Lukas 12
1 Indem versammelte sich die Menge zu Zehntausenden, so daß sie einander traten, da fieng er an zu seinen Jüngern zu sagen zuerst: Hütet euch vor dem Sauerteig der Pharisäer, das ist die Heuchelei.
AND when (there) had gathered (by) myriads great assemblies, so that they would have trodden upon one another, Jeshu began to say to his disciples, Beware for yourselves before all things of the leaven of the Pharishee, which is hypocrisy.
2 Es ist aber nichts verhüllt, das nicht enthüllt werden, und nichts verborgen, was nicht zur Erkenntnis kommen wird.
For nothing is hidden which shall not be revealed, and nothing secreted which shall not be made known.
3 Daher alles, was ihr in der Finsternis gesagt habt, wird im Lichte gehört werden, und was ihr in den Kammern ins Ohr gesprochen habt, wird auf den Dächern verkündet werden.
For all that you say in darknesses in the light shall be heard, and what you whisper in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed on the housetops.
4 Ich sage aber euch meinen Freunden: fürchtet euch nicht vor denen, die den Leib töten und darnach nichts weiteres zu thun vermögen.
But I say to you, my beloved ones, Fear not them who kill the body, and who afterward can do nothing more;
5 Ich will euch aber zeigen, wen ihr fürchten sollt; fürchtet euch vor dem, der nach dem Töten Vollmacht hat, in die Hölle zu werfen. Ja, ich sage euch, diesen fürchtet. (Geenna g1067)
but I will show you whom you shall fear; Him who, after he hath killed, hath power to cast into gihana, yes, I say to you, Fear this (one). (Geenna g1067)
6 Verkauft man nicht fünf Sperlinge um zwei Aß? und nicht einer von ihnen ist vergessen vor Gott.
Are not five sparrows sold for two asorin; and one of them is not forgotten before Aloha.
7 Aber bei euch sind auch die Haare auf dem Kopfe alle gezählt; fürchtet euch nicht: ihr seid mehr als viele Sperlinge.
But of you, the numbers of the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; than many sparrows more precious are you.
8 Ich sage euch aber, wer überall sich zu mir bekennt vor den Menschen, zu dem wird sich der Sohn des Menschen auch bekennen vor den Engeln Gottes.
But I tell you that every one who shall confess me before men, the Son of man will also confess him before the angels of Aloha.
9 Wer aber mich verleugnet vor den Menschen, der wird verleugnet werden vor den Engeln Gottes.
But he who denieth me before men, I will deny him before the angels of Aloha.
10 Und wer überall ein Wort sagt auf den Sohn des Menschen, es wird ihm vergeben werden; dem aber, der auf den heiligen Geist lästert, dem wird nicht vergeben werden.
And every one who shall speak a word against the Son of man, it may be forgiven him; but whoever against the Spirit of Holiness shall blaspheme, it shall not be forgiven him.
11 Wenn sie euch aber vor die Synagogen und vor Herrschaften und Behörden stellen, so sorget nicht, wie oder womit ihr euch verteidigen, oder was ihr sagen möget.
And when they bring you into the synagogues, before heads and authorities, be not anxious how you shall express yourselves, or what you shall say;
12 Denn der heilige Geist wird euch lehren zur selbigen Stunde, was zu sagen ist.
for the Spirit of Holiness will teach you in that hour what you ought to say.
13 Es sagte aber einer aus der Menge zu ihm: Meister, sage meinem Bruder, daß er das Erbe mit mir teile.
AND a man from the assembly said to him, Malphona, tell my brother to divide with me the inheritance.
14 Er aber sagte zu ihm: Mensch, wer hat mich zum Richter oder Erbschichter über euch gesetzt?
But Jeshu said to him, Man, who established me over you a judge and a divider?
15 Er sagte aber zu ihnen: sehet zu und hütet euch vor aller Habsucht, denn der Ueberfluß thut es nicht, daß einer von dem seinigen lebe.
And he said to his disciples, Beware of all avarice: for life is not in the abundance of riches.
16 Er sagte aber ein Gleichnis zu ihnen also: einem reichen Manne hatte sein Land wohl getragen.
And he spake a parable to them: The ground of a certain rich man produced him much provisions.
17 Und er überlegte bei sich selbst: was soll ich machen? ich habe ja nicht Raum meine Früchte aufzuheben.
And he thought within himself, and said, What shall I do? for I have not where to collect my provisions.
18 Und er sprach: so will ich es machen; ich breche meine Scheunen ab, und baue größere, und darin hebe ich auf, was mir gewachsen ist, und all mein Gut.
And he said, This will I do: I will destroy my house of stores, and will build and enlarge it; and there will I collect all my provender and my good things:
19 Und ich werde zu meiner Seele sagen: Seele, du hast reichen Vorrat auf viele Jahre; habe gute Ruhe, iß und trink, und laß dir's wohl sein.
and I will say to my soul, My soul, thou hast many good things laid up for many years: be at ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
20 Es sprach Gott aber zu ihm: du Thor, heute Nacht fordert man dein Leben von dir; wem wird dann gehören, was du bereitet hast?
But Aloha said to him, Reasonless (man)! this night thy soul they shall require of thee; and then, (the things) which thou hast prepared,
21 So geht es dem, der sich Schätze sammelt und nicht reich ist bei Gott.
whose shall they be? So is he who layeth up to himself treasures, and towards Aloha is not rich.
22 Er sagte aber zu seinen Jüngern: darum sage ich euch: sorget nicht um das Essen fürs Leben, und um Kleider für den Leib.
And he said to his disciples, Therefore I tell you, Be not anxious for yourselves, what you shall eat; neither for the body, how you shall dress:
23 Das Leben ist mehr als die Nahrung und der Leib mehr als das Kleid.
for the soul is more precious than food, and the body than raiment.
24 Achtet auf die Raben, sie säen nicht, sie ernten nicht, sie haben keine Vorratskammer noch Scheune, Gott ernährt sie; um wie viel seid ihr besser als die Vögel!
Consider the ravens, which sow not nor reap, which have no chambers or barns, yet Aloha feeds them. How much, therefore, are you better than the fowls!
25 Wer unter euch kann mit seinem Sorgen seiner Lebenslänge eine Elle zusetzen?
And which of you by being anxious could add to his stature one cubit?
26 Wenn ihr da nicht das Geringste vermöget, was macht ihr euch Sorge über das Weitere?
But if indeed you are not capable of (that which is) the least, why concerning the rest are you anxious?
27 Achtet auf die Lilien, wie sie nicht spinnen, nicht weben; ich sage euch aber, auch Salomo in aller seiner Herrlichkeit war nicht angethan, wie eine von ihnen.
Consider the lilies, how they grow, which toil not nor spin; but I tell you that even Shelemun in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
28 Wenn aber Gott das Gras auf dem Felde, das heute steht und morgen in den Ofen geworfen wird, also bekleidet, wie vielmehr euch, ihr Kleingläubige?
But if the herbage, which today is in the field, and to-morrow is cast into the furnace, Aloha thus clothes, how much more you, little in faith!
29 So trachtet auch ihr nicht, was ihr esset und was ihr trinket, und lasset es euch nicht umtreiben.
And seek you not what you shall eat, and what you shall drink; nor let your mind be distracted for these:
30 Um das alles kümmern sich die Völker der Welt; euer Vater aber weiß, daß ihr dessen bedürfet.
for all these the nations of the world seek; but to you also your Father knoweth that these are needful.
31 Dagegen trachtet nach seinem Reich, so wird euch dieses zugelegt werden.
But seek the kingdom of Aloha, and these all shall be added to you.
32 Fürchte dich nicht, du kleine Herde; denn eurem Vater hat es gefallen, euch das Reich zu geben.
FEAR not, little flock; for your Father hath willed to give you the kingdom.
33 Verkaufet eure Habe, und gebet Almosen; erwerbet euch Beutel, die nicht alt werden, einen Schatz, der nicht ausgeht, in den Himmeln, wo kein Dieb hinkommt, und keine Motte zerstört.
Sell your substance, and give alms: make to you bags which become not old, and a treasure which is not transient, in the heavens, where the thief does not approach, and the moth destroys not.
34 Denn wo euer Schatz ist, da ist auch euer Herz.
For where your treasure is, there will be also your heart.
35 Eure Lenden sollen gegürtet sein, und die Lichter brennen,
Let your loins be bound, and your lamps be burning,
36 und ihr sollet Leuten gleichen, welche ihren Herrn erwarten, wenn er aufbrechen mag von der Hochzeit, damit sie ihm alsbald öffnen, wann er kommt und anklopft.
and be you like men who wait for their lord, when he shall return from the place of festivity, that, when he hath come and knocked, immediately they may open to him.
37 Selig diese Knechte, die der Herr, wenn er kommt, wachend finden wird; wahrlich ich sage euch, er wird sich gürten, und sie sitzen heißen und herumgehen und ihnen aufwarten.
Blessed those servants who, when their lord shall come, shall be found watching. Amen I tell you, He will gird his loins, and make them recline, and will come over and serve them.
38 Und mag er in der zweiten und in der dritten Wache kommen, wenn er es so trifft, selig sind sie.
And if in the second or the third watch he shall come and find them thus, blessed will be those servants.
39 Das aber verstehet: wenn der Hausherr wüßte, zu welcher Stunde der Dieb kommt, so würde er wachen und sein Haus nicht durchwühlen lassen.
But this know, that if the lord of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have permitted his house to be dug through.
40 So seid auch ihr bereit, denn der Sohn des Menschen kommt in der Stunde, da ihr es nicht denket.
Also you, be you therefore ready: for, in that hour that you think not, cometh the Son of man.
41 Es sprach aber Petrus: Herr, sagst du dieses Gleichnis für uns oder auch für alle?
Shemun Kipha said to him, Our Lord, to us speakest thou this parable, or to all men also?
42 Und der Herr sagte: wer ist nun der treue Haushalter, der kluge, den der Herr über seine Dienerschaft setzen wird, die Kost auszuteilen zur Zeit?
Jeshu said to him, Who then is that steward, faithful and wise, whom his lord hath established over his service, to give the portion in its time?
43 Selig der Knecht, den sein Herr, wenn er kommt, also thun findet.
Blessed that servant whom, when his lord shall come, he shall find so doing.
44 Wahrhaftig, sage ich euch, er wird ihn über alle seine Habe setzen.
Assuredly I tell you, He will establish him over all his substance.
45 Wenn aber jener Knecht in seinem Herzen spricht: mein Herr verzieht zu kommen, und fängt an die Knechte und Mägde zu schlagen, zu essen und zu trinken, und sich zu berauschen,
But if that servant shall say in his heart, My lord withholdeth to come, and shall begin to beat the servants and the handmaids of his lord, and shall begin to eat and to drink and be drunken;
46 so wird der Herr dieses Knechtes kommen, an dem Tage, da er es nicht erwartet, und zur Stunde, die er nicht weiß, und wird ihn zerhauen, und ihm sein Teil bei den Ungläubigen geben.
the lord of that servant will come in a day when he thinketh not, and in an hour which he knoweth not; and shall sunder him, and set him his portion with those who are not faithful.
47 Der Knecht aber, der den Willen seines Herrn kannte, und nichts bereitete noch that nach seinem Willen, wird viele Schläge empfangen.
And that servant who knew the will of his lord, and prepared not himself according to his will, shall be beaten with many
48 Dagegen der ihn nicht kannte, aber that, was der Schläge würdig, wird wenig empfangen. Wem überall viel gegeben ward, von dem wird viel gefordert werden, und wem viel beigelegt ward, von dem wird um so viel mehr verlangt werden.
But he who knew not, and did that which was worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For every one to whom much is given, much will be required from him; and to whom much is committed, the more will they require at his hand.
49 Ich bin gekommen Feuer zu werfen auf die Erde, und wie wollte ich, es wäre schon entzündet.
FIRE have I come to send forth upon the earth, and I would that it already burned:
50 Ich habe eine Taufe zu bestehen, und wie drängt es mich, bis sie vollendet ist.
and I have a baptism (wherewith) to be baptized, and greatly am I pressed till it be completed.
51 Meint ihr, ich sei erschienen Frieden auf Erden zu bringen? Nein, sage ich euch, sondern vielmehr Spaltung,
Suppose you that peace I have come to send forth on the earth? I tell you, not (peace), but divisions.
52 denn von nun an werden sein fünf in einem Hause gespalten, drei werden gegen zwei und zwei gegen drei sein,
For from henceforth there will be five in one house, who (will be) divided, three against two, and two against three.
53 der Vater gegen den Sohn, und der Sohn gegen den Vater, die Mutter gegen die Tochter und die Tochter gegen die Mutter, die Schwiegermutter gegen die Schwiegertochter und die Schwiegertochter gegen die Schwiegermutter.
For the father will be divided against his son, and the son against his father; the mother against her daughter, and the daughter against her mother; the mother-in-law against the daughter-in-law and the daughter-in-law against the mother-in-law.
54 Er sagte aber zu den Massen: wenn ihr eine Wolke aufsteigen seht in Westen, so sagt ihr alsbald: es kommt Regen, und es ist so,
And he said to the assembly, When you see a cloud arisen from the west, immediately you say, The rain cometh; and it is so:
55 und wenn von Süden wehen, so heißt es: es kommt die Glut, und es ist so.
and when bloweth the south, you say, It becomes heat; and it is so.
56 Ihr Heuchler, auf das Antlitz der Erde und des Himmels versteht ihr euch, diese Zeit aber wie kommt's, daß ihr euch nicht darauf versteht?
You hypocrites, the aspect of the sky and of the earth you know to distinguish; but this Time how do you not distinguish?
57 Warum urteilt ihr nicht auch von euch selbst aus, was recht ist?
But why of yourselves judge you not the truth?
58 Wenn du mit deinem Widersacher zum Vorsteher gehst, so gib ihm unterwegs seinen Verdienst um von ihm los zu kommen, daß er dich nicht zum Richter schleppe und der Richter übergebe dich dem Vollstrecker und der Vollstrecker werfe dich ins Gefängnis.
When thou art going with thine adversary to the magistrate, while in the way, negotiate, and be freed from him; lest he bring thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the exactor, and the exactor cast thee into the house of the bound;
59 Ich sage dir, du sollst nicht herauskommen, bis du auch den letzten Pfennig bezahlt hast.
and Amen I tell thee, Thou wilt not be delivered from thence till thou shalt have given the last shomona.
