Psalm 43

1 Schaffe mir Recht, o Gott, und führe meine Sache gegen das lieblose Volk; von den falschen und frevelhaften Leuten errette mich!

Vindicate me O God - and conduct! case my from a nation not faithful from a man of deceit and injustice you will deliver me.

2 Denn du bist der Gott, der meine Schutzwehr ist. Warum hast du mich verworfen? Warum muß ich trauernd einhergehen ob der Bedrückung durch Feinde?

For you - [are] [the] God of refuge my why? have you rejected me why? mourning do I go about in [the] oppression of an enemy.

3 Sende dein Licht und deine Wahrheit! Die sollen mich führen, sollen mich hinbringen zu deinem heiligen Berg und zu deiner Wohnung,

Send light your and truth your they may they lead me may they bring me to [the] mountain of holiness your and to dwelling place your.

4 daß ich eingehe zum Altare Gottes, zum Gott meiner jubelnden Freude, und dich preise auf der Zither, Gott, mein Gott!

And I will go - to [the] altar of God to [the] God of [the] joy of rejoicing my and I will give thanks to you with a harp O God God my.

5 Was bist du gebeugt, meine Seele, und tobst in mir? Harre auf Gott! Denn noch werde ich ihn preisen als Hilfe für mich und als meinen Gott!
