Offenbarung 11
1 Und es ward mir ein Rohr gegeben wie ein Stab mit den Worten: steh auf und miß den Tempel Gottes und den Altar und die Beter darin;
AND there was given to me a reed, like a staff; and the angel stood, saying, Arise, measure the temple of Aloha, and the altar, and them who worship therein;
2 und den äußeren Tempelhof laß aus und miß ihn nicht; denn er ward den Heiden gegeben, und sie werden die heilige Stadt zertreten zweiundvierzig Monate lang.
and the court which is without the temple cast out, and do not measure it, because it is given to the Gentiles, and the holy city shall be trodden down, MONTHS FORTY AND TWO.
3 Und ich werde meinen zwei Zeugen verleihen, daß sie eintausendzweihundertsechzig Tage lang weissagen im Sacke.
And I will give my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy, DAYS A THOUSAND AND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY, clothed in sackcloth.
4 Das sind die zwei Oelbäume und die zwei Leuchter, die vor dem Herrn der Erde stehen.
These are the two olive (trees) and two candlesticks which before the Lord of the earth do stand.
5 Und wenn sie einer schädigen will, so geht Feuer aus ihrem Munde und verzehret ihre Feinde; ja wenn einer sie schädigen wollte, soll er so getötet werden.
And if a man willeth to wound them, fire cometh forth from their mouth, and devoureth their adversaries. And if a man willeth to wound (them), thus must he be killed.
6 Diese haben die Macht den Himmel zu schließen, damit kein Regen netzt die Tage ihrer Weissagung, und sie haben die Macht über die Wasser, sie zu wandeln in Blut, und zu schlagen das Land mit jeder Plage, so oft sie wollen.
These have power to shut heaven, that rain it may not rain in those days; and power have they over the waters, to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth with every plague as many times as they will.
7 Und wenn sie ihr Zeugnis vollendet haben, so wird das Tier, das aus dem Abgrund aufsteigt, mit ihnen Krieg führen, und wird sie überwinden und wird sie töten. (Abyssos g12)
And when they shall have completed their testimony, the beast of prey, which ascended from the abyss, will make war against them, and overcome them, (Abyssos g12)
8 Und ihre Leichname werden auf der Gasse der großen Stadt herumliegen, welche geistlich genannt wird Sodom und Aegypten, wo auch ihr Herr gekreuzigt ward.
and their dead bodies (will be) upon the wide street of the great city, which is called, spiritually, Sedum, and Metsreen, where also our Lord hath been crucified.
9 Und Leute von den Völkern und Stämmen und Sprachen und Nationen werden ihre Leiche sehen drei und einen halben Tag; und sie lassen ihre Leichen nicht ins Grab legen.
And of the peoples and tribes and nations and tongues, seeing their dead bodies days three and a half, will not suffer them to be laid in the tomb.
10 Und die Bewohner der Erde freuen sich über sie und sind fröhlich, und schicken einander Geschenke, weil diese zwei Propheten den Bewohnern der Erde Qualen bereitet haben.
And they who dwell upon earth will rejoice over them and be gratified, and will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented them who dwell upon earth.
11 Und nach drei und einem halben Tag kam der Geist des Lebens von Gott in sie, und sie standen auf ihre Füße, und große Furcht befiel, die ihnen zuschauten.
And after those three days and a half, the spirit of life from Aloha entered into them, and they arose upon their feet. And great fear fell upon them who saw them.
12 Und sie hörten eine starke Stimme vom Himmel, die zu ihnen sprach: kommt hier herauf; und sie stiegen auf zum Himmel in der Wolke, und ihre Feinde schauten ihnen zu.
And they heard a great voice from heaven, saying to them, Ascend hither. And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their adversaries beheld them.
13 Und in derselbigen Stunde kam ein großes Erdbeben, und ein Zehntel der Stadt fiel, und es wurden in dem Erdbeben getötet von Menschen siebentausend Personen, und die übrigen wurden erschrocken und brachten dem Gott des Himmels Preis.
And in that hour there was a great movement; and one of ten of the city fell; and there were killed in the movement the names of men seven thousand. And they who were left were made afraid, and gave glory to Aloha.
14 Das zweite Wehe ist vorüber, siehe das dritte Wehe kommt bald.
That second woe hath passed. Behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
15 Und der siebente Engel blies die Trompete, und es erhob sich ein lautes Rufen im Himmel: das Reich der Welt ist unserem Herrn geworden und seinem Christus, und er wird herrschen in alle Ewigkeiten. (aiōn g165)
And the Seventh angel sounded. And there were voices and thunders, saying, The kingdom of the world Is of our Lord, and of his Meshiha; And he will reign for ever and ever! (aiōn g165)
16 Und die vierundzwanzig Aeltesten, die da sitzen vor Gott auf ihren Thronen, fielen auf ihr Angesicht und beteten Gott an
And the twenty and four presbyters who were before the throne of Aloha, who were sitting upon their thrones, fell upon their faces and worshipped,
17 und sprachen: Wir danken dir, Herr, Gott, Allbeherrscher, der da ist und der da war, daß du die große Gewalt ergriffen und die Herrschaft genommen hast.
saying, We give thanks to thee, Lord God omnipotent, Who art, and who wast; Because thou hast taken thy great power, And hast reigned.
18 Und die Völker zürnten; da kam dein Zorn und die Zeit der Toten, Gericht zu empfangen, und zu verleihen den Lohn deinen Knechten den Propheten und den Heiligen und denen die deinen Namen fürchten, den kleinen und den großen, und zu verderben die da verderben die Erde.
And the nations were angry; But thy wrath is come, And the time of the dead, That they should be avenged; And to give reward to thy servants, To the prophets, and to the saints, And to them who fear thy Name, To the small and to the great; And to destroy them who have destroyed the earth.
19 Und es that sich der Tempel Gottes auf im Himmel, und erschien die Lade seines Bundes in seinem Tempel, und geschahen Blitze und Rufe und Donner und Erdbeben und großer Hagel.
And the temple of Aloha was opened in heaven; and there was seen the ark of his covenant in his temple. And there were lightnings, and thunderings, and voices, and movement, and great hail.
