So he went forward a litle, and fell downe on the ground, and praied, that if it were possible, that houre might passe from him.
36 und sprach: Abba, mein Vater, es ist dir alles möglich, überhebe mich dieses Kelchs; doch nicht was ich will, sondern was du willst.
And he saide, Abba, Father, all things are possible vnto thee: take away this cup from me: neuertheles not that I will, but that thou wilt, be done.
37 Und kam und fand sie schlafend und sprach zu Petrus: Simon, schläfest du? Vermochtest du nicht eine Stunde zu wachen?
Then hee came, and founde them sleeping, and said to Peter, Simon, sleepest thou? couldest not thou watche one houre?
38 Wachet und betet, daß ihr nicht in Versuchung fallet! Der Geist ist willig; aber das Fleisch ist schwach.
Watch ye, and pray, that ye enter not into tentation: the spirite in deede is ready, but the flesh is weake.
39 Und ging wieder hin und betete und sprach dieselbigen Worte.
And againe hee went away, and praied, and spake the same wordes.
40 Und kam wieder und fand sie abermal schlafend; denn ihre Augen waren voll Schlafs, und wußten nicht, was sie ihm antworteten.
And he returned, and founde them a sleepe againe: for their eyes were heauie: neither knewe they what they should answere him.
41 Und er kam zum drittenmal und sprach zu ihnen: Ach, wollt ihr nun schlafen und ruhen? Es ist genug; die Stunde ist kommen. Siehe, des Menschen Sohn wird überantwortet in der Sünder Hände.
And he came the third time, and said vnto them, Sleepe henceforth, and take your rest: it is ynough: the houre is come: beholde, the Sonne of man is deliuered into the hands of sinners.
42 Stehet auf, laßt uns gehen; siehe, der mich verrät, ist nahe!
Rise vp: let vs go: loe, he that betraieth me, is at hand.
43 Und alsbald, da er noch redete, kam herzu Judas, der Zwölfen einer, und eine große Schar mit ihm, mit Schwertern und mit Stangen von den Hohenpriestern und Schriftgelehrten und Ältesten.
And immediatly while hee yet spake, came Iudas that was one of the twelue, and with him a great multitude with swordes and staues from the hie Priests, and Scribes, and Elders.
44 Und der Verräter hatte ihnen ein Zeichen gegeben und gesagt: Welchen ich küssen werde, der ist's; den greifet und führet ihn gewiß.
And he that betraied him, had giuen them a token, saying, Whomsoeuer I shall kisse, he it is: take him and leade him away safely.
45 Und da er kam, trat er bald zu ihm und sprach zu ihm: Rabbi, Rabbi! und küssete ihn.
And assoone as hee was come, hee went straightway to him, and saide, Haile Master, and kissed him.
46 Die aber legten ihre Hände an ihn und griffen ihn.
Then they laide their handes on him, and tooke him.
47 Einer aber von denen, die dabeistunden, zog sein Schwert aus und schlug des Hohenpriesters Knecht und hieb ihm ein Ohr ab.
And one of them that stoode by, drewe out a sword, and smote a seruant of the hie Priest, and cut off his eare.
48 Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Ihr seid ausgegangen als zu einem Mörder mit Schwertern und mit Stangen, mich zu fangen.
And Iesus answered and saide to them, Ye be come out as against a thiefe with swordes, and with staues, to take me.
49 Ich bin täglich bei euch im Tempel gewesen und habe gelehret, und ihr habt mich nicht gegriffen; aber auf daß die Schrift erfüllet werde.
I was daily with you teaching in the Temple, and yee tooke me not: but this is done that the Scriptures should be fulfilled.
50 Und die Jünger verließen ihn alle und flohen.
Then they all forsooke him, and fled.
51 Und es war ein Jüngling, der folgete ihm nach, der war mit Leinwand bekleidet auf der bloßen Haut; und die Jünglinge griffen ihn.
And there followed him a certaine yong man, clothed in linnen vpon his bare bodie, and the yong men caught him.
52 Er aber ließ die Leinwand fahren und floh bloß von ihnen.
But he left his linnen cloth, and fled from them naked.
53 Und sie führeten Jesum zu dem Hohenpriester, dahin zusammenkommen waren alle Hohenpriester und Ältesten und Schriftgelehrten.
So they led Iesus away to the hie Priest, and to him came together all the hie Priestes, and the Elders, and the Scribes.
54 Petrus aber folgete ihm nach von ferne bis hinein in des Hohenpriesters Palast; und er war da und saß bei den Knechten und wärmete sich bei dem Licht.
And Peter folowed him afarre off, euen into the hall of the hie Priest, and sate with the seruants, and warmed himselfe at the fire.
55 Aber die Hohenpriester und der ganze Rat suchten Zeugnis wider Jesum, auf daß sie ihn zum Tode brächten, und fanden nichts.
And the hie Priests, and all the Councill sought for witnesse against Iesus, to put him to death, but found none.
56 Viele gaben falsch Zeugnis wider ihn; aber ihr Zeugnis stimmte nicht überein.
For many bare false witnesse against him, but their witnesse agreed not together.
57 Und etliche stunden auf und gaben falsch Zeugnis wider ihn und sprachen:
Then there arose certaine, and bare false witnesse against him, saying,
58 Wir haben gehöret, daß er sagte: Ich will den Tempel, der mit Händen gemacht ist, abbrechen und in dreien Tagen einen andern bauen, der nicht mit Händen gemacht sei.
We hearde him say, I will destroy this Temple made with hands, and within three daies I will builde another, made without hands.
59 Aber ihr Zeugnis stimmete noch nicht überein.
But their witnesse yet agreed not together.
60 Und der Hohepriester stund auf unter sie und fragte Jesum und sprach: Antwortest du nichts zu dem, was diese wider dich zeugen?
Then the hie Priest stoode vp amongst them, and asked Iesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is the matter that these beare witnesse against thee?
61 Er aber schwieg stille und antwortete nichts. Da fragte ihn der Hohepriester abermal und sprach zu ihm: Bist du Christus, der Sohn des Hochgelobten?
But hee helde his peace, and answered nothing. Againe the hie Priest asked him, and sayde vnto him, Art thou that Christ the Sonne of the Blessed?
62 Jesus aber sprach: Ich bin's. Und ihr werdet sehen des Menschen Sohn sitzen zur rechten Hand der Kraft und kommen mit des Himmels Wolken.
And Iesus said, I am he, and yee shall see the Sonne of man sitte at the right hande of the power of God, and come in the clouds of heauen.
63 Da zerriß der Hohepriester seinen Rock und sprach: Was bedürfen wir weiter Zeugen?
Then the hie Priest rent his clothes, and sayd, What haue we any more neede of witnesses?
64 Ihr habt gehöret die Gotteslästerung; was dünket euch? Sie aber verdammeten ihn alle, daß er des Todes schuldig wäre.
Ye haue heard the blasphemie: what thinke yee? And they all condemned him to be worthie of death.
65 Da fingen an etliche, ihn zu verspeien und zu verdecken sein Angesicht und mit Fäusten zu schlagen und zu ihm zu sagen: Weissage uns! Und die Knechte schlugen ihn ins Angesicht.
And some began to spit at him, and to couer his face, and to beate him with fists, and to say vnto him, Prophesie. And the sergeants smote him with their roddes.
66 Und Petrus war danieden im Palast; da kam des Hohenpriester Mägde eine.
And as Peter was beneath in the hal, there came one of the maides of the hie Priest.
67 Und da sie sah Petrus sich wärmen, schauete sie ihn an und sprach: Und du warest auch mit Jesu von Nazareth.
And when shee sawe Peter warming him selfe, shee looked on him, and sayde, Thou wast also with Iesus of Nazareth.
68 Er leugnete aber und sprach: Ich kenne ihn nicht, weiß auch nicht, was du sagest. Und er ging hinaus in den Vorhof; und der Hahn krähete.
But he denied it, saying, I knowe him not, neither wot I what thou saiest. Then he went out into the porche, and the cocke crewe.
69 Und die Magd sah ihn und hub abermal an, zu sagen denen, die dabei stunden: Dieser ist der einer.
Then a maid sawe him againe, and bega to say to them that stood by, This is one of them.
70 Und er leugnete abermal. Und nach einer kleinen Weile sprachen abermal zu Petrus, die dabeistunden: Wahrlich, du bist der einer; denn du bist ein Galiläer, und deine Sprache lautet gleich also.
But hee denied it againe: and anon after, they that stoode by, sayde againe to Peter, Surely thou art one of them: for thou art of Galile, and thy speach is like.
71 Er aber fing an, sich zu verfluchen und zu schwören: Ich kenne des Menschen nicht, von dem ihr saget.
And he began to curse, and sweare, saying, I knowe not this man of whom ye speake.
72 Und der Hahn krähete zum andernmal. Da gedachte Petrus an das Wort, das Jesus zu ihm sagte: Ehe der Hahn zweimal krähet, wirst du mich dreimal verleugnen. Und er hub an zu weinen.
Then the seconde time the cocke crewe, and Peter remembred the woorde that Iesus had saide vnto him, Before the cocke crowe twise, thou shalt denie me thrise, and waying that with himselfe, he wept.
