Hesekiel 29

1 Im zehnten Jahr, am zehnten Tage des zwölften Monden, geschah des HERRN Wort zu mir und sprach:

In the year tenth in the tenth [month] on [day] two [plus] ten of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.

2 Du Menschenkind, richte dein Angesicht wider Pharao, den König in Ägypten, und weissage wider ihn und wider ganz Ägyptenland.

O son of humankind set face your on Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and prophesy on him and on Egypt all of it.

3 Predige und sprich: So spricht der HERR HERR: Siehe, ich will an dich, Pharao, du König in Ägypten, du großer Drache, der du in deinem Wasser liegst und sprichst: Der Strom ist mein, und ich habe ihn mir gemacht.

Speak and you will say thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] on you O Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt the sea monster great which lies in among canals its which it has said [belongs] to me River my and I I made for myself.

4 Aber ich will dir ein Gebiß ins Maul legen und die Fische in deinen Wassern an deine Schuppen hängen und will dich aus deinem Strom herausziehen samt allen Fischen in deinen Wassern, die an deinen Schuppen hangen.

And I will put (hooks *Q(k)*) in jaws your and I will make cling [the] fish of canals your to scales your and I will bring up you from among canals your and all [the] fish of canals your to scales your it will cling.

5 Ich will dich mit den Fischen aus deinen Wassern in die Wüste wegwerfen: du wirst aufs Land fallen und nicht wieder aufgelesen noch gesammelt werden, sondern den Tieren auf dem Lande und den Vögeln des Himmels zum Aas werden.

And I will abandon you the wilderness towards you and all [the] fish of canals your on [the] surface of the field you will fall not you will be gathered and not you will be gathered to [the] animal[s] of the earth and to [the] bird[s] of the heavens I will give you for food.

6 Und alle, die in Ägypten wohnen, sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin, darum daß sie dem Hause Israel ein Rohrstab gewesen sind,

And they will know all [the] inhabitants of Egypt that I [am] Yahweh because have been they a staff of reed for [the] house of Israel.

7 welcher, wenn sie ihn in die Hand faßeten, so brach er und stach sie durch die Seiten, wenn sie sich aber darauf lehneten, so zerbrach er und stach sie in die Lenden.

When seized they you (by the hand *Q(K)*) you were crushed and you broke of them every shoulder and when leaned they on you you were broken and you caused to stand of them all hips.

8 Darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Siehe, ich will das Schwert über dich kommen lassen und beide, Leute und Vieh, in dir ausrotten.

Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to bring on you a sword and I will cut off from you humankind and animal[s].

9 Und Ägyptenland soll zur Wüste und öde werden, und sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR sei, darum daß er spricht: Der Wasserstrom ist mein, und ich bin's, der es tut.

And it will become [the] land of Egypt a desolation and a ruin and they will know that I [am] Yahweh because he said [the] River [belongs] to me and I I made [it].

10 Darum siehe, ich will an dich und an deine Wasserströme und will Ägyptenland wüst und öde machen von dem Turm zu Syene an bis an die Grenze des Mohrenlandes,

Therefore here I [am] against you and against canals your and I will make [the] land of Egypt ruins of destruction a desolation from Migdol Syene and to [the] border of Cush.

11 daß weder Vieh noch Leute darin gehen oder da wohnen sollen vierzig Jahre lang.

Not it will pass in it [the] foot of human[s] and [the] foot of animal[s] not it will pass in it and not it will remain forty year[s].

12 Denn ich will Ägyptenland wüst machen, will ihre wüste Grenze und ihre Städte wüst liegen lassen, wie andere wüste Städte, vierzig Jahre lang; und will die Ägypter zerstreuen unter die Heiden und in die Länder will ich sie verjagen.

And I will make [the] land of Egypt a desolation in midst of - lands made desolate and cities its in midst of cities laid waste they will be a desolation forty year[s] and I will scatter Egypt among the nations and I will disperse them among the lands.

13 Doch, so spricht der HERR HERR: Wenn die vierzig Jahre aus sein werden, will ich die Ägypter wieder sammeln aus den Völkern, darunter sie zerstreuet sollen werden,

For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh from [the] end of forty year[s] I will gather Egypt from the peoples where they were scattered there towards.

14 und will das Gefängnis Ägyptens wenden und sie wiederum ins Land Pathros bringen, welches ihr Vaterland ist, und sollen daselbst ein klein Königreich sein.

And I will turn back [the] captivity of Egypt and I will bring back them [the] land of Pathros to [the] land of origin their and they will be there a kingdom lowly.

15 Denn sie sollen klein sein gegen andere Königreiche und nicht mehr herrschen über die Heiden; und ich will sie gering machen, daß sie nicht mehr über die Heiden herrschen sollen,

More than the kingdoms it will be lowly and not it will exalt itself again over the nations and I will make small them to not to rule over the nations.

16 daß sich das Haus Israel nicht mehr auf sie verlasse und sich damit versündige, wenn sie sich an sie hängen; und sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR HERR hin.

And not it will become again for [the] house of Israel a confidence bringing to remembrance iniquity when turned they after them and they will know that I [am the] Lord Yahweh.

17 Und es begab sich im siebenundzwanzigsten Jahr, am ersten Tage des ersten Monden, geschah des HERRN Wort zu mir und sprach:

And it was in twenty and seven year in the first [month] on [day] one of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.

18 Du Menschenkind, Nebukadnezar, der König zu Babel, hat sein Heer mit großer Mühe vor Tyrus geführet, daß alle Häupter kahl und alle Seiten wund gerieben waren, und ist doch weder ihm noch seinem Heer seine Arbeit vor Tyrus belohnet worden.

O son of humankind Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon he made to labor army his labor great against Tyre every head [was] made bald and every shoulder [was] made bare and wage[s] not it belonged to him and to army his from Tyre on the labor which he had labored on it.

19 Darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Siehe, ich will Nebukadnezar, dem Könige zu Babel, Ägyptenland geben, daß er all ihr Gut wegnehmen und sie berauben und plündern soll, daß er seinem Heer den Sold gebe.

Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to give to Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon [the] land of Egypt and he will carry off wealth its and he will plunder plunder its and he will take as spoil spoil its and it will be wage[s] for army his.

20 Aber das Land Ägypten will ich ihm geben für seine Arbeit, die er daran getan hat; denn sie haben mir gedienet, spricht der HERR HERR.

Recompense his which he served for it I have given to him [the] land of Egypt that they acted for me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.

21 Zur selbigen Zeit will ich das Horn des Hauses Israel wachsen lassen und will deinen Mund unter ihnen auftun, daß sie erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.

On the day that I will make grow a horn for [the] house of Israel and to you I will give opening of mouth in midst of them and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
